The last 4 times I went there I waited in the lobby for so many hours. If I had known it would be that long I would have went home. The last time was 5 and a half hours in the lobby! I tried to go home at hour 3 and was asked to stay (telling me it would be soon.) The prices have really gone up. He wouldn't charge me to look at it so I thought I was getting a good deal but with the high pricing it made up for it. Several hundred dollars cheaper at other places when I called around. I got an oil change here and I made an appointment for it. I waited 3 and a half hours in the lobby and it cost a little over 100$. I mentioned I was feeling the transmission slipping and was told they would take a look at it. At checkout they said nothing, I asked them about it and another 20 minutes later they came back and said it was fine maybe I could get a tune up soon. I brought it in again a few weeks later still with the transmission slipping. They said they found a sensor out and a few other things. I paid a little over 1000$ two separate times within 3 months. Each time I asked is it worth it, to fix it? What about the transmission? I got round about answers and was told fixing it was a good option. Now after putting almost 4000$ into it within a year my transmission needs to be replaced and I can't afford to fix it or get another vehicle! I don't have words for how I feel about that. I really trusted Adrian and so I trusted his crew and I feel like they really let me down and put me in a bad spot. I'm a single mom and I needed the honesty and care I had gotten from Adrian at the beginning but I guess things change.

Lo and behold, they had used a cheap part to plug the gasket (or something like that), causing my oil to completely leak out over the course of a couple weeks. I brought this into the good people at Jiffy Lube and described my situation. Within an hour, they had explained the problem, replaced the part, and refilled my oil. The best part? They didn't charge me a dime. If I need any service when I'm in the area, I will visit them again.

Hi All, I visited…read moreMeineke Store# 2383 at 10501 State Ave, Marysville, WA 98271 on 09/07/2024 to get the issue related my 2016 Honda Accord's rear left door not locking automatically addressed. I was scheduled for the Electrical Analysis of my Car in relation to this problem. Post analysis, they concluded that the Door Actuator is degraded and needs to be replaced (screen-prints of bill and analysis report attached here in). I scheduled for having it fixed per their analysis and setup an appointment a weeks out - since the part was not readily and would that time to arrive. It was also identified that my brakes were worn out, however since they were under warranty with Firestone, I visited Firestone @Everett the next day to have that addressed and also sought second opinion / estimates for similar replacement based on above analysis. The Price they quoted for actuator replacement was more competitive and parts were made available more quickly, so decided to got with him. However, even after actuator the replacement the problem couldn't be fixed and they raised concerns about Meineke original analysis and captured this in the service bill as well. Since the original analysis was not done by Firestone, they couldn't cover for that and I have to for another round of Electrical Diagnostic with Firestone (and pay for it, though they applied discount) - only to conclude it was just a wiring issue (bill for service attached) and it could have been addressed right there, during the Electrical analysis done at Meineke on 09/07 itself - rather than going through all this pain and visits. I reached to the store, to address for the mistake they have done and trouble caused due to bad analysis and corresponding resolution at their part thrice. I was told someone from their team would call back, but none reached for a resolution - so submitting this feedback. Thanks, HK.

I was already feeling good vibes. He happened to have openings that day. Dropped my car off in the afternoon. Got it back in the same afternoon. I was okay picking it up the next day, so I was surprised by the quick turn around. After installing high-end aftermarket parts, plus labor, the price was very reasonable compared to other options in the area. When I picked up my car, Dan took me on a tour of his clean shop filled with badass custom cars they are currently working on. Had a great conversation with him about mech stuff. When I'm looking for a restaurant or any service, I'm the type of person who looks for places with thousands of reviews online with at least 4 stars. This shop has only 11 reviews with 4.5 stars. But man, this shop is so stealth! Even my mom, who's not a car person, was like, "you've been here this whole time?!" Dan happens to be a 20+ year master technician from Toyota. So, I'm never going to another dealership or anyone else for service when I'm in Washington. He was not knowledgeable about the Forester I was test driving and was unable to answer questions. However, he was a young man, presuming without much experience, so he got a pass. When I returned to the dealership, I made an offer on the vehicle. Israel wrote the price down on a blank piece of paper and asked me to sign it. I declined, saying that if I ended up buying the vehicle, I would sign the actual paperwork. He took my offer back to the "finance guy." The "finance guy," turned out to be an aggressive middle-aged man with a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle tattooed on his arm. He came out and asked me where my offer came from. Super classy, right? I simply told him that was what I was willing to pay for the vehicle. He continued with his snarky comments. I stood up and walked out. Since my experience at Kendall Subaru, I have been treated to the blank piece of part signing tactic and the rude "where did your offer come from" question at another dealership. It seems that these thugs all receive the same lousy training. This is precisely why they will continue losing customers to outfits such as CarMax. There are far too many folks like me, who are neither interested, nor impressed by manipulation and aggression.

The sales person she got connected to, Jared, was amazing. He wasn't aggressive with her at all. Helped her find what she wanted and do all the negotiations even before we set foot on the property. He was responsive and kind. We went to pick up her car and ended up walking out with two cars. He worked with me and got me exactly what I wanted and went the extra mile even when he didn't need to. The whole staff was super kind and helpful. We had an incredible experience and highly recommend Kendall Subaru. BTW... We were told our previous Subaru is what saved our lives in the accident. Recommend Subaru completely.

They couldn't perform the work on the AC because "the equipment was in the basement" OK? Had to take it somewhere else. Gave them another chance and dropped it off first thing Saturday morning for a couple simple repairs. I called at noon, no answer. I showed up before closing and no one was there. The owner Hector finally arrived and they didn't know what work needed done. They let my truck sit in the bay all day instead of calling me to ask. That was after me telling Hector and his mechanic what work was being perform on day the day I scheduled and at drop off, and I showed them the parts on the passenger seat. Ended up sitting around waiting for the work to be done and was charged $463 for 1 hours worth of labor. No estimate, no receipt, no nothing. I even had to correct some of their work the next day by cutting off (8) 3" bolts left hanging from my rear axles. No reputable mechanic would leave this as it becomes a safety hazard. And now Hector has blocked my number and refuses to return a special order E-brake cable from Ford that was to be installed. And has removed the existing one, leaving me with a zip tied pedal to prevent the warning chime. Multiple days and more money to fix all this because I brought it to these clowns! Stay away!

The next day called 8 times and no one would answer. FINALLY got a return phone call. Manager Victor I think said sorry he can't control when his guys get done. Pick up truck when I got it home I double checked and found vacuum hose not attached. Wires not connected hoses miss clamped and parts miss routed. What's the point of charging me mo ey if I have to fix what you did not do correctly. Now I have to spend more time to take it back to get the part I stalled correctly
