7 Miles is a small milk tea shop in a busy plaza. There's no real seating indoors. There's a few tables outside the shop. There's plenty of parking in the lot attached. Ordering is all done via kiosk. The menu is also displayed on tvs mounted to the wall. Overall easy and simple! Service was all dedicated to making the drinks. The wait for the drinks itself wasn't long. There's many choices on the menu for teas and fruit drinks. Sweetness and ice levels are adjustable. The strawberries and cream drink is more on the bland strawberry side. Not exactly as creamy as I would have liked. The cookie milk tea tastes exactly like a cookie. Their milk teas are better than their fruit teas in my opinion. Overall a nice place for to grab a quick drink after having dinner in the plaza!
I tried the crème brûlée matcha and it was really good! I got the 30% sweet. It was at night so it wasn't every crowded. You order on a kiosk and the drinks come out pretty quickly! Not too big of a place so it's great for to-go orders! The price isn't bad either! Not too pricey. Didn't see an alternative for lactose but I assume you can just ask! I would definitely come back! Great vibes here, calm, and the employees were friendly
Had the Dragon Fruit Lychee tea with boba. And man that hit on a warm day. It was really refreshing and the perfect balance of tart and sweet for me. There's not much indoor seating, so I've always been more of a grab-and-go customer when I get drinks from here, but there's a lot of nice parks nearby. That being said, it's a cute interior and a few seats outside, but probably more suitable to sit there once the sun has set. Note, that the menu on the TV's isn't the full menu. All of the drinks are on the kiosk, but I think only a handful are featured on their TV menus.

The ube coconut milk is sweet and I had 0 sugar in there. It already comes with boba, so no need to pay extra for toppings. The ube and coconut milk really complement each other. I'm pretty picky about my ube and I asked if it's really ube or just food coloring. The guy was very kind and said it was ube from a can. He was hesitant to share that info with me, but honestly, that just tells me they use actual ube and not powdered ube or food coloring. AND YOU CAN TELL! The drink was really good! All the drinks I ordered were amazing. The only thing I wasn't a fan of was the sweet rice. Toppings are $0.79, so if you're getting a topping, maybe just stick to the basics. Parking isn't the best. Very competitive with other businesses around this gem. As you can tell by the inside of the facility, very well kept clean the feeling is a very high-end drink location, but they are very economical as far as they're pricing without losing the quality of the ingredients. Service was very fast and friendly, and I asked for my drinks to go and they send them off in a insulated bag to make sure that the drinks stay cold if you're on the go, which is something that I've never came across at any other teahouse. I will definitely be back. Thank you so much 7 miles for being a part of Cerritos. I will for sure. Send my friends and family !

Super yummy drinks! One of my favorite tea shops in Cerritos/Artesia area! The teas are very strong which I love and the menu is so unique! My favorite is the peach jasmine tea with the peach bits inside. I tried their soft serve recently and it was delicious! I got the Hokkaido cream with fresh strawberry and lychee. Very refreshing and I highly recommend!
In a popular plaza with various well known shops, 7 Miles Tea Lab is in the pack of it. Free parking is always nice here, with a cute interior, 7 Miles has one of the cutest cup designs I've seen so far. There's a self order kiosk which is very nice to speed up the ordering process. Love that they have plentiful of variety and some creative drinks as well that's rare to find in other boba shops. Osmanthus Oolong Milk Tea As expected, osmanthus is over the top on this drink which is great for a refreshing drink. I added Agar boba which adds to the taste but it's not needed. Overall a great drink, very well made and not too sweet with 50% sugar adjustment. Cookie Milk Tea My wife ordered this drink and this was a pretty standout drink. The cookie crumbs is a nice touch to it. Each sip had some of the crumbs which added to the experience. Not very sweet as well, a nice simple drink similar to Oreo milk tea. Overall, a very nice boba shop with cute design, cute cups, and decent drinks. Love the cute + simplicity combo, definitely checking this spot out whenever in the area again.
Found this on yelp and I love how they have different mix flavors, mango pomelo, avocado on mango, staff are very nice especially the guy with eyeglasses, He is very helpful, taking time to help customers, even when the place was busy. Place is clean, it's small but very cozy. Definitely a five stars for me.
Came for some dessert on a Saturday evening. There was a kiosk with the menu which made it very easy to order. I was craving soft serve but I wasn't familiar with the flavor they had. The staff was nice enough to offer a sample. Great experience with that. As for the ice cream, it was delicious.

New boba shop in an area surrounded by boba shops and I had to see what makes this place unique compared to the others. The first thing that you'll notice when you arrive is the decor. They went out of their way to make it feel as if you are still outdoors, without being outdoors. The way they have the plants set up, the rocks, and the layout, it feels like you walked into an indoor business. They have an extensive drink menu, with some unique flavors that I've never imagined you could have (like the Belgium Cookie Milk Tea). Additionally, they have a flavor of the day mini cup for $2 that you can add onto a regular purchase, which is a perk if you have a little one or someone who wants to sample something out of the norm. I got the Belgium Cookie Milk Tea at 50% sweet and it hit the spot just right. The flavor was great and filling. The only knock was the service wasn't the greatest. It being my first time here, you would think the employees wouldn't appear annoyed at me asking different questions. read more

There is an abundance of boba shops in Cerritos but this is going to the top list of boba to grab here! I got the 7s mango pomelo and it was amazing and perfect. The sweetness was perfect and it tastes like mango but as a smoothie Warning though it does make you even more full because this is so filling There's pomelo on the bottom (which I compare to grapefruit and I love grapefruit) and I love the contrast of the sweetness of the mango and slight bitterness of the pomelo. There doesn't seem to be a problem with parking and there's seating inside and outside. I do have to say inside was very beautiful read more

Staff was very friendly and smiling which made me wanted to give 5 stars already but drinks were very good too. I went for no sweet on everything and turned out they're very thick and delicious. The staff warned me that some of the drink might feel less delicious without added sugar but I was fine and enjoyed the full flavor of the ingredients. Parking lot right in front of the restaurant. #91 in my Teaholic Diaries. 7 Miles is the newest addition to the Cerritos boba scene. I really wanted to like this cute little shop, as the interior is nice and bright and the service is five stars hands down, with employees who are always friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, the drinks were pretty average in my opinion. I love the idea of the Belgian cookie milk tea, which is purportedly made with Phoenix oolong tea and topped with a delicious cloud foam and biscoff cookie crumble. Regrettably, the execution still needs work. As I mentioned, the toppings were delicious, but the drink itself tasted like a straight glass of milk with hardly a hint of tea. I also tried the Thai tea, which had the opposite problem and needs to be creamier to resemble the Thai teas we know and love. But perhaps my issues with the drinks are simply due to my own personal preferences, so take it or leave it - it's up to you. ****************** My Ratings: 1 Star: Terrible; just thinking about it makes me angry. 2 Stars: Wasn't a fan so Not likely to return. 3 Stars: Meh. Strongly recommend the mango and pomelo smoothie drink. The pomelo chunks were perfectly chewy and better than boba. The mango was perfect at 50% sweetness. The other drinks were okay and what you can find at most other boba shops. I had the white peach oolong and it was definitely white peach chunks that may have been canned in a regular oolong tea. I recommend 50-75% sweetness. Staff was nice and there's only 1 table indoors. Parking can be hectic. read more

Absolutely delicious! 10/10! I got the sour strawberry jasmine and my boyfriend got the watermelon coconut. Both drinks were so refreshing! The fruit juices were fresh, the teas were great quality, and the bobas were perfect! Their menu has a great selection, and I can not wait to return! The interior is also super cute. read more
A newer boba shop in the Cerritos area! Located in the same plaza as Jollibee, Pepper Lunch, and Bopomofo, parking wasn't too bad around 12:30pm on a Sunday. Upon entering, the space is small but aesthetic. Drink and soft serve menu is posted on the screen of the left wall. Ordered the Black Sesame Under the Clouds (blended) at 50% sweet and Kumquat Passion Fruit Tea at 50% sweet and 50% ice. They also have a rewards system if you sign up with your phone number ($4 off every 50 points). Drinks were prepared shortly and both were good! Black sesame had a nice creamy smoothness but was more watery than I expected for a blended drink. Kumquat passion fruit tea had real passion fruit seeds and a lemon slice and was refreshing. There are only two tables to the side of the store, so it is more of a grab and go place. For the quality, size, and price point, I would return when in the area to try more drinks! read more
Just when I thought I was done with boba tea places, this place drew me back in. Really love the Belgium Cookie Milk Tea and Black Sesame Under the Clouds. Magic ingredient is the "cloud" which is basically a flavored cream. Both of them tasted just like the description. Black Sesame tasted little more like a mixture of black sesame and misugaru (Korean multi-grain). I thought it tasted milder and smoother than regular black sesame. Both drinks required good mixing to get an even flavor but I actually liked tasting different layers. Initial taste was milder, but as the "cloud" portion settled to the bottom, I got an intense burst of sweet, robust flavor toward the end. This place allows adjustment on sweetness and ice level. I went with 70% sweetness on all my drinks and they were sweet enough. I think 100% sweetness would be too much. It's mainly a takeout place because inside is very small with just one small table with two chairs. It does have outdoor seating but even that's limited to three tables. It's located next to Jollibee and Pepper Lunch. read more
Such a cute new boba spot! The worker was super friendly and helped explain the menu and their ordering tips! We came during the grand opening and they were doing a promotion of buy a drink get one of their milk teas for free! We ordered sweet white peach jasmine with boba and black sesame under the could with boba, and we selected jasmine milk tea and oolong milk tea with boba. Will definitely be back to try more of their drink flavors!! Highly recommend!! read more

New boba shop in town! I had to come try. 7 miles is located in the same plaza as Jollibee, Mian, and Bopomofo. They have a good selection of milk teas, blended drinks, fruit teas and regular black/green/oolong teas. I'm a sucker for black sesame drinks so I ordered the blended drink. I also got taro ball Mochi because that sounded so yummy and also very unique as I've never really seen that elsewhere before. I loved the soft icy texture when it first came out but then since I'm a slow drinker, it melted and it wasn't as good anymore. That's my fault though. I'm not sure if the taro ball Mochi was supposed have a soft, chewy texture? It was hard but it was still somewhat enjoyable to some extent. Like a slightly refrigerated boba before it gets really hard. My boyfriend got the sweet white peach tea and he was a little disappointed because it came out too sweet even though he ordered 70% and he was expecting it have more of a tea flavor. It also tasted slightly artificial but it wasn't super bad - just tasted a lot like white peach nectar syrup. I'd come back to try their teas and milk teas! Oh, they also have a mini cup of the day which they interchange the flavor daily. It's so cute! You can get the mini size with any regular size drink purchase for just $2 extra. read more

Update: So, I went to 7 Miles Tea Lab to get a refund since I was charged for a Milk Tea that should have been free per store promotion. While in line, I find out that the promotion is "1 free milk tea per paid drink." Technically, I should have received TWO free milk teas yesterday since I paid for 2 drinks. Now, I'm livid. For whatever reason, credit wasn't able to go back onto my credit card. (I used to work retail, it depends on their system). But, I did receive a cash refund in the amount of $15. I will not be returning to this establishment because my drinks from yesterday caused both me and my spouse to experience stomach discomfort. read more

This was our first time here based on the decent Yelp reviews...and I was a bit disappointed. There was a lot of promise with the unique variety of drinks. I went for the Phoenix Oolong Milk Tea and the Ube Cononut Milk tea with sticky rice and boba. Both were underwhelming and not something I'd go back for. The service was mediocre. There are too many options in SoCal so I won't be missing this. read more

7 Miles Tea Lab is my new obsession! I randomly found it on Yelp after eating nearby and have been back several times since. Their Belgium Cookie Milk Tea is a must-try--the strong tea flavor perfectly balances the sweet cookie butter foam, and the Biscoff crumble on top is 10/10. (I personally think 50% is the perfect sweetness). They even have Hokkaido milk soft serve. It's definitely underrated and easily one of my top 5 boba spots. If you're in the area, you gotta check it out! FYI - this location doesn't have seating inside so more of a Togo spot. read more

One of my favorite boba shops now!! All their drinks sounded super yummy and reminded me of my childhood! So many unique options and I will definitely be back to try some more. Interior is super cute and I love their logo! Highly recommend checking out, I have a feeling this place is going to become really popular. I got the Black Sesame Under the Clouds with boba. 70 sweet was the perfect level for me and reminded me of a black sesame soup dessert that I loved eating as a kid! Both were pretty good but the winner for me was the ice cream. I also love how they have the $2 drink of the day which has helped me try new drinks in an affordable way. The staff were very nice today. They don't have a lot of indoor seating so it's more of a quick pick up or outdoor place. read more
One of the boba spots in Cerritos - and there are plenty! A had the standard boba milk tea to try and it was good but not anything outstanding. Maybe I need to come back and try one of their creations or fruit teas. Not a big place so order at counter or kiosk and take it out. Maybe there'll be some places to sit outside. Drinks 10/10 Service 10/10 Ambiance 10/10 I am a big fan of quality tea shops. Minimalistic shop that's extremely clean, easy to order, open space with high ceilings and good lighting. Their drinks are so good, it's not too sweet and their tea is well brewed. The fruit that comes through the drinks are so fresh, I can't recommend this place more. Service is so quick and the workers are awesome. The crochet plushies are $9 each! Avocado Mango: so creamy from the avocado and naturally sweet with the mango! Watermelon Coconut: So refreshing, the coconut aftertaste is SO good. It is not overwhelming at all! Mainly watermelon juice flavors coming through. Strawberry Jasmine Tea Latte: y'all.... this one is GOOD. I'm not even a fan of jasmine but 7 miles has converted me. It's so smooth and perfectly sweetened. read more
If you're looking for quality tea or boba in the area, this is a cute and cozy shop with refreshing drinks! I stumbled upon 7 Miles Tea Lab since I was grabbing dinner in the plaza. The staff there were friendly and the drink came out very quickly since there was no line on a Sunday night. If you don't like talking to staff, there's an alternative option of ordering on a touchscreen as well. I ordered the strawberry matcha frappe drink and it was a delicious blend of sweet strawberries and earthy matcha. That drink was good but pretty standard so I would love to try some of their other drinks. They have an assortment of eye catching layered drinks where you can customize sweetness, toppings, and ice levels. The shop is fairly small with no real indoor seating besides a bench but there is some outdoor seating (and it's not really a problem anyways since it's just a drink shop). The interior was very aesthetic and cute which is always a plus for pictures! read more
