My experience with Ron was expensive and a headache. I think it was Ron's team that sucked, not necessarily him, but they were a team nonetheless. The project was extremely delayed, disorganized, and there were many change orders on their end that they had me do (lesson learned never will I pay for a change order when it's their mistake). This is in addition to the job site looking extremely messy (I didn't know better at that time; I've seen other ADU sites that are clean!) They built an ADU for me that had so many issues when it was done, some major like plumbing and the wall separating. In the final walk through, they had me do it by myself, and I found many many items that needed to get fixed and I had to push them to fix it -- this included a hole in the wall on my neighbor's side (they thought they could hide it). Not sure why THEY didn't do a quality check before I did. They fixed the issues I pointed out after me really getting mad. Like MAD. If you see your job site looking messy, hold the project. If they tell you that you need to pay more because of some item they "missed" tell them F off. There are other contractors willing to take the job. So Ron responded below stating I'm not a real customer. Ok, Ron. And your checklist... I can provide pictures of your work. You sure you want to report me to Yelp? I recently decided to remodel my master bathroom because it was seriously outdated - since the 70s! Working with Ron so far has been a pleasure. We got creative together, figuring out solutions for things that mattered to me. His communication and attention to detail were what I really liked. Happy I stopped searching for quotes and decided to work 770 construction, I do get a little nervous when work is done at the house but Ron made us feel completely ! Getting to the work, he remodeled two of our bathrooms, on the first and second floor. Ron was a superstar managing the team and directing them to fit what we wanted. About two months ago we got approved to build an ADU in the back of our home, we have a 6800 square-foot lot so we wanted to use it as a rental unit. He came thru the next day to look at my property to take a look at my front deck to review after looking the initial quote was reasonably priced and he paid attention to all of my concerns. I cannot believe how satisfied I have been with this company! I assumed the process of creating a laundry space, and redoing my backyard would come with some hiccups, setbacks or complications. I literally had NOT ONE ISSUE during the entire process. Ron came and saw my space, had people in, WORKING the next day, and construction was done by the end of the week!
