I've gone to the Torrance location of 7 Miles Tea Lab several times since it's soft opening, and I love it! Each time I've gone I've gotten the Belgium Cookie Milk Tea with boba, and it's the best oolong specialty milk tea I've ever had! I also got my drink in a timely manner, and didn't have to wait too long. I will definitely be coming to this boba tea shop every time I go to Del Amo in the future! read more

The other Day I Brought my daughter here after her softball practice thinking we'd treat ourselves. She got the strawberry Oreo and loved it super sweet and fun, I ordered the strawberry matcha and it was honestly offensive. Watery, bland, and looked NOTHING like the photo. Total catfish in a cup. The girl who took our order was so sweet and helpful, but the man behind the counter (manager? owner? not sure, but definitely full of himself) was completely unprofessional. Making rude comments about customers, laughing loudly, and speaking to the staff in a way that made the whole place uncomfortable. Just bad vibes all around. I came here to relax with my daughter after a long day not to witness some grown man throwing a passive-aggressive tantrum behind the counter. Won't be back. Tried this place before a few months ago and the employees and owner were very rude. Tried it again recently and the girls working were still rude. I went to 7 Miles a few days ago. I usually like going there and the service is normally good. But this time, one employee named Asia made me feel uncomfortable. She was being too flirty with my boyfriend right in front of me and didn't seem to care how I felt. I go here a lot and she seems new since I haven't seen her before. I rarely ever leave reviews, unless I feel compelled to lol. And this experience was below subpar. This is only my second time trying this place, and I've never read the reviews until now. Mostly just wanted to get something here since it's in an easily accessible area of the mall. Walked in, took a minute to look at the menu, and then walked up to the register. The manager (who I now recognize from other recent reviews) walked up to the register and as I was about to say hello and order, he cuts me off and turns his head to say something to his employee. Like what lmao. I'm not usually bothered by these types of things but something about his cold demeanor threw me off. And after reading the recent reviews, I can see others feel the same. I also want to preface that I've literally worked at boba shops before, so I'm typically very understanding/considerate/dont want to cause problems with service workers. But to this manager--if your behavior and lack of customer service is being called out by multiple customers, maybe this isn't the job for you king. I ordered the Tokyo Matcha Frappe and it was the most mid thing I've ever had. It wasn't sweet at all (even with 100% sugar, and I don't even like my drinks too sweet but this was actually nothing??), tasted grainy, and overall was just gross. Literally didn't even drink half and ended up tossing it. There goes my $9 yay! Definitely not coming back. The first time I came, I got one of their fruit teas and it was also mid asf. i've been here a couple times with my girlfriend and the drinks never disappoint. the workers here always accommodate the drinks to your liking, even when the stores busy. they usually get a little busier on the weekends but they have an option to order online to pick your drink up without having to stand in line, which is what i usually do. highly recommend! read more

I'm giving 3 stars, since until today, my multiple visits prior have been okay. Minor mishaps with drinks in the past but nothing like today. First, I agree usually the line is long and at most 2 people working, do getting drinks does take time. Not a huge deal when they are good! Today, 1/1/2025 I went in to find my usual favorite drink, guava grape smash was now different, but decided to give the new combo a try. I ordered, no sugar no boba. When I received my drink there was a lime in it. No lime mentioned on description board or I would have asked not to have it. When I asked the young lady working if she could remake it without the lime, she was not happy, took my drink, opened it up, took out the lime n re-blended the same drink and handed it back to me. By this time the drink was now watered down n the fruit in the bottom was now blended in and you could still taste lime. I apologized but asked her to please make a fresh drink. Again not happy but she took my drink and threw it out. I stepped away so others could order. About 5 minutes later she hands me my drink. I said thank you and walked away. On my way to my car I took a drink and man was it sweet and with crystal boba. Both of which I asked not to have. Realizing, after 3 attempts it likely was not going to be fixed. I threw it out and went home. There is a sign inside that says, we will remake any drink to your satisfaction" so why I was treated so rudely or why I couldn't get the drink the way I ordered it is beyond me. This used to be a teaspoon with a very nice manager. Now it's been replaced and the new manager is EXTREMELY rude and disgusting. As a customer, I heard him berate the employee working that night and saying "You're just an employee, a nobody." Disgusting place of work. I managed to get his name: James. James, I hope you get let go and work on your miserable outlook on life. Obviously looking at previous reviews, this is a pattern. Drink wise, the quality is SO MUCH WORSE than teaspoon. I ordered ube coconut milk, which tasted good, but the sticky rice in the drink wasn't my favorite. I ended up asking the guy (manager or owner I believe) to remake it without the sticky rice nicely, and he rolled his eyes and said "You already tried it". (How was I supposed to know how sticky rice in a boba tasted?) He eventually told the girl who worked there to remake it but was quite rude and unprofessional about it. Overall bad vibes. A preface- I've been to the location in Sawtelle which had some of the best fruit teas of my life- the pomelo was pretty much perfection and I was hoping they had that at this location. Unfortunately they did not- I got a different fruit tea I think strawberry lime and it was unfortunately not drinkable. There was no ice and it was lukewarm, and it tasted like sour water with flavorless partially pureed strawberry. Was also a long line so maybe it was because they were busy but it just wasn't drinkable unfortunately. The sample of Thai tea that they had at the counter tasted fine so maybe get that lol. The store is located on the 2nd fl inside a mall. It was filthy dirty and the drink was all milk and ice not enough black sesame seed. The price was at least 25 cents or 50 cents more expensive that West side LA location. The worker was not attentive(they normally ask you for sugar level). You need to pay with cash if not they will charge you 3% more. Don't go there unless you like this type of service and low quality boba. We will never ever come back to this location. read more

I really enjoy their unique drinks here - it satisfies my taste for speciality milk teas and my boyfriend's need for fresh fruit teas. If you want a new boba shop with something other than your standard usual drinks, I would highly recommend this place. Especially because their biscoff milk tea is my new indulgent go-to! However the drinks, while delicious, have been inconsistent the couple of times I have visited. I understand they just rebranded several weeks ago so hopefully they get this new extensive menu down.
