Granted I do not recommend auto washes but it was a gloomy day without rain. I figured its cold and I didn't want to get wet, seemed like a good idea. I was looking for a simple wash and wheel shine for $8.99, but the rep recommended the "Ultimate Exterior" $11.99. It did sound awesome and it was! But I noticed after the hand dry service and rim cleaning there was still dirt I wiped off with a napkin and one back tire rim still dirty!?! Next time I will ride dirty and wait for a sunny day, do it myself rather than being lazy!!! read more

I always tell myself to stop coming here but sometimes, my car just needs a good wash. Or well, that's what I hope for. I used to pay for the cheapest wash & even then, my car would still be dirty... But I get what I pay for, right? This time I decided to try a better wash so I paid for the $15.99 Lava wash in hopes that it'll of course have a better outcome. Boy, was I wrong! I might as well should have paid for the cheapest wash again because it was the same outcome. I definitely wasted $10 more than I should have. Makes me wonder if people ever pay for a car wash, only to go back and complain that their car is still dirty? I would've done it but I decided not to waste any more of my time. And to think that I was about to pay for the most expensive wash... HA! Good thing I didn't. 5 stars for the employees being really nice. From driving up to the front to paying to getting your car when they're done. They all seem like they know what they're talking about and they don't exactly try to sell you but simply make suggestions. I've been going here for maybe 4-5 years and I just feel like the quality of work has gone down. When I get my car, the inside is just wiped down and barely vacuumed. On the outside I can still see streaks/watermarks as if the car wasn't wiped down properly. Might have to find another carwash -____- read more

It's a car wash, what more can I say. When I use their vacuum it works. When I go through their wash and get the rain x wash (17.95) the ladies rub and spray me to a new car finish, (leave the ladies a tip!! not 3 dollars!!) I never use the self serve wash the brush is rough. read more

The quality of cleaning has gone down. They are also pretty shadey workers. They only vacuumed the front two seating area. They didnt even wipe the rear seats down. They open my rear tail gate and didnt vacuum the rear carpet. They dressed the driver side tires and not the passenger side tires.....i should have just waited at the longer line at America. I've been getting my car washed here for years. No more. My regular wash is no longer available, prices have gone up, and they no longer add the interior fragrance when you purchase it as part of a full service wash. It's this kind of little unfriendly business decision that drives me crazy. How hard is it to have the attendant add the fragrance? Why make the customer pick it up at the register, walk back to the vehicle, and request that the fragrance be added? I don't want to add my own fragrance when I've paid 25 dollars for a full service car wash. They used to add it and now don't, so they've lost my monthly business. read more

I drive from east contra costa county to vallejo just for this particular car wash. i wish they had a facility in our neck of the woods. ive gone to several other similar car wash places here in town but none compare to the quality of work they do here at 7 flags vallejo. plus the staff are always very friendly, professional, and polite. read more

This was the worst experience I ever had in a car wash first the car wash ripped a piece of my brand-new truck off but it was just a small plastic piece so I just asked them if they could go in the car wash and get me the peace and I would have it put back on myself it wasn't a big deal so after that they told me to go park in a line that was not the right one left me sitting there for 30 minutes with my kids blocked in then came and told me I was in the wrong line and that I needed to wait another 30 minutes just to get my tires and rims clean that I had already paid them for I told them this is ridiculous they didn't even dry my truck off after washing it so it had water spots all over it I just asked for my money back it was ridiculous never again will I go there read more

I had just about given up on finding a quality car wash. Then I remembered 7-Flags Vallejo where I used to go many years ago when I lived there. I wanted to get the clay-rub/clearcoat treatment but I wanted it to be done with extra care. When I arrived, the attendant offered a discount on my hazy headlights which I could not resist. I knew the whole process would take about two hours, and since it was lunch time, I went next door to the Buttercup Pantry (where they offer a discount to 7-Flags customers with a receipt). When I came back from lunch, I had a chance to watch the good work of Erik M. and Dominick carefully working over every detail of my car. They checked and re-checked until everything was just perfect. That kind of customer service seems pretty rare these days. Everyone was friendly and positive, and it felt good to be there! My car looks better than new, and the treatment is guaranteed for a year. I could not be happier. The manager has much to be proud of in his crew!. read more

I went out of desperation as I needed my car cleaned last minute to pick up someone at the airport who has dog allergies and my car was a mess. It's not as bad I expected based on the reviews but they do try to upsell if you're willing to spend $20 or more, they do a fair job of cleaning the car, e.g. dog hair in the back seat and the interior windows and while not super fast it's not. It's a little confusing when you first pull up but the customer service is actually decent. It's a little hard to find if you're not from vallejo cause it's hidden from 29 if you don't know when/where to look. The one problem with it is when there's a line of cars they block up the street traffic waiting to turn into the car wash. It's not exactly cheap, like you'd expect from a place in Vallejo but there's not many other choices close by like Benicia or American Canyon since Fairfield is 30 minutes away. read more
