Just had my car cleaned for the second time in 5 weeks there. I came the first time because I had a coupon - I forget what the price was but it was less than $20 for a wash and vaccuum, so I figured I might as well take advantage (the inside of my car is a PAIN to vaccuum!). Pros: *The employees were really nice *Service moved quickly. I went on my lunch break and still got back to the office with PLENTY of time to spare! Cons: *The outside of my car still had spots on it. I mean, those washing the car should at least wipe off the leftover spots *They don't wipe down the dashboard, center divider, or steering wheel. When my BF got my car washed yesterday, I wasn't even sure my car had been washed until I looked in the backseat and saw that the rugs were all placed differently than I had them before. *They don't vaccuum in the crevices - AT ALL. I can understand some people's cars are dirty and it may be difficult to get in to the hard to reach areas, but I had just washed my car 3 days before! *My windshield was filthy still. I don't think they even windexed the inside of my windows. Being in Vallejo, there are not many choices to get your car washed. But you can believe I will not be coming back here any more. I will find a place out of town and make a whole trip out of it, rather than waste my $20 on these businesses that obviously don't take pride in their work. read more

There getting worse and worse as time goes on. Even stopping by here for the last 4yrs they ALWAYS miss things like the middle console dusting the vents or insides of front windows. This location doesn't seem to do as good of a job as they used to do. I was here yesterday to get an inside cleaning and an outside wash. The outside wash turned out pretty good. On the interior, the dashboard still had some dust on it and there was some dirt on the back side of the passenger seat that they failed to clean. I noticed the problems after I had already left the place and I decided to not go back to get them corrected. So, I cleaned the dashboard and the dirt behind passenger seat when I got home. It wasn't a big deal, but when you pay $25 for a car wash it should be done right. It's better then any car wash that you get at a normal gas station though. read more

3/2/22 about 1:00 p.m. - Didn't dry my vehicle driver's side, windshield, back window or side mirrors and while "drying" my vehicle, it was hit with their step ladder when they moved it out of the way. I was the only vehicle in the drying area. I always leave at least a $5 tip, even when the service isn't great as these ppl, for the most part, are very hard workers and pleasant. However, they've been getting more and more lazy. This service is provided with my pay. If it wasn't included then I wouldn't be so upset. Come on 7 Flags! Either train your employees or pay them more or whatever needs to be done. This service has been failing for months, now. I'm seriously considering taking my business somewhere else. read more

This place has been here for many many years! I remember going here in high school and when I was middle school helping my parents wash their cars. I always tell people when their birthdays are around the corner that you can get your free birthday carwash here! Anyways, I came here because I car needed a much needed wash and I parked underneath a tree with tree sap falling underneath the car. I got the wash above the most basic wash and it didn't really cleaned my car. Luckily the person that wiped down the exteriors noticed and told me to go through the wash again. I was thinking, "oh wow, i wouldn't would have noticed, thanks" So i drove over to the carwash entrance and explained the situation, I went through the wash again with no problem. I was thinking "wow, this is good service, any other person would have said "thank you, have a good day" Although the 2 washes did not fully remove all the tree sap from my car. For the price I paid, I was content with the washes. Now my car looks cleaner than before. I was satisfied with the service and will return to this car wash when I am in town, and recommend this place to my friends in getting their free carwash on their birthdays! read more

Paid for a $36 full car wash... DISAPPOINTED for what they charge! My car sat out for 15 minutes before it was attended to and basically dried on its own, but what's the point of paying towel dry when it's dried up and you end up with spots. They missed major parts of my dash that needed to be cleaned. My car is generally clean inside as it is so it's obvious where spots were missed. I used to like their full service but not worth it anymore! Better off doing exterior only. read more

Employees are SLOW! I recently moved to Vallejo from Vacaville, where I enjoyed having an unlimited car wash plan. Both locations in Vacaville are excellent. They do a great job, and they're QUICK. Vallejo, not so much. Cars are always backed up into the street and the employees don't seem to care! They just take their time, BS and joke around with each other while the customers wait! The good news is that I can use my unlimited washes in Vallejo now, but I don't know that I really want to. For what it's worth, my car is usually pretty clean. They do a decent job...just not very quickly. read more

Glorified gas station car wash. Tried the $18 exterior wash as I was considering getting one if the monthly plans. It is 100% drive thru, including the wheels and tires. It is impossible to clean wheels and tires properly in a drive thru car wash. Double the price of a gas station for pretty much the same results. Car ends up about 90% clean, wheels and tires about 50%. I guess getting what you pay for is too much to ask for these days. read more

ValPak coupons! Pina Colada scent is not bad at all. They are very good at cleaning the nooks and crannies however there are ALWAYS water spots that are left on the vehicle and windows. I still have to wipe certain areas myself when their finished. read more

Went through for the manager's special full service a few weeks ago and watched the team go through my car inside and out thought it would be really good then I realized they didn't open my trunk so it didn't get cleaned or vacuumed. Got into my car and there was still dust inside on the dash and the touchscreen. Tonight driving by after work I see the sign and think maybe they just had a bad day I'll give it another shot. Despite sign on the street that drew in the stopped that service. Once you're at the cashier you can't back out or turn around so now you're forced to do something you don't want. Felt very bait and switchy. Avoid this car wash if you value getting what you pay for. read more

Very friendly, both with the woman who greeted me and guy who took payment. Great first impression! The Las Vegas style flashing carnival disco lights are a little over the top. All that matters though is that I get my $22 worth, which I did not. When I got my car back the outside was very clean and shiny. The inside was not. Yes, the carpet was clean and windows mostly clean. Better than they were but the drivers side and dash had not been touched. The dashboard and center column were completely overlooked. Ok so at least once a year I treat my faithful trustworthy workhorse of a car to a full car wash. I've been to the ones in Fairfield and quite frankly, they both are a huge rip off. Way too much money, for a shoddy surface-level job. I even had to go back to the one on Travis because there was STILL dirt all over my car! Now I will preface this review by saying I got to 7 Flags in Vallejo right when they opened (yeah EARLY on a Saturday!) and that is really the best time to get thee to a car wash--right when they open. Everyone is bright and fresh and has lots of energy. I used the $5 off check in, thank you, YELP. I also got the Super Deluxe because, my car, she needed deep cleaning. Because my sleepy ass had no coffee and was not awake, yes I did lose my receipt in 2 seconds while I was hauling all the crap out of the cabin of my car. Anyway, I digress. There was not one, not two, not three, but four or maybe five people (strength in numbers) on my little 2008 TOYOTA Yaris. Whoever vacuumed it found stuff in there I didn't even know I had! The interior was spotless, dusted and wiped clean and shiny. The guy who cleaned the front of my car SCRUBBED OFF every single bug blemish on my car! I had A LOT of bug splats on the front too! He definitely washed my car thoroughly and with great care as did whoever did the interior. I found my long lost and forgotten earring, the tiny clip to my badge, and a dime! Attention to details were taken here, people! Take note: for a reasonably good price ($30 with the yelp discount ) at 7 flags in Vallejo, I got a pretty spotless car inside and out. Considering I paid twice that at those other over-priced places who did way less work to clean my car, I felt I got a good deal. I love 7 flags but not this one so much. The one off springs road offers 20 minutes for $5. There are more vacume stalls. The only two perks at this valle vista location is : 1 - They offer full service washes here. 2 - They have air blower dryers at some self serve wash stalls. read more

My car deserves to be spoiled every now and then. And sometimes were so busy we don't find the time to clean our cars. 7 flags is always quick and efficient when it comes to cleaning my car. They offer different packages. Just a tip: if your planning on going on a weekend, get there when they open. It tends to be busy during the day. Especially on a nice day. The full service car wash which includes vacuuming is fairly quick. They have 3-4 employees working on 1 car to speed it up. Need a place to get your car cleaned at a reasonable price? I went here for the first time today and ordered the Wheel Express ($19.99) service, and printed out a coupon online for $2.00 off. Overall, not a bad deal. The only problem was my right rear tire, they only cleaned 80% of it. Seriously, they cleaned some/most of it, but left one whole complete section out! Other than that, okay job. The staff could be taught how to smile occasionally, and maybe say thank you every once in a while. But hey, this is Vallejo after all. Maybe next time I'll try Benicia. There is a new wash opening soon in American Canyon. Hopefully they won't have customer service issues like this. read more

If I had a choice of putting NO star I would. This place SUCKS. They do clean anything inside your car not to mention they don't listen. Tried this car wash after having bad luck at Vallejo car wash. I liked this place much better. I was impressed with the friendly greeting and the quick overall time for a wash and exterior detail. I have a new vehicle so it is important to me to keep it clean. They offer an express pass which is billed monthly (you can cancel anytime) and you can get your vehicle washed as much as you want! Plus you can add an additional vehicle for $15 more. What a great deal! Sometimes they don't do a great job drying, which is why I gave 4 out of 5 stars. This car wash place is the worst car wash place I have EVER been to. While waiting outside and watching them clean up my car, I had to point out obvious places that they needed to wipe down. Even after cleaning it it was was still dirty with obvious wax marks I had to clean it myself and the windshield having obvious marks. On TOP of them not cleaning my car right and vacuuming throughly they got my 2 seatbelts it my backseat completely locked. I am now UNABLE to have my kids sit in the backseat because they stupidly positioned the seatbelts incorrectly. Either I have to take to a dealership to get it unlocked or pull some MacGuyver skills. While I was waiting one of the cleaners I was watching had a weird look like something was wrong and I think he really knew that that the seatbelts were locked and they weren't able to get it unlocked and it was stuck. They could of given me a heads up but instead let me leave and drive away without telling me anything. That is HUGE SAFETY HAZARD. Never again will I go to this place. Not even worth a star. We have the monthly wash pass and everyone is awesome, however, today Jordan went above and beyond! My car was broken into and I went over to use the vacuum, I only had $1 cash with me, so I bought a token. There was so much glass that the time ran out before I could get it all. I went back to the token machine but the credit card reader was broken and I didn't have any more cash. I went into the cashier to see if I could buy some tokens from her, but she told me that she didn't have any tokens to sell. From then my services became even better when Edwin Sandoval introduced himself. His customer service was amazing.
