Sometimes it's at midnight, sometimes 5 a.m. Usually lasts for 20 minutes. My review strictly has to do with the management team in the office. I am currently on the hunt for a new place to live and decided to stop by and check out the place. First and foremost, Davia was the absolute best. I discussed with her my special conditions that are currently making finding a home a challenge. Davia listened and sympathized and was more than willing to help me as much as possible. She really went above and beyond for me. Even the manager (whose name I have sadly forgotten) was a pleasure. Although I do not live here, just the immediate response to help me, spoke volumes. That alone made me want to live here more. Hopefully, I will be a resident soon but if not I felt the need to highlight their kindness and professionalism. read more

We lived here for 4 years in two different units. I'll start with we generally enjoyed living here.. but some turnover in management and the leasing staff have been a big disappointment for us. Muhammad was the absolute best, but he (unfortunately for us) left to go manage another Perennial property. Now, expect sharp increases in your rent year over year with little reason given. Also expect the new leasing agents to say "they have to strike while the market is hot" directly to your face when you voice your concerns regarding a 20% increase in your monthly rent. At the end of the day, the new staff does not seem to personally care for the residents. At 755, you will be treated as a transaction rather than a resident. That said, quite a few pros: - location, location, location - aside from a stolen bike 2 years ago, never had a security issue while living here. Since, theyve taken additional measures to properly secure bike storage area. - very pet friendly - decent guest parking - responsive maintenance team Cons: - again, the new staff really left a bad taste in our mouth after an otherwise very positive experience living here. We feel there could have been steps taken to avoid this but we were left nickeled and dimed (particularly with the move out inspection when we found we owed a surprising amount of money for an apartment we felt we left in good condition) - recent construction in the area If you go in expecting rent increases and budget for sizable charges at move out, but can live with it, I would recommend 755 North based on the pro's listed above. Thoroughly enjoyed my time at 755North! The location can't be beat, the staff is super accommodating, and the complex is constantly making upgrades and adding new amenities to better your experience. Never experienced an issue while I was here. If there was a small maintenance request, the team typically responded within 24 hours! The apartment itself was great. My favorite part by far was the huge balcony overlooking the beltline. Views for days. Move here if you're looking for an updated apartment in one of the hottest spots in the city! read more

The location is amazing with access to the Belt Line and an easy walk to a Ponce City Market and Krog Street Market. The apartments are spacious and the huge windows are such a plus. I don't even know where to start. Instead of going back 4 years and listing every time this apartment has been non responsive I'll just start with today. Today the apartment complex shut off everyone's water to do some maintenance. No drinking water or place to use the bathroom was provided for the entire day. After drinking all of the water I had stocked up for the day I went and took some bottles from the leasing office. Devin proceeded to make comments under his breath about me taking more than one water bottle. We'll fast forward to the end of the day. We were told water would be restored originally by 5pm then 530. It is now after 6 pm and we still do not have water. On top of that, the ENTIRE LEASING AND MAINTENANCE STAFF HAS LEFT for the day !!!! This is negligent and unacceptable living conditions read more

I wanted to let anyone potentially looking into this place to steer clear. Pre-move: I flew out from California in early November (over a month before our proposed move in date) and locked in an awesome 1BR beltline/city skyline view apartment and desirable floorplan with the date they promised would be ready by December 15th. Middle of move: We had finally made the week long Roadtrip from Cali to Atl the second week of December and currently staying in a furnished corporate apt until the movers arrive with our things (to meet our Dec 15th move in date). 755 called us on Monday Dec 8th, literally one week before our move in day to tell us that they won't have the apt ready till end of JANUARY. Our home is being shipped on a truck as we speak and we no longer have a home to go to. Now stuck literally last minute apartment hunting with no luck. All complexes in the area have also heard many similar stories of broken promises from 755 north. It makes me sick to my stomach that we were promised a home which was taken away from us just like that. The 755 north on site team called management to see if they could work something out to meet what we (thought) we had previously and they made no effort to accommodate us at all. Basically putting us out on the street with 1 WEEK NOTICE. Very unprofessional that we were promised a date that they couldn't deliver and. And because of that, our cross country move and situation here has become a nightmare. Thank you 755 north and Perennial Properties for nothing. read more

Direct access to the beltline, Walking distance to Ponce City Market, and COUNTLESS BARS AND RESTAURANTS. The management team is timely, courteous, and professional. The people that work here are the best, but I'm just not having good luck with this apartment complex, especially the fact that you're paying for luxury living. I've not only had to deal with mold on everything I own, due to their Earthcraft Air system not being compliant with Atlanta humidity. Then my car, parked alongside the building, was inundated with ants in the engine area after all the rain we had. Now, I have my very own Ratatouille! As I was watching a movie, a mouse came out from under my bed, and ran into my closet, then back under my bed... Sweet dreams?! I think not! New building, nice fixtures, very limited hot water tank, nice people and location. Call me high maintenance, but in the 8 months I've lived here, I've now become increasingly impatient with the mold, ants, rats, etc. sorry guys, you have some work to do. read more

I moved in to 755 about a month ago. Since I moved in, about every week, the fire alarm has gone off at 3 am, or during the day. Never due to an actual fire. The problem was APPARENTLY "fixed". But last night the fire alarm went off, again, at 3:30 AM. If I had known I was going to be paying $1000 a month to be living in a place where my livelihood was going to be compromised, I would have moved to Boulevard, for a 1/3 of the price. God forbid there actually IS a fire at 755, I don't think anyone would take it seriously. because we have yet to have an ACTUAL fire to go along with the alarm.This issue may possibly be a result of the wiring in the building, but this is only a guess because it was a nightmare process to get cable and internet set up here due to a 'wiring' issue. Nice place. Brand new. But again, you can get that on a house on Boulevard and probably sleep the exact same amount. read more

Expect consistent rent increases. I just had mine increased over $125 each month. I anticipate another increase in Jan 2016. Your rent will go up each lease renewal until you simply move out. Ironically, nothing has changed about where I live regarding my apartment space. Just the cost of it. Elevators break and there are only 2. Hallways stay fairly dirty, even though cleaned each month. Fire alarm goes off frequently. It's pretty terrible in the middle of the night or if you have pets, but the Beltline, Ponce City Market, Old 4th Ward park all have the positive trade off. This property is all about location, in general though they recently made a detractor in me with the over the top (we cannot negotiate, you are stuck with it) lease increase considered "market rate". Take it or leave it was the approach. What a shame for a long term tenant that pays rent on time. I guess everybody and every thing is replaceable: Both this complex and myself. Would highly recommend living at 755 North apartments. I lived here for 3 years (1 yr in a 1-bedroom and 2 yrs in a 2-bedroom) and had a great experience. The location can't be beat in terms of proximity to the Beltline, Ponce City Market, Inman Park, and to the highways. I loved being able to walk to new restaurants and run/walk on the Beltline. They are also super dog friendly as well. Most importantly, the staff in the office is amazing (especially Tim and Muhammad) and went above and beyond - anything from helping me jump my car when my battery died to feeding our fish when we went on vacation. They are also very responsive - anytime there was an issue in the complex or neighborhood (car break-in, fire alarm went off, power outage, etc.), you would almost immediately get an email about it and their plan to improve or fix the situation. The office staff always made a point to know each resident (and even their pets!) The apartments and amenities (pool, gym, sidewalks) are well maintained. I never had an occasion where maintenance did not complete a job within 24 hours of me submitting a request (even really dumb ones like changing a lightbulb). While most of the community is made up of young professionals, there are also many families so its quite a mix but everyone is really friendly. read more

I recently moved out of 755 North (mostly for work location reasons), and wanted to give the apartment and its staff a 5-star review. My place was ultra modern and very easy to live in. Good flooring, carpets, appliances, and security are my "must-haves" and this complex has all of those covered and more. Its in a great location, right on the beltline with access to everything Atlanta has to offer. Covered and secure parking too....very important. I never heard one instance of car theft or a home burglary. The leasing/management/maintenance staff are awesome. They deal with everything very professionally and quickly. The office was constantly receiving packages on the entire complex's behalf, which is a job unto itself. Muhammad, Shelby, and Seth will make your time living there extremely easy and well taken care of. Lynn and his maintenance staff were also very adept at fixing anything that came up in my place. Going on three years as a resident of 755. I've lived in apartments for many years now. Your experience, whether good or bad, is either helped or hindered by the staff. While it is very important to me to have an aesthetically pleasing apartment, it is equally important to have a competent, responsive staff in place too. The staff is wonderful, has met all my needs and the apartments are really nice. I've had an excellent experience here at 755 and will likely be renewing my lease for another year. read more

i moved in mid-january, and i deliberately waited over a month to write this review. moving from the northeast, i had to rely on apartment reviews, and i probably have read every single review that exists on the internet before narrowing down to a few places. oh boy, the most of the atlanta apartment reviews were pretty horrendous (break-ins, terrible management etc.) i almost gave up on moving to atlanta. 755 was one of the very few with mostly positive reviews and after touring the complex, i knew this was it. the leasing management staff are very professional and friendly (especially, muhammad is fantastic!) and the apartment is very clean and modern although the walls and floors are a bit thin. as a single female, safety was no. 1 concern, and i feel completely safe here. valet trash (this was new to me.. must be an atlanta thing..) is pretty convenient although it is for a fee. overall, i am very satisfied. read more
