Lived here for almost 9 years. Was mostly great. The staff is very friendly, the building was clean and mostly taken care of (things got a little dicey during the pandemic) During normal times they had social gatherings on the roof. The roof itself is one of the highlights. Real 360 degree views and an abundance of indoor and outdoor seating. Access to the roof is easy (the top elevator stop in one of the elevators) The only downsides were: 1) The central air conditioning would go out from time to time. 2) Since this is a condo and not a rental, it was never clear as to who was responsible for fixing things. Sometimes the front desk would handle items and sometimes we had to contact the owner's property manager. 3) The original appliances were falling apart by the time we left. read more

Currently under renovation, so can't blame them for some of the shabby appearances in the lobby and some of the floors, but 75 Wall is a decent condo with very affordable prices for the space you get. The finishes are decent, bathrooms are good quality, and windows are big. The islands for the kitchens are a nice touch, and overall the width of the studios / 1 beds are good. Amenities are just ok. The club room has a pool table and some desks and seating areas. The gym is pretty small with mostly cardio. The rooftop is really nice though. The location is a bit on the less convenient side for trains. The 2/3 Wall Street station is close, but the 4/5 and R/W are a few avenues away (10-15 min walk). read more

75 Wall Street is a great place to live. I have met so many people here during free yoga classes and even on my floor waiting for the elevator. The rooftop lounge is impressive with a panoramic view of the city and Brooklyn. Each apartment has its own washer and dryer. The washer is perfect but the dryer is not vented so it is hard to dry things quickly. Also, the refrigerator and freezer is built in and often present problems. Very expensive to fix. The marble bath is luxurious. The windows and ceilings are very tall, so you can put a canopy up for your bed and it will look dramatic. The concierge puts together many events such as complimentary food and wine during the holidays and fitness events with many vendors promoting their products. The only thing is the rent is a bit pricy. read more

I have been very satisfied renting at 75 Wall for the last 4 years. The kitchens and baths are modern and quality materials were used. A big deal to me is that each unit has its own washer and dryer. The building is very well managed. It is always clean and repair requests are normally completed in 24 hours.Even the landlord is very professional. The lobby staff is curteous and capable. The building is dog friendly and the caliber of the tenants exceeded my expectations. Many buildings in the financial district are fraternity houses filled with multiooccuped units.If that's what your looking for 75 Wall is not for you. read more

I'd like to say that the great views, great location, and friendly front-desk staff have made our lease so far excellent. Unfortunately, our experience has been marred by a litany of poor/terrible maintenance experiences. From items that we raised as issues *before we moved in* to ongoing issues where we feel like we're screaming into the howling void...stuff just doesn't get fixed. We've had more conversations recently about taking up plumbing or light electrical work (a little bit of DIY!) than I thought we'd ever need living in a luxury, serviced apartment. I'm not all that handy (and I'm being generous), so to be considering a little fixer-upper should tell you how low our expectations are now. The bar is rolling on the floor. And it's a real shame as it casts a shadow over *everything* else which we love about the location and apartment. read more

Unlike many apartment buildings in NYC, 75Wall is a fantastic community. You'll often see neighbors getting together for happy hours, weekend brunches and dinners. The people that work there are always willing to help and do so in a friendly manner. The building itself has a wonderful rooftop which has both an indoor area with fantastic views, and an outdoor area where you can always find tables and chairs for a little get-together with friends. On the 18th floor, you have a lounge with a pool table, a room with a large television screen for a private viewing of games, movies or whatever. And a great little gym. The apartments are well designed with large windows and high ceilings, as well as state of the art appliances, not to mention great storage. Even the studios feel spacious What is magical about this place is the people who live here. And the community that exists here. read more

PLEASE STAY AWAY. This building may seem nice, but the management is horrible. The appliances in the building are flashy, but they don't work properly. I lived in an apartment in this building for over a year, and I think my washer and drier were working for maybe a week while I was living there. Management continually blew me off in coming in to fix. I must have complained upwards of 50 times. Oh yeah, one other small detail. They took almost my entire security deposit when I moved out - over $4000 in "claimed damages." I guess it's the price I paid for faux-luxury. read more

Walls are paper thin. Building getting worse and worse. Management and the Hakimian owners are the worst you can come by. Unless you enjoy wasting your money, spend it somewhere else. I don't agree with any of the negative reviews below, in fact the rooftop has all access every time I've been there. I even did a photoshoot recently without any issues. The staff are fantastic, the building is beautiful, gym is fantastic and the community is great. They host different nights where tenants can get to know one another - Valentines Day, Super Bowl, VIP night, etc. I may be new, but I've been around long enough and lived in NYC for over 12 years to know a good thing when I see it. read more

I lived here for a year. This building is awesome. I loved everything about the building. The roof deck is amazing and has great 360 degree views of New York. it was a perfect place for a beer after work. The unit was great too. The finishings were amazing and always worked great. It is really nice to have a washer-dryer in the unit. I had a studio, but the storage was better than 1 bedrooms that I had at other buildings. The staff here was always great. They were extremely helpful and were always very professional. Overall, this was is by far the best building that I have lived at in New York. Highly recommend. read more

100% disagree with the negative reviews below. As for the staff, they are amazing. Whenever you evaluate a person's negative review of staff or service, be sure to consider the reviewer's relationship with the staff and how he or she treats them. If the reviewer acts like an entitled prick and treats the staff as lowly servants, how do you think they respond? By providing even better service? Of course not. When the staff has a list of work orders, they will simply put the order of rude tenant to the back of the line. The staff here is amazing and if you are normal human being you will receive good service. And if you actually take the time to really get to know them (which is easy considering how friendly they are), you will receive amazing service. The rooftop is amazing and it is not closed ALL the time. Yes, people do have parties but only a spoiled brat would exaggerate that it is ALL the time. The roof is amazing. It is the perfect place to have a morning coffee or a drink after work. All our friends are totally jealous of our rooftop. None of them has anything comparable to it. As for the apartment, it is so much better than previous places I have lived in. There is so much storage space available. All the appliances are also top quality. My only comment about the kitchen is the lack of counter space. But outside of that, I have no real concerns. One thing I will mention is it is highly important you get quality window treatments (especially in the bedroom). The windows are huge and the apartment will get very light very early in the morning. If you want to be able to sleep you need to be able to cover those windows. read more

I had a great experience moving into 75 Wall Street. The building is amazing. It has a modern appeal, it is well maintained and very clean. The amenities are impressive and include a rooftop lounge, fitness center and club house. The views are great. The building staff is wonderful. They jumped through hoops to accommodate me. They are very friendly and provide hotel level service. They make calls, make arrangements and even provide supplies. The building is also very quiet which was important to me for running my business. I believe the windows are a higher quality which keeps the sound out. I can't recommend the place enough. read more

Was very lucky to meet Suzanne Remy-Colton at Platinum Properties during the search for a new apartment while visiting an open house at 75 Wall Street. The building itself is fantastic (well built, nice staff, spacious apartments, and great common space- what a view on the roof deck!). However, Suzanne really stole the show going above and beyond in every sense to make the renting process painless and a great experience overall (something that in New York is such a rarity). Suzanne graciously showed the unit and building multiple times in a single day to me and a few friends who joined as well, knew the details of the building with knowledge of a true subject matter expert, and responded to any question that I had about the building or application process immediately (even after sending an e-mail very late one evening). The only redeeming aspect about the 75 wall building is the concierge folks. They are the most helpful part of the building complex. Forget asking management anything. You email them or call them and they don't return or reply to any messages. Asked to have the toilet water flow checked and never heard anything. The 2 bozos in the leasing office (adam, and his partner bill) are the dumbest 2 leasing folks you'll ever meet. Don't ask them any questions because they don't know the answers and will lead you down the wrong path. F'in morons that run the building. I can see why no one rents from there. read more

Amazing building, with the most incredible amenities. The roof deck is the best in Manhattan with 360 degree views of the city, as well as a beautiful indoor penthouse space that is wonderful for events. The building has 24/7 concierge/doorman, valet, gym, yoga studio and classes, movie screening room, resident's lounge and more! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The nicest group of owners and tenants lives at 75 Wall- it's an amazing community. Residents experience all of the amazing amenities of the Andaz hotel which is on the lower 18 floors, including Spa service, Room service, Wall & Water Restaurant, and the Biergarden outdoor terrace. Also, perfect for when family and friends come to visit, because they can stay at the hotel downstairs at a discounted rate. Also, the building is VERY pet friendly! Was considering purchasing in the building but my fiancé wanted to live slightly up the street at a new residence called The Beakman. This place was beautiful and the apartments/condos were all you could ask for in NYC. The views from the roof were unreal...but most importantly the building itself seemed sound and taken care of. When asking current residents if they liked the building, everyone seemed to be in consensus that this was the right place for them. I don't usually write reviews on places that do not concern me, but this place was awesome and did not give you that typical NYC feeling. read more

Just moved in and couldn't have made a better decision. The location speaks for itself. Units feel very open and appliances are all high quality. The light wood flooring is my favorite and the amenities/rooftop is a must see! Happy I found this place in a city that couldn't be more congested with old looking condos/coops. read more
