After finishing his call, he proceeded to served samples to customers while still wearing the same gloves that had touched the meat and his phone. I asked about speaking to the manager because I wanted to address the concern, but I was surprised to find out that the person involved was the manager. I understand that mistakes can happen, but this felt vary unprofessional and unsanitary, especially from someone in a leadership position. I have been coming here for several years and have always enjoyed the atmosphere and experience. Unfortunately, I have noticed a change over time, and it feels like that shift started when the current manager began taking more control and changing things. It is disappointing to see a place I have supported for years move in a direction that feels less welcoming and less focused on the standards that originally made it a place I wanted to return to.
