I went out of desperation as I needed my car cleaned last minute to pick up someone at the airport who has dog allergies and my car was a mess. It's not as bad I expected based on the reviews but they do try to upsell if you're willing to spend $20 or more, they do a fair job of cleaning the car, e.g. dog hair in the back seat and the interior windows and while not super fast it's not. It's a little confusing when you first pull up but the customer service is actually decent. It's a little hard to find if you're not from vallejo cause it's hidden from 29 if you don't know when/where to look. The one problem with it is when there's a line of cars they block up the street traffic waiting to turn into the car wash. It's not exactly cheap, like you'd expect from a place in Vallejo but there's not many other choices close by like Benicia or American Canyon since Fairfield is 30 minutes away. read more

I had just about given up on finding a quality car wash. Then I remembered 7-Flags Vallejo where I used to go many years ago when I lived there. I wanted to get the clay-rub/clearcoat treatment but I wanted it to be done with extra care. When I arrived, the attendant offered a discount on my hazy headlights which I could not resist. I knew the whole process would take about two hours, and since it was lunch time, I went next door to the Buttercup Pantry (where they offer a discount to 7-Flags customers with a receipt). When I came back from lunch, I had a chance to watch the good work of Erik M. and Dominick carefully working over every detail of my car. They checked and re-checked until everything was just perfect. That kind of customer service seems pretty rare these days. Everyone was friendly and positive, and it felt good to be there! Tried to give this place a second opportunity since I was in the area.....bad choice!! I paid for a full service and got two star service. My dashboard wasn't wiped down at all!! I called to speak to the manager and apparently he was on lunch, he would call me back.....waited and waited, it has now been over 4 hours and guess what?? No call back! I have been a twice a month customer for 2 years now. I love a clean car and 7 flags has always done a good job inside and out.Today 12/28 I was charged more for the same sevice I have got for two years. I have past receipts and showed the cashier,a 3.oo dollar oversized vehicle charge. He told me that was right for a Honda pilot. So for two years they have charged me wrong??? Also my car had bird shit and dirt on it when they called my name. I politely pointed out and the girl said "fuck" rolled her eyes and started speaking Spanish which I understand. Shame on 7 flags for allowing this kind of behavior and attitude,The employees there are totally unprofessional and I will never recommend 7 flags to anyone. Poor service read more

Came in yesterday stumped about getting my car clean. 7 Flags has so many options to choose from. A young black man dipped in pink (breast cancer month?) with them lovely dreadlocks helped me. He recommended I get my seats and carpets steam cleaned and gave me a good price with a 30-day warranty. He brushed my whole car down and I believe it was clean before even entering the tunnel. The workers did exceptionally well and my car feels and even runs as if brand new. Would recommend 7 flags to anyone. Great job from the front to the back. :) read more

This a high quality business! I've been using this place to clean my cars for years. Like any business, they have their ups and their downs, but I can honestly say that there are far more ups than downs. The employees are hard working and have good attention to detail. If you're not pleased with some aspect of your service, they are responsive to your issue and do their best to correct the situation and make their customer happy. The owner and management seem to truly care about their customers and their employees. They appear to continually work hard to keep their establishment clean, comfortable, and adaptable to their customer's needs. They have many levels of service available, from basic exterior washes and high end interior/exterior washes, to full detailing services; there are even several self serve wash bays and vacuums on the property. I can tell you from personal experience, that they will add, delete, and flex services as your needs and budget require. All you need to do is ask. If you care about your car and want it cleaned well, quickly and efficiently, then I highly recommend using 7 Flags! You won't be disappointed. read more

I have been to this car wash several times hoping for a different result (some may call this insanity). I took my car in yesterday only because I had a free wash and vacuum. First of all when they were done they told me that I had to pay even though it was a free car wash. Once that issue was resolved my husband and I both walked around the car to find several dirt spots. The inside was not completely vacuumed. The excuse was that they cannot get the vacuum in some areas and do not force it. Needless to say once he went to vacuum there was no problem getting it in the area. I am so done with this place. It looks like I am going to have to drive to Oakland in order to get a good and reasonably priced car wash. There are only three places in Vallejo. Took my car in they did a shitty. Job. My wheels were still not clean. I usully get the 20$ wash exterior through the car wash and to top it off they towel. Dry it +spray wax+ tire dressing... I came to get my car washed and went through machine and car got completely scratched all on my hood including the top of my trunk the sides my car is black so I could immediately see where it got scratched !!!!!! I go here all the time. I usually arrive Saturdays at 7:30 a.m. or 9:00 a.m. before it gets too busy. Or I go during the week at lunch around 11:30 or 1:30. I take all our cars here--mine, my wife's, my daughter's, and my son's. For me it pays to get the special on a card, 5 washes for the cost of 4. They know me by name and I feel like I get VIP treatment all the time. Jordan always makes sure that I am well taken care of, and Jazzmyn and Halea help resolve any issues I have (like losing my pick up receipt which I did a number of times). But now I have to say that Chloe has become one of my favorites. It is refreshing to see a young person who is so dedicated to getting the job done. Let me start by saying I've been a loyal customer for the past 10 or more years and never had a problem until today! Prior to today's event I had a crack in my windshield that eventually got bigger requiring me to need to replace it. I had already scheduled this replacement but decided to get a car wash anyways. When I went for that wash I told the young lady that would likely need a new sticker as it would be a new windshield, she told me that would be no problem as i would just need to give my phone number. Well come today, I told the lady that I got a new windshield therefore I would a new sticker. She took my name and passed me on to another another guy. The guy didn't even ask and just put his hands inside my window and proceeded to put the sticker on. Let me also say I've never liked stickers on cars as they are hard to remove (the one previous was on the outside and super low so it wasn't visible). I told him I didnt want the sticker there and wanted it on the door jam if possible. He says "well if I don't put here then you can't have the membership, I'll have someone remove it with a blade" . I was able to get the sticker off while in the wash (but not without leaving residue behind)As I go out the wash and wait to get my car to get manually dried this lady comes up, I show her the sticker and open my door. She says "I have to put the sticker" I tell her no because I just replaced the windshield and would like to have it in the door jam, I even tell her I can put it in a sandwich bag but not on the windshield she says "if we don't put the sticker then I'm gonna cancel your membership". Really? Not even an alternative option? I'm sorry but windshields are expensive to replace, I don't have a money tree. It's my car and I can or can't put what I want. I have been faithful to my 2 year membership and a stupid sticker is gonna turn me away? That's what it comes down to? I don't understand why this just HAS to be the ultimate rule. The membership is for my car only and so if it somehow falls out of my car and another car uses it they'd know because it doesnt match my car, right? I'm sad to say I'll have to take my car elsewhere! read more

I only gave it a 1 star, since I could not get any lower. What a joke. I went there Friday afternoon. What a provincial place. Paid $6.99 for it and it did not even dry my car, let alone the windows. I had to ask if there is someone who would dry them and the gal at the cash register told me to talk to one of the employees. I've been going to this car wash for years and today had to be my worst experience. I went to get a quick $6.99 express wash. I got stuck at the very end at the dryer. I was stuck for a good 5 minutes and no one came out to direct me or let me know why I was stuck. I didn't want to keep waiting So I decided to drive out. While driving towards the area where they towel dry your car a short older Hispanic lady pointed me to drive more forward and I thought that she was going to start towel drying the car... And of course she did not. I watched her just start talking to a coworker and I was confused because no one was tending to my car and water spots started drying on my windows. I kept looking back to see if she was coming because she had towels in her hand so I assumed she should be the one towel drying my car, but she just kept talking to other people and still directing cars down more. Again I waited a good 5 minutes before finally one of the other employees saw me and started towel drying my car. I was very disappointed in the service today and I suggest that the workers pay more attention to the customers then just small talk with their coworkers. read more

Very friendly and they did an amazing job doing an interior detailing of my large SUV. But they lose a star because it took 3 hours when I was told 1 1/2. I appreciate that they gave me a discount, but that still shouldn't happen. so I was pretty impressed the other day when I came here. the two men that wiped my car down did a decent job considering my dog spilled my husbands coffee all over the seats. they got the majority of it off. the outside was flawless though. there was barely any bugs left on the front of the car. Went to this place looking for a good drive-in carwash. That's not what I found. When I went to pay at the self-service kiosk, an 'employee?' who was chatting with her friend typed what I wanted into the system; the price I paid did not match the price on the price board. The carwash itself did not get the job done as I left with a car that needed another car-wash with, for example, multiple spots of bird crap still in place. I opted for the interior cleaning as well. Two different attendants shooed me away from their slot and rather than speaking with each other, I had to awkwardly explain that their co-worker had dished me off onto them. After a somewhat long but reasonable wait I was flagged over. The employee walked off before I had a chance to look over the car or tip him. The interior was well done, though the price for it was a bit excessive IMHO. Needless to say, I will not be returning, and I still haven't found a drive-in or automated car wash in the Vallejo area that I deem worthy of my money. read more

Quick service. Clearly they are quick for a reason. They did not take my car seat out, therefore there were crumbs around it. They did not clean my floor mats either. My auxiliary cord was gone as well (either sucked up by the vacuum or mysteriously walked away, no idea.) That being said I will not be returning. read more

No good! Not impressed! Disappointed! I had a couple of bad experiences here but came back to give them another chance. Unfortunately, nothing changed. Understandably, I drove in at 4:50pm on a Sunday nonetheless still open and they let me in. I paid for a 39 dollar car wash. As I parked my car at the handwash area, I got out and waited and saw that the guys seem to be standing by and seemed like waiting on somebody to take over the washing of my car. 10 minutes went by nobody touches the car... I had to ask another older guy who works there if somebody is going to work on.my car. He spoke to the guys they laughed a little and finally started spraying wax or something. It took 3 to 4 guys to finish and finally abt 10-15 minutes later. Looked good on the ooutside, gave the 5 dollar tip, smelled good and then I thought looked ok on the inside...cup holders not really clean but ok. As soon as I got home I saw it!!! Excellent customer service! Car wash because someone had broken in our car window and we had broken glass all over our van. Jordan and his crew didn't wonderful job of making sure that not only all of the glass was vacuumed up with that all the detailing and little pieces of paperwork taken care of as well. I've never been denied an exterior/ interior wash before at any car wash but they said they were too full at this time to complete an interior vacuuming! Cars were leaving as I was getting ready to go through the wash so I'm not sure why they said that. They had plenty of people working. They are going to have to have a pretty special promotion to get my business again!
