ZERO stars for the "greeter" who didn't bother to pay attention to which car was next in line on a hot Sunday afternoon on 09/06 @ 3:13pm. There's a reason for two lines. I tried to be a better example for my 5 yr old son and not cause a scene! I used it as an example of courtesy and respect for other people who are patiently waiting in line. He loves going to the car wash and wanted to make sure I didn't ruin future visits. I have experienced better from this location. This was my first time to this car wash; honestly I have lived innVallejo for 3 years and never seen it. I was very happy with the cleanliness of my car inside and out. Not to mention Dave Reeder and his employees are amazing with personality. Thank you for asking if my Lexus IS taken care of and asking me to inspect before driving away. All the employees were happy and I appreciate the manners. I did purchase unlimited washing on the exterior and detailing for the interior for $44.00- can't beat that. I watched these people work on people's car and how each worker cared for on my car like it was their own. They do great job and they work hard. This place is so incompetent and manipulative. I go in for a car wash and soon as I look at the menu, two gentlemen was ask me if I was interested in the membership program. So I said I'm not interested at this time just give the plus package that consists of wax and Detail inside and out. Mind you before you go through the car wash at lest two or More will soap your car and wash everything, that did not happen. ( Red Flag) I pull up and parked paid for my services while they're drying my car down. The cashier was also trying to pitch me the idea to Join the membership I politely told him no thanks and unbeknownst to me my car was half ass cleaned they did a horrible job and fast. So I think to believe since I refuse to get a membership ( that's their commission) they gave me a lousy service. The workers a lazy and incompetent terrible job and work ethics. Poor Time Management Poorer "Manager" involvement to resolve the problem. I pull in with a large pickup. I am told that they cannot run me thru the car wash but they can offer me a hand wash for $40 and Interior clean for an additional 20. I asked how long that would take as it looked fairly busy. I was assured I would "easily" be out within 30 minutes. At 1 hour, they had just completed the wash and had not yet started on the interior. I had an appointment and asked for the manager. I told him I needed to leave for an appointment and they needed to refund for the interior cleaning that had not yet been completed/started. Manager processed a refund for $20. The obligatory, were sorry we get busy.......... Bottom line, if the front gate can't handle reasonable time estimates based upon the current workload.....they shouldn't be working the front. The manager could have suggested a rain check, wash in the future, etc. Nope, nothing to be expected on that front. They just lost my future business. read more

Went to get my car washed this weekend and change the credit card my tag was under. The gal who "ran" my card came back with an attitude "your card was declined." Funny, I opened up my account and it showed it went through. Showed it to the other young lady and she even said,"it did go through". The initial girl got even more rude and said "it'll show back up on your card in a couple days." Seriously, that's some messed up stuff there. Looks like I'll be going elsewhere... if she was having a bad day, don't work where you deal with other people and provide a service. read more

Be careful here. They do an adequate job washing the car but their charging practices suck. Whatever you do, don't buy future service, unless you like sex because you're going to get screwed. I went in for a car wash and the teller told me they were having a "summer wax special" includes a wash, wax and a month of free car washes. I asked if the car washes were exterior only or complete, she said exterior only but if I paid additional, it would be complete. I went for it, paid the extra for complete wash. Today I went for my first "free complete wash." After going through the wash, I pulled into the lane for the interior cleaning and was met by a very unfriendly "manager" who said "NO you only get a towel dry" I explained that I had paid for the upgrade and he refused to listen saying I would have to pay another $10 for the interior cleaning. I left feeling completely ripped off. So be careful here, VERY careful. They can't be trusted. read more

I have unlimited washes for 40 bucks! The washes are okay, but definitley worth-while if you enlist w/ the unlimited washes. I see these guys more than my own momma. It's a very hype young environment. Emoloyees are polite and work hard rain or shine. I always feel welcomed, and as a regular I can vouch for many that they do too. I sometimes come literally seconds before they close because I work late sometimes, and I never get mean stares or dirty looks. I also come on my lunch breaks. They're so fast, I get a full service, then get Mccdonald's from accross the street before heading back to work. I love 7 flags from the interaction at the drive-thru booth to the cashier! I decided to come to this location after an unfortunate bird poop incident that left spots all over the roof and hood of my car. I purchased the $15 exterior wash. After going through the wash there were still white spots all over my car. The staff let me go through the car wash again, and when it it was my turn, I alerted the guy with the brush to wash the hood, and not my windshield. He snapped, "Don't worry ma'am, I've got this." at me. Well, he didn't "get this" because there were still white spots all over the car after the second wash. (The pictures below are after the second wash) The staff's solution to this was to either keep going through the car wash until I was satisfied, or I could get a towel and wipe the spots off myself. I'm not happy at this point because I don't have the time to keep circling through the car wash, so I took the towel and finished wiping the car down myself. I know I only purchased a $15 wash, but I don't think I should've had to finish washing off my own car. I could've gotten a better clean going through a gas station car wash. read more

I always come here for a car wash because the exterior only is relatively cheap/decent and they always towel dry my car if the machine missed any spots. Normally I would agree to give 5 stars; however, they didn't towel dry my car this time, even after I asked. Luckily, I forgot to get money for tip this time so I don't feel bad at all. read more

Paid for a full detail including shampooing seats and carpet. Got a call saying car was ready so I go there to pick it up to see there was dirt and dust still on the dash and door panels were not touched at all. Talked to the cashier and she told me that I can get it washed again but the will not do the door panels, that cost extra. I ended up taking the car home and finish cleaning the car myself. There was candy wrappers between the seats as well, they did not even try to vacuum between the seats. read more

What an outstanding car wash! I have been going here for over a year now and have had nothing but great service. My car is has always been returned in immaculately clean condition. Extreme attention to detail here at this location. Their customer service has always been professional and courteous. Recently I tried their oil and lube in Fairfield and had the very same results as their wash in Vallejo, nothing but excellent. I am a repeat customer and they did a great job on my SUV as usual. It is nice to know I can take my vehicle in and consistently receive friendly service from the staff =) I also wanted to share a situation that I witnessed while I was waiting for my car to give the staff the credit they deserve. There was a customer that was creating a scene due to the fact that he thought he should have received more services than what he had actually paid for. A gentleman in a blue shirt, I'm assuming a manager, came and spoke to the customer and explained what was included in the service he paid for and which package to ask for next time he came. But to calm the customer, he went ahead and took care of the added items he wanted done on his car. The customer changed his attitude and was thankful to the staff for taking care of him. I think they handled a potentially bad situation very well and in doing so, kept his customer happy. Good job 7-Flags! read more

We didn't plan to come here, so I didn't read reviews ahead of time. When we drive up, the woman asks us what we want, and since it's our first time, we ask what services are offered. So, she starts by telling us about a waxing package that costs $99...we just wanted a car wash and maybe some vacuuming, and $99 is crazy to spend! Then she tells us about some other packages that are less, and we settle for the manager's special for $38, since a line was forming behind us. However, there were much cheaper options as we got closer to the sign, which is frustrating that we didn't hear those options. I don't even know if we got all the things that were part of the package. After we got through the mechanical car wash, we didn't know where to go, and there wasn't someone there to direct the traffic. We didn't know how things worked, and we had to ask whether there was a waiting room, when they could have told us where to wait. Also, if you want your trunk vacuumed, you have to open the trunk for them, otherwise they don't touch it. I understand their point of view. However, if you want to get new customers to come back, you have to give us some guidance. Furthermore, they didn't do a good job at cleaning the interior. They left some obvious dirt spots, which would have been easily cleaned with water and a towel. I don't like paying $38 for a full service job, where I have to go home and clean it myself. read more

We stopped coming here a long time ago because of the quality of service. However, our poor car needed a major wash and this was the only place we knew of. I figured things would be different after not coming here for awhile. Nope. Still the same. We got the wax and shine FULL SERVICE which should have included cleaning the interior. That's $33. I might add that we normally go to a place in Daly City that cleans down all interior for the same price. Back to this place. As soon as we paid we went to the waiting area and I walked off to go smoke. Less than 5 min later I see my bf driving to meet me! What?! How is it possible they finished that fast?! Well, cause they didn't do anything other than vacuum the floor of the inside. So dusty on the dash. The middle console where the cup holder is wasn't even touched. The seats not cleaned. This place is a rip off. See attached pictures. Never again. I'll wait until we make a trip to Daly City next time to go to a place that actually cleans the inside. read more

I've never been more disappointed in a business than I was earlier today. My wife and I went so that she could get her free birthday car wash. It seems because of some little barcode added to the vehicle when I got the car washed many months ago, they denied her the free car wash. Her license wasn't enough and when we called the manager over on duty, he was rude and disrespectful. Essentially the little barcode stores my birthday for HER car. And if two people happen to share a car ... only one gets this small perk. She received nothing but an extremely hard time and I don't even know if an apology would ever get either one of us to return for even a self-service car wash. I've been having my vehicles washed at the Valle Vista location for 16 years now & remember going there with my family as a kid--the service has always been great, UNTIL TODAY. I can't say that anymore since my sister's cell phone was STOLEN from the inside of her vehicle early this afternoon! It fell out of her purse either while the car was being washed, or when she was on her way to the car wash. She went to retreive it while the interior was being cleaned/vacuumed & was told by the young guy cleaning the driver's side that he "didn't see it", but it looked like he was picking something up right when she walked up to the car. It takes just one dishonest employee to tarnish the reputation of a good business!! She'd be more than happy to have her phone back--no questions asked, otherwise, a police report will be filed. Unfortunately I cannot give you my opinion on the quality of their wash services as I was turned away after calling to ask what time they took their last vehicle. Please note I did not ask what time they closed but specified the time they accepted their last vehicle for wash. When I arrived the attendant manning the check in booth, who was likely also the employee who answered my phone call, told me they could only do an exterior wash at that time which was ten minutes before they "closed." Now I do appreciate that they respect their employees enough to want them to get finished with work at a reasonable hour but sadly I rushed to their wash instead of another due directly to their employees response to me by phone. Disappointed but will return to my regular Vallejo Car Wash where I know that they have good customer service as well as a well informed employee answering their phone. read more
