It's great customer service to offer suggestions and share the most popular items, but when it turns into insistence, it makes us lose confidence in what you're selling. Having just 2 employees working on fulfilling orders may not be the right number or the methodology of fulfilling drink orders may not be the most efficient. I caution those that come into this store that if you see more than 5 people waiting in the store, it may be a minimum 10 minute wait. In my case, it was 34 minutes.
