For some odd reason someone watered down the 7 spice sauce. You can tell they put water in it. Butter is not expensive so I'm not sure why they're cutting corners. Tonight my fiancé picked up shrimp & crab legs. Seasoning was good. 2 crab clusters, 4 potatoes, sausage, corn & 12 shrimp was $18. Good price. They receive 3 stars because the potatoes were super bland. Also the shrimp was super dirty. Still looked like they had dirt on them. That really disappointed me. I rinsed them off myself. I'm so glad I ordered something else. The crab and shrimp was just okay. The potato was bland. I actually can deal with terrible food especially if the customer service is good. The customer service is horrendous at this place. I've encountered the same Hispanic lady/girl twice and she was RUDE. I liked it better when the twin African American boys worked there. I had to ask for cocktail sauce and melted butter. The melted butter is extra and only ONE cocktail sauce is included. There's an extra charge if you want another cocktail sauce. BAD business! The television had NAKED PORN with women's nipples and butts showing and movies with strong profanity playing WHILE children were present! There was also POOR customer service from the loud employees! There were NO Crab Crackers, Crab knives, Seafood Forks OR Seafood Scissors to crack or cut the crabs open. When I asked for one, I was told that there none because people were stealing them. Sooooo just don't have any???!!! It's called a tax write off! Or better yet, implement a cash deposit or credit card return policy for returning them back when done. Or even better yet, train your employees NOT to throw them out when cleaning the tables off. There was no ice for the few fountain drinks that were available. Half of the fountain drinks were "Out of Order" and the iced tea containers were only for storage. The Women's restroom had a dead roach stomped into the floor. There were no napkins or paper towel rolls on the tables. Customers had to get up and grab paper towels from the ONE LONE paper towel roll at the front counter that is shared by the guests. I was not given a separate bucket to dispose of the cracked crab shells so I had to dump them on the table. The female employees were in the back arguing loudly as if they were about to fight. The one, lone cashier was ignoring the guests waiting in line while he addressed what appeared to be jealousy by one of the females. Meanwhile, the line out front kept growing and growing. It is no wonder why people were mostly ordering "to-go." If this place stays ghetto then pretty soon they will stop doing that. This is my second visit here and they still have not improved their service. Yes, I should have not come back after the first visit however, I believe in second chances and they failed to deliver. The first visit, they forgot to put sauces that I paid for and I didn't check the bag, that was my fault. However, I trusted them enough to have my order correct. Second of all, for the price, the amount of food in the box is not adequate. Additionally, my second visit was more or less the same. Paid for something, they didn't provide it in the box. Confirmed the order two times and they still got it wrong. It was a long wait the first time and I didn't feel like it was necessary for them to remake the order to just keep me waiting there an hour for a mishap.
