I asked for a recommendation to fix the water damage for the cabinets and my adjuster recommended DryZone and a few other companies. I chose DryZone! Ed Garza called me within a few minutes after I spoke with the adjuster. He suggested that the water damage should be dried right away so it doesn't create mold. He came by within the next hour and set up his equipments. He explained to me how each equipment works and other options I can take to prevent/fix molding issues. He was sincere when I told him I was concern about my kids and having possible molding under the sink. He helped me find alternatives to fix the molding issue without spending too much. Not only did Ed help me with the water issue we had at home, he also took time to explain to me about an AC issue at my Aunt's house that needs to be fixed. I showed him a few pictures of the ac vent that was leaking and Ed actually took time to show me what COULD be causing it and what may need to be done to dry it. This alone was unsettling. During that visit, he entered our master bedroom multiple times with no explanation or reason, and when questions were asked, he avoided answering by repeatedly walking away downstairs. This behavior felt unprofessional and uncomfortable. After remediation work yesterday, our home was left with an overwhelming bleach/chemical odor, and no recommendations or safety guidance were provided regarding ventilation, air quality, or whether it was safe to remain in the home, especially concerning given that mold remediation was involved. This has been an incredibly scary situation for our family. Recently learning there is mold in our home, and having a 6-year-old child. In a situation like this, transparency, clear communication, and simply being treated like human beings would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, that was lacking throughout this process. And got four estimates. Remediation X was the most comprehensive bid, because they did the whole project, including the rebuild of the cabinets, where mold was found behind. Our house is under contract and this was found 10 days before closing. David took care of everything and had great communication. They got the damaged cabinets torn out, did the mold remediation and replaced everything better than it was before. We could not be more pleased!

They made promises over promises over promises. Many, many, many, times they did not show up. Unfortunately, we paid them too much upfront and were taken to the cleaners, they left our house unfinished, with not enough supplies to finish. We paid them for items they did not do at all. This was over a period of six months on a water damage claim that should've only taken three weeks. They were so nice and talked a big game and built themselves up . One person did not know what the other person was doing. There was no communication at all ,they could not find the cashiers checks I had given them and told my insurance company that I pocketed the money and they were never paid anything. Obviously, I kept all of the receipts, check stubs, pictures and texts and was able to prove to the insurance company that this was not the case. We were fooled by the their lies and were left holding the bag to come up with $10,000 of our own money to finish the project. For instance, when they pulled up our water damaged hardwood floor they chopped up the cement floor below so badly we had to have that redone before they could lay carpet as they could not lay tile which is what we wanted, after the damages they caused to the original concrete floor. It will be at least $25000 out of our pocket to complete, repair and replace damaged items. Do yourself a big favor and run.
