Went in for a coffee refill and saw that the 7 brand Replenish 28Fl Oz were 2 for $3 until 4/12/22. But the skeevy guy at the counter tried to charge me $3 for each and $1.99 for the refill (should have been $1.79) Don't get me wrong the difference in the coffee price was not much, but when he starts trying to explain that my 16 oz refill costs $1.99 when the sign clearly says that refills up to 35 oz are $1.79 and greater than 35 oz are $1.99 its a clue that he trying to bullshit or intimidator me. I point out what the sign says and he corrects the coffee cost and I repeat that the the Replenish drinks should be 2 for $3 - he tells me that that promo has ended and its not in the system anymore. I go and look at the signage and read it to him that the promo is through 04/12/22. He still refused to correct the pricing. Add to it that this whole time he's not wearing a mask so I can clearly see his derisive facial expressions when I challenge his lies. He was irate that I kept pointing to the signs and refusing to pay for more than posted and acted like I was wrong for reading. Doesn't give back correct change. BE AWARE, they will pocket your coins. Convenient location but as others have mentioned they rip customers off. Not a huge selection on essential items. A bit of a drive but there are other stores around like Safeway or the gas stations to get what you really need. read more

Skimmers were used with my bank card. Many other complaints on next door about them using skimmers.

I go in at 10:20 pm, the worker there tried to charge me more money than the advertised price for a case of beer. I recorded them on camera and will post on here if yelp allows me. After being caught in the act, the employee tried to play it off that I was wrong by showing me the advertised price as $10.99 and tried to lie about the beer being $11.99. He charged me $11.99 and tax. I immediately realized I was overcharged. Upon confronting him, the employee who rung me up at the register tried to hide his face when he realized he was being recorded. He immediately called his boss. I received my refund but then immediately realized he gave me chinese coins. Then he tried to convince me the money was a penny more than what I was owed. Lol, he reluctantly gave me the correct change. I told him I was going to make him famous online by reporting him. Upon leaving, his coworker who played stupid during the transaction approached me outside in the parking lot. He placed his hand on my chest and I warned him I would hurt him if he touched me again. I said your coworker just tried to overcharge me a dollar. He admitted it was ONLY 99 cents! Lol, he admitted to cheating the customers by overcharging them! I informed them this would be posted online again. Upon going home, I called 7-Eleven corporate office and reported this store. They need to retrain their employees and fire the ones who tried to pull a fast one on our community members. I doubt this is the image 7-eleven wants to promote. Better convienent store, and since it is a chain you can be sure to find the same things at every location. Coffee is at a great price, and they have all different types of snacks to choose from. I come here to buy lottery ticket sometimes. I always get carded and always get asked how old I am even though I come here to buy lottery tickets most of the time. I'm surprised they don't recognize me but maybe they just have a lot of customers. This place seems okay. The workers here would give me a weird look. I'm not sure why. They are also sometimes rude to me. One day, I asked the cashier if I can reuse the powerball slip thingy because I usually choose auto pick and I always just buy 1 column so I didn't want to keep wasting paper. They said yeah I can. I asked if it would still only be charged for 1 column and get the same numbers? They said yeah. The next couple of days, I go back and get another powerball using the same slip, it ended up being 20 bucks!! It printed 1 paper for the next 10 drawing. I told them that I just wanted 1 for 1 drawing and they said that this is what the system gave them and I had to buy it. I told them that I didn't want to use that same number for the next 10 drawing and tried to explain that the cashier told me that I can reuse the slip with no issues. They said they couldn't do anything about it and I had to pay for it. Luckily, I had a 20 on me but I was a bit disappointed because I wanted new numbers for each drawing. I ended up losing for the next 10 drawing. I'm still mad that the guy told me that I wouldn't have any issues reusing the same slip. I learned my lesson now. read more

This location is closest to my house but for the past 3 visits the lady cashier always charges me incorrectly. The drinks are 2 for $3, where I purchase multiple and I always get charged a couple dollars more due to her not altering the deals. When I point this out to her, she prints out a receipt like she is correct, then when I show her, she yells to another guy in a different language which I'm guessing for help. This lady has been working mornings for a few months now. I wonder how many people she ripped off. Third time trying to rip me off is now the last time. Now it is just trashy, with help that is not all that friendly and with no concern at all for the cleanliness on the outside of the store. They always greet me with a smile every time I walked through the door each morning. I loved the candy selections, and most of all, they upgraded the hot food selections.
