I had a great experience here. I got the managers special and they absolutely cleaned my car very well! My car had a bunch of dog hair, and other stuff that had fallen on my carpets over time! Been getting my truck washed here pretty regularly. I usually use the quick wash and pay with cash, but I didn't have cash on me the other day. I used my credit card, and got my wash on. That very same day, my card was hacked. I truly feel that it was because I used that machine they have there. It must've been tampered with. Wash is usually good, but if I'm gonna have to replace my card every time I visit this place, even if the wash was excellent, it wouldn't be worth it. I will NEVER come back. They were nice and all but it was very disappointing to get back in my car and not to notice much difference. I expected at least a wipe down and dusting specially since I paid extra $10 for it. They didn't even touch my trunk. I didn't have ANYTHING in my car for them to have an excuse not to clean it. All I had was a lotion, USB and a small hand sanitizer on my side door. Seriously!!! And the lady still asked to go and rate them on yelp because that would help them. I paid $130 for a full service detail of my vehicle but I didn't have enough time to get it completed that day. I went inside to get refunded and I was given a merchandise gift card for the amount I paid. A year later I still haven't had enough time for the detail because I was quoted over 3 hours each time I asked so I was given 3 months touch less carwash in exchange. I went through one time and it ripped off both of my windshield wiper blades off my 2016 F-150. After that I couldn't trust going back through it after it damaged my vehicle so I paid $130 for one subpar carwash. 0/10 would not recommend. I'm very dissatisfied. read more

So, I had been visiting the other 7 flags location in the next town over because I was so disappointed with the service I had previously received at this location. I stopped here because I didn't have time to to the other location. I was so happy to see Brenda (she was one of the employees who usually does my detail and cleans my seats). I haven't seen her the past few times I visited this location. SHE IS AWSOME! She always does an amazing job! My car looks amazing and staff on duty today was very friendly! I used to love this place but a few weeks back my truck came out with huge scratches on the hood. I have a small truck and ha been going there since 2005. A couple times noticed little things like one side mirror will be pulled backward from the brushes. I noticed the passenger side while drying. Whitish scrapes. Large swirl type. I could not rub out. So, I went in and cancelled. Off to find a new car wash. I can always do it myself but in the winter especially like a car wash place. Sorry guys I love my cars and paint is not a cheap thing to fix! read more

I just had my wife's minivan washed at 7 flags. Honestly I wasn't expecting anything more than just your average car wash. After the van was washed, the people who clean the inside started to get to work. I approached Nichelle who was wiping down the seats. I pointed out to her the sticky adhesive residue that I was unable to remove, which came from the factory sticker that I removed from the car dealership. Nichelle didn't hesitate to help us out. She just smiled and said, "I have something that should take care of that." A few moments later the sticky residue was non existent. Like I said, I wasn't expecting anything spectacular, but Nichelle knocked the ball out of the park. Thank You Nichelle for all your help. read more

I met Joel N a supervisor and he said not to worry I will have your car immaculate. And when I got back he Joel greeted me and proudly showed the work. It was bran new. My boyfriend uses this car wash very often, he is ALWAYS satisfied, they do a great detail job & everybody is SO friendly! Well this last weekend we had a wedding to go to but on the way decided to drop the truck off real quick. It took quiet awhile which was odd, then when we got the truck back the inside was not complete, especially for how long they were in the vehicle. He told the outside manager and he offered to fix it right then and there, unfortunately we had to leave. My boyfriend called and that's when he spoke with Michelle! Of course he was very upset but Michelle was EXTREMELY helpful she reassured us this is not acceptable nor the typical service and to bring the vehicle back when we got into town for a free full service car wash. Since my boyfriend had work I took it in for him and she remembered him by name, still had an AMAZING attitude, and the truck looks FANTASTIC! First & last time getting a detail done here. Paid $$$ for a detail thinking they would detail the vehicle. Took my car in last Saturday, went immediately home and took pictures of their work. I was very unsatisfied with the outcome. If I wanted it just cleaned I would have done it myself, but I wanted it DETAILED as well. Which means every minor DETAIL. Turns out, I should have stood there to tell them what to clean and detail because after 2.5 hours, it still wasn't thoroughly cleaned or detailed. Went to pick my car up and I go to the front desk ... only to stand in line for 6-8 min not getting help yet, ended up going outside to the drop off car zone and asking them where do I go for my car pick up. I was told to go to the front where they are doing the car detail and drying place. So I walk there, only to be told I have to go to the far corner of the lot to the OTHER detail place. Once I get there, the young man says ok, take a look and let me know if you need anything else cleaned. From there I pointed out 5 things already, at that point I'm already frustrated that I still had to stand there and tell them what to detail. I didn't pay $$$ much to get a half done job. So I just said it looked fine and decided to leave. I'll stay for their monthly fast pass car wash, but nothing else. read more

My husband and I have monthly passes because we live around the corner and it's super convenient. We do however notice the rollers don't always work and it doesn't clean our vehicles the best and have to run through a couple of times more than we want to. We love the vacuums! read more

For a $50 car wash, I wasn't impressed. The big spots were gone but my car is still dirty. I also paid an extra $10 for them to wipe my doors down, (which I've never heard of, way to nickel and dime people) and it doesn't even look like they touched them I also think there should be a sign posted or handout provided of the services for customers to look at - you pull up and feel rushed to make a decision on what you want because cars start piling up behind you. If it's your first time there, you're not going to know what you want. But maybe that's another way they get people to pay extra money? Probably won't be back. read more

After they did over charged my car wash , I talked to the worker to refund my money ,she charged me 119.99 , then she said she return the money back to my account and give me the receipt. ( I choose the 25.99 car wash) after I checked the receipt, that was $64 ! What !!! Did her ever go to schools ? And I went back to her again , talked to her again ,and also brought my phone to do a math for her , she looked like didn't want talk to me ,then called her coworker to refund my money ! I visited 7 Flags Car Wash this morning, attempted to drop off my vehicle for an interior detail and car wash service. First I was told that the package I normally purchase has ascended in price, from 110.00 to 170.00. So accepting this new price I went to pay, the only option I have available to afford would be split payment on both my credit card and debit, I was informed they "couldn't do that". They wouldn't accept a split payment between two forms of valid payment. I exited immediately. Unacceptable service in my book. read more

I was in Vacaville for the day running some errands and needed to get my car washed especially after the last few rain storms we experienced.I use to frequent the Vallejo location(which is absolutely horrible), so I took the chance to come her and get my SUV washed. I will for now on come from Vallejo to Vacaville just to get my car washed by 7 Flags. wow what great service! car looks better than ever. I watched them clean the interior and they got all the spots that other car washes did not. I also signed up for the $30/month unlimited wash which includes hot wax. They said that if I wanted the interior done it's an extra $10/wash, which is still a spectacular deal. It's really frustrating having to constantly ask to have things wiped again, or to get bug guts taken off the front. Even with asking them to redo things I still leave a generous tip. I'm done doing that. We have the monthly service plan so I come in once a week to maintain my car. I don't go months without washing and then expect a dealership detail. Today I paid an extra $23 to have my Tahoe vacuumed and wiped down. They completely skipped over the 3rd row. I didn't notice this until got home. I don't have time in my day to make repeat trips back to this place. It's getting old having to continually ask for things to be done, and then today paying extra to have stuff done to the inside and them neglecting 1/3 of my car. I am considering cancelling my membership all together. read more

This place also has various places around Vacaville and fairfield my advice is to go to 5 star (fairfield or Vacaville) they do a much better job. 7 Flags is all over you almost like a mugging trying to get you high priced things (interior cleaning, hand wax etc) I know what I want and I don't need some teenager attempting to talk me into something I don't want. Like most of you, I keep giving this place a second chance and I'm left disappointed. I will NOT be doing business here again. You are always pushed into buying the more expensive package and even after you say no, the staff doesn't give up. It's ridiculous to pay $25 or more for a car wash and still have dead bugs, dried bird poop, and dirt on your car. I paid for the interior as well and not only were some spots not vacuumed, but you can clearly see what they missed when wiping down the dashboard and paneling. The employees are rude when you ask them to dry of the wet spots and even more rude when they realize you aren't tipping them. $35 for a half-asses job and attitude? I don't think so. And don't bother asking to speak to a manager. There's so much miscommunication in that place it's no wonder the customer service is as poor as it is. Avoid this place unless you don't mind throwing your money down the drain. read more

Decided to do the Sunday wash here this time around. It wasn't great and it wasn't bad. It was a car wash. I paid $34.99 for today's wash that was supposed to give me their best exterior wash with light interior cleaning. I felt like it was just ok. The place itself is pretty nice to wait at in contrast to most other car washes. It has these soap squirt guns where kids or grown kids can squirt soap on cars as they pass through the wash. Its a nice touch and keeps people occupied. But there are only two. By the time I got here they had several people ready to wash, dry, and clean the cars but they didn't have anyone inside to man the register. The kid rang me up outside. I sat inside looking through all the items they had for sale and they did have something interesting items like wall pieces that had nothing to do with cars. I did end up getting air freshener but since there was no one at the register I completely forgot I had I pay for it. By the time my keys were delivered to me in the pile of napkins and paper I had I just forgot I had it. So I will come here and pay my $3.99 for the air freshener but it would have helped to have at least one employee inside that could have helped with this. Would I come back for a wash? Maybe, but I can get the same results at hometown wash for $19.99 so probably will not be back here soon except to pay for my air freshener. read more
