He uses a powerful truck unit that is excellent at also sucking up all the excess water. Your carpet should be dry after 2-4 hours depending on how thick the pile is. Their techs and cleaning is impeccable. Oleg the owner is amazing. I have used them for a couple years now. But their new Office Manager Jennifer is a detriment to their success. After their truck broke down on Monday, they came again today and did a wonderful job only to have Jennifer double my price after the job was done (keep in mind I had horrible old stained carpet from previous owner before and replaced my carpet 3 months ago - no stains, no issues at all). She didn't care that I had to take another day off work to accommodate the reschedule. She was insulting and rude, interrupting me and talking over me, taking no ownership for failing to provide a new estimated price before the service was done. she lacks communication and customer service training and although after speaking to the owner she reluctantly honored his estimate conveying she was doing me a favor. She was arrogant and immature. I don't think training will help with her personality type. Kindness and humility comes from within and I didn't even get a hint of that from her. Sorry Oleg, you and your team deserve my 5 stars back but due to Jennifer I will not be recommending your service or using it again for fear theu would have to work with Jennifer and be disappointed.
