I went there for the first time with a promotion to see how it is. I just PCS over here and I need to find a place to wash my car weekly. With so many good reviews I thought I couldn't go wrong. I was wrong :(. I left with A car left decently clean, just like any other car washing station could do. I was hoping my rims and tires would be shiny. Was I wrong... Out of the four tires, once they were somewhat shiny, the rest were not at all. And the tires were just touched... To be more exact, half of one tire was shiny, the great was not at all. Amazing staff and great services! Literally everyone here was so friendly upon arrival. We paid $199 for the full interior detail package (exterior wash included) I called ahead and knew to expect it to take 3 hours, no problem. :) I own 2 corgis..... and if you aren't aware, they shed. A LOT. So my car was just overtaken with dog fur, EVERYWHERE. In every single crack and crevice, and my black floor mats were just covered in white fur. I wasn't expecting them to do as well as they did. I honestly would have been happy if they at least got 75% of the fur, but they literally got like 95% of the fur. My drive home was so nice, I could breathe with the AC on without inhaling corgi glitter LOL. I wish I had before photos but I'm not exaggerating. I've had my corgis since December 2020 and I swear I've had the interior cleaned maybe twice since then....Let alone my car's exterior washed. My boyfriend, and I had taken a 2004 honda civic that desperately needed some TLC here to this 7 flags for an oil change and an engine flush. The wait was not long at all, and they offered us cold water bottles while we wait. The mechanics, especially Cesar, did an amazingly thorough job with servicing our car! Our dipstick was stuck and something happened to it, we were told that they ordered the new part, would call us when it arrived and would place it for free, which was just so convenient! Unfortunately due to some damage to our bumper, we were informed that we would not be able to go through the automatic car wash and that we would have to do the self service car wash. We are new to this service, but thankfully the kind gentleman (unfortunately didn't catch his name) helped us a lot and was overall super kind. Would highly recommend this place to everyone I know! read more

I've come here a good number of times and never left fully satisfied. There is always something i'm needing to point out for them to clean. It seems they care more about getting in and out as much cars as they can than giving exactly what the customer has paid for and deserves. The manager said everything would be detailed inside and out and sold the package of extra clean and when arrived nothing but the inside was washed, still had marks throughout the inside and outside was dirty still. He said he just wipes it down they don't hand wash outside, with that price wth!!??? Smh! Had a few scratches they had to buff out too!!! Basically diy drive through wash and dry with the inside vacuumed and "wiped down" but not clean or detailed at ALL!!! read more

Great experience today !!! Went in today for an inside and outside cleaning. I haven't been there in quite a while. The young man tried to upsell me indicating that all my leather interior would be cleaned and conditioned with McGuire products, not Armoral. I generally don't get extras as I haven't been impressed. I went ahead and did it paid for it and watch them do it. There was extra attention, paid to cleaning the dash the door panels and the seats and then it was moved over to another area for conditioning. I noticed they had only done the seats and asked person to do the dash and the side door panels for which she replied, we only do the seats. I explained what I was told she went ahead and did the dash center consul door panels, front and back and even additional cleaning that I noticed wasn't done. And the end result the car was a clean dash, instrument clean seats and door panels cleaned and conditioned. EXCELLENT. My only caution is make sure you understand or have them explain EXACTLY what is to be done. As the person took care of it I gave them a $20 tip and said thank you, You did a great job. And on the way out mentioned to the woman who appeared to be in charge of the mixup and she said she would take care of it. Overall experience great. read more

I've been coming here for years. It has always upgraded its machinery as the years go by. As the retailers move on, the detail quality is hit and miss. Also when they are busy the quality suffers dramatically. The staff is friendly and helpful. The facility is nice and clean. Snack area is always stocked. Overall this place is a good to have your cars cleaned. read more

I was contacted yesterday by the site manager and was told to bring my vehicle by to be inspected by him. I am here now. I arrived about 5 min before 4:30; the agreed upon time (sometime between 4:30 and 5pm) My 10 year old Son and I went into the lounge and I was asked where our car was parked and told someone would be out to look at my mirror shortly. It has now been over 15 minutes and no one has come out to look at our vehicle. I will wait about another 5 minutes or so and update when/if someone comes to speak with us. read more

A little bit expensive, but they always do a good job. There's not usually long wait. Today i drove right up, no wait. I go with the synthetic oil & it lasts for a whole year, so you save $$ & time that way. They keep it professional & explain everything they're doing the quote time. Nice that they offer where or coffee while you wait. I usually get water & whatever I don't drink I use for watering my tree in my front yard. SHHH! You get a free basic wash with your oil change & they upgrade it to full service wash if you already have the unlimited wash. Highly reccommend. read more

Hands down the least stressful oil change ever. They were able to take my car immediately and were done in about 15 minutes with me in the car. The mechanics were extremely professional and showed me every relevant part of the car as they worked on it (oil levels before/after the change, both air filters), which means ni excessive changes for things that don't actually need to be changed. They explained my options to me and the benefits of each without pressuring me to go with more expensive options. It is significantly more expensive than other places (~$100 total for synthetic oil change compared to ~$50 at Walmart), but still totally worth it. Plus it comes with a free car wash and detail! The car wash was okay: they cleaned the inside fantastically, but the outside still has spots of dirt that I was able to rub away with my thumb. read more

Good basic cleaning (outside) but how you miss the cup holders ? Are y'all really that lazy ? Oh and they didn't even touch the 3rd row floor. Only (probably) wiped the seats . I don't know how many people know about this but there is an OIL CHANGE place attached to this place. It is called EXPRESS lube. There is nothing express about. They took quite a while and by the time I got even close to getting it done I had to go back to work. The guy that had me pull up said it would be 30 minutes it was close to an hour not including the time actually getting the oil change. I get it may take time. But don't call it express lube when a repair shop can do it faster than you do read more

Need an oil change? $50.00 will get it done while you wait and then they will wash, vacuum, dress wheels and tires and wash your windows inside and out. Awesome Service, Great Experience! My Father took my Mom's Dodge Magnum in for an oil change. The tech broke the dip stick off and immediately came in, took responsibility and ordered a new one. Before the week was out, we had the car back and they removed the old stick and replaced it with a brand new from the dealer oil dip stick. Upon returning home, I found that these things happen with this make and model and could have very easily broken when I or my dad had pulled the stick out ourselves. The point is, the Seven Flags took responsibility and replaced it for us and then gave us a free full service wash for our trouble. A week later, I took the car in for the free wash and was impressed by the service provided. At one point there were 5 different people cleaning the car at once. They didn't miss a beat! i don't know why i continue to go here. maybe bc the quality of professional car washes has just made me become numb. they all do an 'alright' job... but seriously, if i'm going to PAY you to wash my car, and all u have to do is dry it, vacuum it and wipe out the wheels... which i paid extra for... i would expect a good job. shouldn't have to be the one who points out that HALF the car was missed, pick out pieces of grass along the edges of carpet, get wheel grease on MY fingers bc the manager himself does a shit job of wiping them down, after i bring it up. some of those women are really working hard. I gave one girl a tip straight to her. She did a good job. The ones who are going around to "check" the car is fully done, aren't even looking. and then everybody shares tips. I would hate working there watching those guys do a half assed job and having to share my tip with them. The girls in the office are super nice. They have great charms in there. Highly recommend if you don't have much time to go dealership and take more hour to do just oil change. This place very exc This time is a third time and they very busy and I have to wait for 45 minutes to do oil change. It's mean business going good because they have good service. Kind of a mixed bag! I had a bunch of different services: 1) Clay Bar - overall, decently happy with this service. They DEFINITELY missed some spots which I'm pretty bummed about. It's really easy to tell where they did and didn't clay bar since the exterior of the car feels less smooth. It seems like if you're going to have this as an add on service that spots shouldn't be missed 2) Pinnacle Wax - Overall, pretty happy with the waxing. They recommend this service for black cars (which i have). Not sure if I will go with this or the more longer lasting wax (This is recommended every 3 months as opposed to other services they have) 3) Full Interior cleaning - Subpar on this one. The seats were still kinda dirty. They wiped the interior window and it's SUPER streaky. I think it actually looks worse with the streaks than it did with the dust. This service was *Free* because I got a hand waxing service 4) Armorall on the dash/internals - I would skip this service and buy yourself some armorall wipes. They missed spots and I ended up having to both go over it with a wipe and clean up other dirt that was missed. It's only 10 bucks to have them do it, but the wipes are probably $5 and you won't be as annoyed with missed spots if you do it yourself :P 5) If you spend over $100 they also offer a 1 month free of their unlimited washes. You have to cancel after the one month or it's $20 / month. HOWEVER- this gets my car waaaaaaay cleaner than at the gas station washes, and if you go weekly.. it's actually significantly cheaper to do it here. Even if you go twice a month, it's about $13 per wash at the gas station. HIGHLY recommend this service IF you wash your car multiple times a month (or if you don't like gas station car washes) read more

I just got my car detailed from these guys and I have to say that I'm super impressed! These guys are amazing to say the least. I came in on a busy Saturday and the line was to the street. But they had such a sense of urgency to get all their customers taken care of ASAP and I truly appreciate that. I wanted to give special recognition to Caleb the manager and Devin the supervisor that really took into consideration my concern about my vehicle's trunk not being able to open. They handled the situation with care & concern and I really felt heard by them. Went in for an oil change, it got done okay. As I was driving off I noticed my car wasn't how I left it. It turns out after taking it to another mechanic that a plug was mysteriously unplugged causing me to spend more money than I had planned to.
