Even while we waited, the guy up front was incredibly attentive and kept us updated as to how long it would be. The pedicure was fantastic, I could have sat in the massage chair having my feet taken care of for hours. She did an amazing job taming my out of control summer feet, and she didn't even make me feel embarrassed for how ridiculous they were. Not only was the pedicure great, but even though they were busy they got my friend and I chairs next to each other. My nails look beautiful. They're evenly painted and uniform in shape. She paid close attention to what she was doing, and worked very efficiently. I will absolutely be returning!

We get to the part where he's using the metal foot file. He starts a bit aggressive on the bottom of my right foot but then gets even more aggressive on my right big toe. I then feel an intense burning pain that sent chills through my whole body. No bleeding but I see pink redness on my toe. He didn't bother trying my left foot. He rinses my feet and dries them. Places the foam toe separators to start polishing. That's when I stopped him and ended the service. Maybe the other women are good are pedicures but definitely not the short bald man. I only call him that because I didn't care to get his name. Never got an apology from him. Immediately acted offended and nervous after he injured me. He knew he hurt me.

However, I felt my pedi tech was distracted by another client and tech dispute and forgot to paint my pinky toe. She gave a great deep massage though. I was then shuffled around for my mani. The nail tech was minimally proficient in the cat eye technique and was adamant to sell me her mediocre job. I didn't want to fight it. It wasn't the worst, but it wasn't the best. I felt the overall price was a bit higher for what is typical in this area and type of service. A bit of advice: do not get upset when a client is specific about a particular service. If you cannot meet their desires, just be honest about it. It's better to confidently produce a service that you can offer and have a satisfied customer than one you can't and have a disgruntled customer.
