Decent selection of produce, meats, deli and bulk items but customer service at this Sprouts has not been impressive. Employees are not evil, they have not called me names and none of them have attempted to trip me. They are just not outgoing and no one seems to go out of their way to help. Most Sprouts ask me if I need assistance finding something, or hi, how are you doing when they see me walking aimlessly through the store. Something! It seems this Sprouts location does not possess that skill. As originally stated, the store is fine. Has the products I need. The employees just need some training on making the customer feel welcome and appreciated. That in itself might elevate them from 3 stars to 5 stars. read more

I love all the different cheeses here and they even have good naan. During Thanksgiving they also have 50c pumpkin pies bc they always over bake. So not only can we not have plastic bags because of California but when you shop at sprouts you can't have paper bags because sprouts company wide has decided that they will not provide paper bags and you must pay $0.25 for there bag. Yet we're shopping at sprouts, paying a little bit more for their product and now they have the gall to charge $0.25 to use their bag. Understaffed deli, every time and without fail. I waited 10-15 minutes for the one deli worker to finish making sandwiches before she could help me. Two customers behind me walk away while waiting for service. I really hate their self check out. Especially at the Winchetsre road /Temecula store. There's no continuity in Self Checkouts of Fruits and Vegetables and how to get the price, I tried buying brown onions, put them in a produce bag and took them to self check out. I did "Search Items " which I do for a lot of produce and found Two entries for Yellow Onions, Either one I tried showed "Inactive Item" I looked for the CSCO heloer and she was no where to be found so I just left the item and bought my other items. On leaving the CS was back and I informed her that they didn;t work in lookuop, and she smartly, took one out of the bag and showed me it had a bar code which is odd for onions since the skins flake off. And if they do have a bar code then why show them in lookup at all. Most of them had fallen off . She was a real smart ass about it and just let me walk. It's why as much as I want to do business there, too many of the people have an attitude. We have too many close by grocers to put up with it read more

I had the most amazing sandwich ever made by the sweetest man. He put extra effort in customizing my sandwich and even threw in a few extra slices of meat after I told him my last sandwich was really dry and they forgot about the avocado. Came here to pick up goodies as we head into the New Year. Decided to also stop by their health and wellness section. Love all the aromatherapy sprays & natural shampoos and conditioners. I usually pick up a small bottle of their elderberry shot and turmeric Vitamin C shot to help boost my immunity. This time I wanted to try their Calcium Boost supplement + a probiotic, because well, it's the New Year- may as well start off health strong :) Got a spread of veggies, cheeses, sourdough bread, wine assortments, and non-sulfites charcuterie for the family celebration. As it was raining, it was nice to stay in & enjoy savory eats and sweets from this local store. It's located in a rather hectic shopping lot area, so I don't always make it over here. Sprouts has a lot to offer as a grocery store. Their focus is on healthy and affordable. They are bigger and have a broader selection of staples to choose from than Barons, though they have a similar small farmer's market kind of feel. They have a good selection of meats and seafood. They have a deli section. Their produce is fresh and well stocked. Their wine section is something I plan to check out a little closer (buy 4 bottles and get 10% off). I like their vitamins and body care section, where I find bath salts, face creams (no animals used for testing), and probiotics. They even have a section just for Aromatherapy (nice!). There are a lot of products and brands to choose from in this vitamin and body care section. If you have a question, ask one of the helpful Sprouts staff members. I also like the barrels of bulk items where you can buy only what you need (save some $ and don't waste what you won't use). The prepared meals in their refrigerator case offer a delicious variety of things like Dan-Dan noodles, Indian food, meat and potato meals, as well as sandwiches, salads, and other stuff. The selection of products you find at Sprouts are not necessarily the big name commercial products. There are a lot of brands that I am not familiar with. I like to think Sprouts has researched these products for good quality and for being good for you. You will see lots of labels that say "organic", "non-GMO", "Gluten Free"). I'm pretty much a newbie to Sprouts, discovering something new whenever I visit. It's a fun adventure (lol!). read more

I hate to complain because I do like shopping at Sprouts. But I just can't seem to take home a sandwich the way I ordered it from their deli. Every. Single. Time. With the exception of last week, when I mentioned to the girl behind the counter that the sandwiches are never right when I get them all the way home, so if she could take the time to confirm the order. Today I got home and again, this was not the sandwich I asked for, reg mayo and no pesto, I think the employees working back there just need more training on their sandwich board, and that when a customer states " add _____" on the form it doesn't mean to subtract other items. I guess that still wouldn't explain today's sandwich though, but it would explain some of them I've received. I live in Winchester so was too far to go driving back . Been going here for years, but the prices keep getting more and more ridiculous. I stopped by to refill my water bottles today, it took me about 5 minutes. An employee left a passive aggressive note on my car, in that short amount of time, because I parked in the pick up area. I just got out of the hospital and was involved in an accident. My body isn't strong enough to move much. Didn't think it was a big deal because I was "picking up" water. Apparently it was a huge deal, because she wrote "Again," as if I'm some repeat offender. Saw her trolling around the parking lot with a sprouts uniform like she was parking enforcement. Next time she can hand carry my 5 gallon jugs! $5 Boar's Head sammiches, yo! The 4 stars is mainly for the deli sandwiches. It's a pretty good deal, so I'll sometimes drop in after the gym--they're in the same shopping center as EOS Fitness. Parking is never an issue. Aside from that, they have a decent selection of items--vitamins, supplements, produce, meats, bulk, etc. Though, their prices are actually a bit high, e.g. Dave's Killer Bread is almost $8!!! That being said, their sales are good. I recommend just buying whatever is on sale. The produce seems to be hit-or-miss...again, good sale prices, but sometimes the quality is poor. It's like any other Henry's or Sprouts (Farmer's Market not Natural Foods). Organic is in the back with a limited selection. Produce overall is hit or miss (i.e. sometimes already spoiled/rotten on their shelves). Gave up on the sausages because they tend to give us food poisoning. So as long as you know what you're looking for and what to avoid, then you're good to go. Tip: Their sales can be misleading, do a price comparison with other product sizes to make sure you're not being suckered. read more

I caught wind of their inexpensive deli sandwiches so I decided to take my kids and their friends for sandwiches on our way to a hike. It was perfecto! Great sandwiches with good fresh ingredients, superior service, and an amazing price. Cheese is an additional $.50 but seriously, a $4.49 sandwich is a smokin' deal! Stopped by today to see how the sandwich counter is working, for a long time they took away ordering options and all the veggies except lettuce and tomato, so we stopped going there because we normally order sandwich's and do a little shopping while the "made to order" sandwich's are being crafted. Today we dropped by and... Yeah! the veggie options are back! We ordered 2 sandwich's and were pleasantly suprised, as Lourdes helped us out with a special request and made the best sandwich's we have ever experienced at Sprouts. A great store for fresh vegetables but they also have a meat & seafood sections. Their vegetables and fruits are some of the best and they are consistent in their quality. The meats are a little higher then normal but they are always worth it because of the quality of the cuts. This is our go to place for vegetables. read more
