I was looking for a same-day flower wreath from my grandmother's services. I didn't want to order from an online business, and support a local shop. I ordered from 710 Flower Shop and was able to pick up my grandma's wreath the same day at 1pm. The wreath turned out way better than what was pictured online. All the guests were very impressed; we all felt that it was a high quality wreath. They did have to charge me $50 extra, but that was because the photo frame we used was bigger than what was expected online, so they had to use more flowers to accommodate. We did have some trouble hanging the photo on the stand, so we ended up using an extra easel from the funeral home, but that's ok, the overall arrangement was still beautiful. Workers were nice and easy to work with.

First, awesome that they're open on Sundays. It's how I ended up using them for the first time. Quality of flowers, excellent. 5/5. Value for the dollar, very good. 3.5/5. I've gotten more for my money elsewhere locally, but I've also gotten less for my money. The arrangement that they put together was very pretty. You won't be disappointed.

Disappointing Delivery and Quality of Flowers - 710 Flower Shop, Long Beach CA I am posting this to express my dissatisfaction with delivery and quality of flower arrangement I ordered for my wife on Sept. 10th, 2024. I placed the order two days in advance, on Tuesday evening, for delivery on Thursday morning to celebrate our anniversary. Firstly, despite paying a $20 delivery and tipping for a location less than 6.5 miles from the shop, the flowers were not delivered until after 3:00pm on Thursday afternoon. By 2:30pm, I had to call to follow up on the delivery, and my wife's workday ended at 3:30pm. this delay ruined the surprise, as I had hoped for her to enjoy the flowers throughout her entire workday. However, what was even more disappointing was the quality and size of the arrangement itself. I paid $200, expecting a beautiful and large bouquet, but when my wife sent me a picture, I was shocked! The card attached to the flowers was nearly the same size as the arrangement itself. To confirm this, I asked her to take another photo, this time she held the flowers next to a standard piece of paper. The bouquet was barely half the size of the paper, far smaller than what I had expected the price. This experience was extremely disheartening especially considering it was for such an important occasion. The combination of the late delivery and underwhelming quality left me very disappointed. Given the price I paid, I feel that both the service and product were not up to standard. Don't make the same mistake I did and ruin your important occasion. Cool place! I dropped in to get some flower to take to my dad. The ladies there were wonderful and nice and i was able to get some good flowers for under $15 buck and this amazing spray they put on the flowers make them smell awesome. They have party and jumper rentals here also. read more

It was my wife's birthday and she loves flowers so I stopped at this quaint little store and instantly knew I was in the right place. The ambience, immaculate cleanliness, and the sweet smell of flowers drew me in and by the time it was all over, I walked out with a beautiful bouquet of roses. Ahhh, but my wife wasn't happy that I chose blue roses so we went back to the store to exchange for red roses and to my delight both Betty and Laurita were more than happy to fix the arrangement to my wife's liking! Was out here with my daughter picking out some flowers since she said I never bought her any. Selection - Selection of flowers is decent but could use a bit more. Staff - The lady who helped us was very nice and kind. Prices - Seem a bit on the higher side but haven't bought flowers in a while so might be regular prices. Location - Very easy to spot from Willow and parking isnt to bad on the side streets. Overall a pleasant experience. read more

Very unhappy with the service. Flowers are indeed great price but the fact is they throw things in there and charging for everything. From wrapping, to the extra greens, and even throwing in extra flowers you didn't ask for. Would of been okay with it if they told you before they spent 15 mins adding 15$ more. Overall I'd come for just the flowers and save yourself from them wrapping it; wasn't even wrapped nicely. read more

These people shouldn't be allowed to advertise as. Florist. I ordered flowers Teleflora for my sister's funeral, cost was over $100 and they arrived looking like they had been picked from the side of the highway and arranged by a 3 year old. I'm going to file a complaint with Teleflora and the BBB. read more

i would like to encourage anyone who is in need of flowers or plants to please try 710 flowershop. i am not one to generally write reviews, however, my experience today with 710 flower shop was amazing and i just had to share it with anyone who is in need of flowers and plants. i live in another county, therefore, i was relying on luck. i called a flower shop that directed me to 710 flower shop. the lady on the phone exuded excellent customer service skills. she was kind, patient, and extremely friendly. i expressed what i needed and she sent me pictures of what fit my expressed needs. she did not try and sell me the most expensive plant. i seriously wish 710 flower shop was in my county. people are always sooo quick to complain and forgetting to acknowledge good customer service. well today i acknowledge 710 flowershop...thank you!!!!! read more

710 flower shop on willow street. They was ok a few times I've been there. But last one naw. They was slacking up some. There about the money now. They use to treat you right. Made you feel you got your money worth in flowers. I don't know maybe cause of the season but still I feel I was felt wrong. When I went it was graduation time and i feel they turnt up they prices cause of that which is very wrong. Keep your prices same and we would come more often read more

To me, this still reflects poorly on the business and I would not recommend placing orders for delivery through them. Here's the situation: I placed my order through fromyouflowers.com and they arranged my order using Ary's Flowers. Ary's made the initial delivery attempt on time but the recipient was not home. I spoke to the person trying to make the delivery and they did their best to try to reach someone through the locked gate. They knocked repeatedly and yelled for someone but were unsuccessful. I was on the phone with them while they did this and I appreciated all the effort that was made up until that point. They told me I could pay a fee for redelivery and that they would text me the shop's information so I could arrange it. That never happened. I looked up the number they called from and found that it was linked to Ary's Flowers. I made repeated attempts to contact the shop but nobody ever answered, or it went straight to voicemail. I called fromyouflowers and they assured me they sent a message to the shop for redelivery and it would be delivered the next day. That never happened. I called again the following day and again they reassured me it would be delivered. That never happened. I called again a 3rd day, they confirmed it would be delivered and THAT NEVER HAPPENED. I had to ask the recipient to stay home to wait for the delivery for 3 days for nothing! Keep in mind, this arrangement came with a card so they knew they were sympathy flowers. I understand they made the initial delivery attempt, but just because it was unsuccessful once, doesn't mean the order is now disregarded and void. Especially when you spoke to me and knew I wanted to arrange a redelivery. You wasted maybe 1-2 hours of time creating the arrangement and trying to deliver (they're located about 10 minutes from the recipient) while inconveniencing the recipient and myself for 3 days! So unprofessional to not follow up and let someone know if you did not plan to complete the order. I tried to request that they hold the flowers at the shop for pick up but fromyouflowers said it was not allowed. Had Ary's flowers answered the phone, this could have been arranged directly. Had they let fromyouflowers know they didn't plan to redeliver, the recipient wouldn't have wasted 3 days waiting for them! Terrible customer service! At the end, fromyouflowers tried to offer a 20% refund and redelivery to which I said hell no. I cancelled the order and had to apologize to my grieving friend. 5 minutes is all it would've taken to fix this. Follow up and follow through! Do better.
