I took my Toyota 4Runner here to get my front bearings replaced. The whole experience was excellent! When I called for a quote, the owner, Dan, was very friendly. I was already feeling good vibes. He happened to have openings that day. Dropped my car off in the afternoon. Got it back in the same afternoon. I was okay picking it up the next day, so I was surprised by the quick turn around. After installing high-end aftermarket parts, plus labor, the price was very reasonable compared to other options in the area. When I picked up my car, Dan took me on a tour of his clean shop filled with badass custom cars they are currently working on. Had a great conversation with him about mech stuff. When I'm looking for a restaurant or any service, I'm the type of person who looks for places with thousands of reviews online with at least 4 stars. This shop has only 11 reviews with 4.5 stars. But man, this shop is so stealth! Even my mom, who's not a car person, was like, "you've been here this whole time?!" Dan happens to be a 20+ year master technician from Toyota. So, I'm never going to another dealership or anyone else for service when I'm in Washington. This place rips you off and charges way more for items you can buy yourself. Guess thats why Dan does not like to let customers buy parts. They want to rip you off. Take a look at my photos. I have drove my truck maybe 300 miles since getting back last October. They installed two window handles and both have fallen off the door. Dan could not even tell me if the 4.8l vortec and the 5.3 liter vortec are the same except the pistons tops. He said "i dont know" he tell me his shop fixes all the other shops mistakes cause they dont know whay they are doing. No Dan you guys cant even install window handles. They are only good for tint. Dont go here and stay away from Dan. Wish I could give it 000000 stars When talking to dan he come off as a cocky gear head who really doe not know shit. Call and pick his brain he has no clue. Maybe his guys do but this small little.man with a mullet is a joke. They charged 179. For a window regulator Online same part. 30 dollars Bbk headers they charged 525 with a 19 dollar delivery. 19 dollars for the part to be delivered to this shop? See pic below. My appointment was at 9AM and although they got a late start at about 10:15AM it was finished in less than 3 hours and Marcy did an amazing job. window tinting specialist - go to their facebook page and you can usually get some kind of deal. For a few hundred dollars they tinted my dodge neon 4 side windows and the rear window. Looks great, perfect job. I had them do the "edge filling" so the tint blends into the edge of the windows and theres no gaps. Highly advise getting your windows tinted and any other custom work you may need! read more

My 93 GMC Typhoon has been struggling, and a lot of shops would just kind of scratch their head at it. I found this place while looking for shops in the area on Google maps. When I arrived there the first thing I noticed was they care, you're not just another wallet to them. I was greeted very nicely and they started looking at it and doing things right as it came off the tow truck! There are a lot of nice customized cars that the owner owns. It was intimidating at first to see so many luxurious cars at the shop. But, to be honest, aside from the small worry that it was going to cost me a whole bunch at this shop. I got a gift from my wife from Christmas last year and got my windows tinted by this shop. First I would like to say that this deal is not a deal because if you want darker tint its not "included" in the groupon. Second the groupon said for a "2door" car or truck and unfortunately my truck as a 1994 was "too" old as the lady said and I had a couple pop out windows and slider in the rear window and I had to pay extra for that as well. all in all I was very dissatisfied as well as paying an extra $100 for what I thought was going to be a better deal I got a hack job the tint doesn't go to the edge of the window and my pop out windows are lose because they didn't tighten them. materials were left on my door frame and in my truck very unprofessional. finally when I called in to tell her the lady I n charge of it all tried to talk over me the whole time and at the end before she hang up on me she said "you cant please everyone" what a horrible motto to have. read more

These people had my car for a month. Within that month, they had ordered the wrong part, they gave me about 5 different dates when they said the car would be ready only to have them say on the day of that it wasn't ready, and they did not give even an estimate of a price until the day I picked it up, despite being asked several times. When I finally got the car back, it had more problems than when we first took it in (blinkers didn't work, the airbag light was stuck on as well as the seatbelt light). We took it back for them to fix what they broke, and they told us that they didn't know what was wrong so they couldn't do anything. DO NOT COME HERE, take your car to someone who actually knows what they're doing if you care about your sanity. read more

this was a great place to go have my car worked on. i rate this shop clean 9.9 of out 10 professionalism 10 out of 10 quality of work 9 out of 10 only because i only had a oil change done but i am deffintly come back to have my windows tinted and have my major services done here. when you first go into the shop there is a very clean red 57 in the show room so my first thought was ohh boy this shop is going to charge me a arm leg and a foot, but boy was i wrong they were the same price as some of the local shops around. But i felt more at ease dealing with them due to i saw what kind of work they can do. if you saw that red 57 you would be like very nice, but when you go up to it that is when you say WOW has a custom built motor twin turbo corvette motor. i say this shop knows what they are doing. if you get a chance go check this shop out for yourself don't take my word for it see for yourself read more

When to Marysville speed and custom because they claim they are a "high performance shop" and they have a dyno. Drove my car there to get it dynoed, they "worked" on it and they destroyed my wiring harness, and distributor. Had to have my car towed home. when I found the problem, their "Mechanic" had not tightened down some bolts in the distributor and shorted some wires out, and let them know what they messed up the owner said you can't prove it was us and hung up!
