Yet again, exceeds my expectations…read more I had coconut soup with extra spicy peppers, and short ribs with green curry (off menu, recommended by owner). Amazing! My friend had fried snapper with curry, loved it... good sized portions... had to take some home. Bartender was great, staff was friendly, owners are very knowledgeable about wine and curries! Charming date night space, nice decor, never disappoints

Customer service is top notch…read more SUMMARY: Food is excellent and on the spicy and hot side, food arrives slower than expected. The staff are amazing. Recommended to me the beef dish. I got zero spice and loved it. Was great. Table overall said spice scale was high. Some ordered 2 and struggled, another ordered 5 and wasn't phased. Not consistent, but when eating Tai food I er on the side of caution for me. Spring rolls were good, but again table thought sauce for it was too hot. The food consensus was that it was all delicious. My rice was cooked perfectly. Staff kept my sodas coming the whole time. This place is a little pricy, but to be expected when just off the boardwalk. This is a tourist area so in par for a nice sit down restaurant. Bathrooms were fancy with intricate doors. Plenty of atmosphere to enjoy. Great music at a suitable level for being able to enjoy conversations. You will have a great time here. Hope you get to experience it someday. Thanks!

The tuna crudo was amazing, hopefully they add it to the menu full time. The filet mignon tartare was delicious as well, get it with the tostones! Staff was great too and service was quick. Definitely recommend for a fun dinner with new, innovative flavors.

The perfect Asian-Boricua fusion! Dishes we tried: (Almost the entire menu) - Okonomiyaki Bacalaito: The most I was excited to try. Japanese style pancake inspired by Puerto Rican cod fritters. Great flavors but the execution could improve. I would have like the 'bacalaito' to be more crispy. - Cabrito Dumpling: Tender goat stew dumpling with Asian spices. It was tasty but be mindful that the 'cabrito' flavors are rich and intense specially in this take. Also the dough was a little thick to my liking. Not light. - Fried Brussels Sprouts: One of my fav!! Crispy, addictive and coated with bold Asian sauces. - Korean Fried Chicken (KFC): Crunchy, sticky and packed with sweet/spicy flavors. Dig in with your fingers for a more enjoyable experience. - Yukhoe Steak Tartare: Another one of the FAV! This dish was outstanding. Tender pieces of steak mixed with an egg yolk to give it the perfect smoothness and richness. Comes with lite rice crackers to pair with but we also other the 'tostones' with garlic and it was a match made in heaven, succulent! - PPP Salad: Perfect for transitioning from appetizers to main course. Composed of cucumber, pomegranate and 'platanutres' very refreshing like a palette cleansing. - Daniel Udon Noodle: Paired with 'longaniza' sausage this time, protein can vary. This dish delivered the best umami flavors. The noodles had great texture. - A la Vietnamita, Chuleta: The 'chuleta' (pork chop) were perfectly cooked, tasty. I fought for the bone piece. Comes with side of lettuce leaves, to make wraps. - Where's the Beef: Grilled picanha steak, we ask for medium, it was juice and flavorful. Comes with a delicious crying tiger béarnaise sauce. Also sticky rice. - Dessert, Service was great. Our server was friendly and very helpful. He gave us amazing recommendations. We paired the whole food experience with an organic orange wine from Los Angeles that was different but really good. It can get a little noisy but that's the vibe. Lively and exciting. Highly recommend for adventurous foodies!

Kumo has a sexy inside but who's sitting inside while in PR and they have a cool outdoor rooftop.. Ahhh, not us!! It was pretty full but we were able to be seated immediately at a hightop table, even though we were 45min early. The food was awesome. We had the Branzino, beef skewers, BBQ salmon skewers, and the giant prawn skewers. I have to agree, she said, they can leave the damn sticks, just cook the food..lol The skewer sticks were a pain in the azz to pull out.. Jus sayin! Our server was about business and not overly friendly I'd say. There weren't many servers so she didn't have time for any unnecessary chatter.. Lol There were a few items missed that I'd normally see at Asian Fusion restaurants. For instance, Rock Shrimp and some form of sushi, should definitely be added to the menu. All and all, it was an outstanding experience and I'd definitely come back because the views can't be beat and the food is pretty damn good!
