First came here a couple wks ago as a late night craving & it was a great experience. It's located in the same center as Bopomofo so in terms of branding, they have some competition but personally it's a nice alternative if you don't wanna spend $8 at bopo &/or wait in the long line. Place had some people just chilling & they had some music blasting so it was a nice atmosphere. Opted for the London Fog & Black Milk tea both with boba. The drinks were made pretty quick but there wasn't much people that night so might have to return during the day when it's potentially more busy to accurately compare. Tho from experience, due to the popularity of the other businesses in the same plaza (Jollibee, Pepper Lunch, Mían, Bopomofo), to name a few, parking will be difficult especially if you come during the day like early afternoon on a wknd. My party came around 8 on a wed night & it was nicely quiet as we didn't have to deal with the usual wknd traffic in the plaza or spinning around multiple times trying to find parking. Personally, I believe the London fog could be slightly more sweeter as it tasted pretty watered down though the black milk tea was great & perfectly made. Boba tasted fresh as well as it was fairly soft. Honestly, for a drink that's only $4.75, can't really complain as most places costs slightly more & even are double the price & not that much better. They also had these mini hand made dolls on the shelf as a Valentine's Day event thing & they were pretty unique & adorable, I shamelessly asked if they were on sale; to which they were so I got one which costed $9 but they were nice so it's alright All in all, drinks weren't bad for the price, service was just ok (probly cause it was at the end of the day) but they were quick enough with the drinks for a week night. I had Mian for lunch earlier and wanted boba and this place just happens to be next door! Inside it was pretty small so can't fit big groups and families but it looked very modern and clean with nice decor. The menu had a lot of varieties of drinks to choose from. I went with the Belgium cookie milk tea with boba since it was on their top 7 drinks menu. It was delicious, tasted just like a Biscoff cookie with tea and the boba was cooked and sweetened perfectly. I got the Phoenix toffee milk tea less sweet. It was still pretty sweet but loved the toffee notes. I was not a big fan of the boba as it was a bit softer than I prefer. It was creamy and good. My bf got their summer special "lime fruit tea" I forgot the exact name. It was soooo tart... I wish the employee would have given us some guidance on the tea, sugar levels, etc. We did ask if we ca add more sweetness to it and they did but it was just way too tart. This place has a cool modern and futuristic looking decor. We tried the Black Sesame Under The Clouds the first time we came here since it's a popular drink and we read good reviews about it. Not sure whether it was because we came 20 minutes before closing and maybe they were rushing, but the drink tasted like just black sesame together with a lot of poorly blended ice. Thank goodness we added the purple sticky rice because that was the only tasty part about it. My cousin got the Strawberry N' Cream and he said it was meh as well. We came back the next day to give this place one more try and got 2 of their top picks: the Belgium Cookie Milk Tea and the Marble Matcha Brûlée. The Belgium Cookie Milk Tea was pretty good. It has a strong tea flavor with some sweetness from the cookies. The matcha in the Marble Matcha Brûlée was very pungent and wasn't as good as we expected. I saw the Sweet White Peach Jasmine Tea and it's exactly what I wanted after a long hot day. I added the jasmine jelly since it's one of my favorite toppings but I rarely see it at many places. It was the perfect addition! Super soft jelly and the ripe pieces of peach were the perfect accompaniment to the fresh jasmine tea. I got a little bit less sweetness level so I could really get the tea flavor. My husband had the Belgium cookie milk tea, which is basically a biscoff milk tea. It was on the sweeter side but tasted exactly like a drink version of biscoff cookies. We didn't finish it and drank it the next morning and it was still just as delicious! Decided to try this place after eating at MIAN, which is next to each other. There's plenty of parking. Really cute interior and IG worthy. Prices are cheaper than Bopomofo Cafe which is also next door. At 7 Miles I ordered the one size for $6 of the Creamy Taro Blended Smoothie which had taro, milk, cream and agar boba. I was a little disappointed to see that the drink came with passionfruit seeds because I hate chewy on them, but after drinking it for a while it kind of grew on me. The seeds themselves were crispy and I could tell that it tasted very fresh. Server was super friendly. My friends got the peach tea and the taro slush and they both enjoyed their drinks as well. Lots of parking in the parking lot. There's also restrooms for customers inside. The space is small so there's only 2 small tables (that seat about 2). Located in a pretty popular plaza with Jollibee, 7 Miles Tea Lab is a cozy little boba shop with few indoor and outdoor seating. It has some reasonably price drinks. My go-to orders here are the London Fog (50% sweet) and Smashed Lime Earl Grey (75% sweet). The cashier was friendly enough to explain to me that the Smashed Lime Earl Grey should at least be 75% sweet or else it will taste bitter. This was a surprise to me as I may be used to tea with little to no sugar, but they were completely right with that recommendation! This is my favorite small business tea shop in the area. read more

You can order through the tablet or cashier. Cashier was helpful when answering questions about drinks. They have addition toppings to add and allow you to change sweetness and ice level as well as milk options. They have a mini drink special for $2 you can get a mini cup. Todays offering was Strawberry n Cream. I'm not sure if they change what the drink is. If the flavors rotate, it's a good way to try different drinks you might be on the fence about. Strawberry n Cream was ok. Think strawberry smooth but with lychee bits topping. Black sesame under the clouds was good. They have a type of black sesame cheese foam on top which was good. Problem with the drink is the milk is on the bottom and when you finish, the sesame floating on top remains. You c an drink it but it's very grainy. Not as bad as other places. I still liked the drink and would order it again. Just a warning. Probably because I drank it with a straw instead of sipping. Belgium cookie milk tea is also good. If you like his off cookies this is for you. The foam on top is good and you can definitely taste it Cooke bit sun the drink. I'm going to have to come back to try the other drinks. Completely blows a lot of these other shops out of the water! Got the Belgium Cookie Milk Tea, the girl that assisted me at the front counter was very pleasant and lovely, I came around 3 PM and there was no one else in the store except for me. The decor here is very minimal but it fits the vibe they seem to want. Plenty of parking and it's surrounded by Jollibee and a variety of other shops. That's beside the point. My drink was absolutely delectable. I got it at 100% sweetness, 100% ice, didn't alter my drink in any way, shape, or form. I love the little heart shaped stopper they press into the hole you can sip from, stinking adorable and I'll definitely be washing it so I can reuse it for my own cup. I've never quite had something like this before, it's an entirely brand new combination of flavors to me, personally. Would I come back again? 100%. SERVICE/AMBIANCE: There wasn't anyone inside when we went, so our drinks were done in 2-3 minutes. It's very small inside, there's only 2 tables and 3 chairs available for seating. The staff were very helpful to answer any question for us as well. It's located in a plaza, so parking is easy to find. OVERALL: Although my drink was pretty good, I wouldn't go out of my way to drive here for this boba spot. If I were in the area, I would potentially swing by again. I don't live near OC area, so I took a video, came back a week later, and talked about it to the server working at that time (9/20 around 4PM), and he apologized quickly and suggested a full refund. I ended up just getting the same order that I had, but I really appreciate it about his quick customer service and how he managed well with the situation. Saw 7 miles on Facebook for a grand opening. Had to come here coz its in the area and my kids love milk tea. Stood in line for a little while but wasn't bad. We ordered Black Sesame, Mango Passion fruit, and Oreo. Can't resist oreo for a kid. Their drinks were all yummy. What's cool is the Mango Passionfruit uses real fruit. U can see the passion fruit seeds and orange slices. It's a must for this coming hot summer refresher. Also, we received a cute fan with our drinks. I really wanted to be impressed by this place because it's such a cute, clean and nicely decorated tea shop but it was a blah for me. Wasn't sure what was good so we got their signature drinks the mango pomelo and cookie milk tea. I ordered 70% sweet and replaced topping with aloe Vera for the mango drink and the requests were on the note but my drink came out way toooo sweet and I had agar boba and not aloe, so I think they didn't look at the order properly. We already left the shop so I couldn't ask to replace but what a bust. I only took like two sips of the mango drink and left out the rest, it felt like I was drinking a sugar mango smoothie.
