For starters, Jolie is an AMAZING nail tech. For the past few months I was going to other nail salons (yes, plural ) and it felt like everywhere I went, I couldn't get the nails I wanted. They would always end up crooked, uneven, they would easily break, and unfortunately, the list goes on. I originally booked for a Gel refill because that's what I was told by previous technicians, but Jolie provided me with information that I had no idea about. Not only was she very welcoming, she was very helpful and took the time to discuss what would be better for my nails and what I was looking for, and she nailed my design to a T!! LONG POST ALERT The main reason I wanted to rate this nail salon with 2 stars for my recent experience is because I booked a 10am appointment with Jolie on a Sunday and she didn't realize that she had an appointment scheduled of which I booked on Thursday. Therefore, Jolie was running behind by about 20 minutes. I let another lady, by the name of Hana, know that I could get someone else for the pedi (since I booked both pedi and full set with Jolie) because it's the full set that I really wanted Jolie to do for me. She made me aware that her supervisor/manager already told them that I'm Jolie's client so I had to wait for her. By this time it was around 10:20 when Jolie showed up and she ended up having someone else do my pedi while she picked out everything for my full set. The other reason I wanted to rate this nail salon 2 stars is because there was no padding for clients to rest arms on while getting your nails done. There was only one employee that I noticed had it for her client. I'd recommend that every station have this as it makes it more comfortable. Now for the reason I rated this salon 4 stars instead of 2! Jolie was very apologetic for her tardiness and stated that she wasn't aware of the appointment because this was her 10th straight day of working and she simply failed to check. She took accountability and that's all that I could ask for. I told her that I can completely understand because things like that happen when we're overworked at times and I just so happened to be the one that it happened to. Jolie took a picture of the nail inspo on my phone, gathered everything, and was ready for me when I finished my pedi. Jolie is very kind, professional, and meticulous with her art. She made my nails look very similar to the inspiration and perfect for me! She moves quickly but doesn't rush. When I say that I LOVE my nails....I mean it! Great service and very talented technicians! The prices are a little high since they up-charge for french tip. It also takes a log time to get both manicure & pedicure done since they can't do both at the same time. Overall, my nails look great and the ladies who worked on me were highly skilled and courteous. The only down side is that I got my nails done only 4 days ago and the gel is already lifting on two of my nails, so the quality of the gel is not great. Also, the cuticle removal on my fingers led to many hang nails - which I removed - but remenants be seen in the photos attached. I find this happens when too much cuticle is removed or if not removed properly. Not a big deal because cuticle oil helps, and from a far the nails look great. Just wanted to provide my honest feedback for improvement because this a great nail salon, but can always get better Thank you! read more

Absolutely recommend Imperial! The staff is kind and efficient, they care about their clients, and they work hard to keep the client happy. The salon is professional and very elegant looking. I got my nails done for the first time and I was not disappointed. Joileee did my hands and feet and I was extremely happy when I left. Nothing was done quickly just to get me out, she took her time and made everything perfect! My pedicure is the best I've had in a long time and my nails are absolutely gorgeous. 10/10 recommend!!! read more

First time here and I was in the area looking for a go-to nail salon. I was looking forward to this place since it's right up the street from where I live, and let me tell you, I 100 percent recommend it! Good vibes, all staff were friendly and welcoming. The inside was beautifully decorated. Not to mention, the person who attended to me for my mani and pedi was Sam, or as he said, better known as "Uncle Sam." He sure did feel like he could be my uncle, lol. Very friendly, funny, and amazing work. Attention to detail and a good massager! I got my eyebrows done as well, but I completely forgot the sweet lady's name, as she did a wonderful job also. It was my first time coming here! The place is stunning as soon as you walk in, everyone was super friendly and I got seated quickly. I came in as a walk in for a pedicure and Connie was the one that assisted me, she cleaned out the buildup that normally they don't do at other nail salons and was super friendly and explained everything so well.
