The team at 8 Services were understanding and accommodating of my schedule. They arrived on time with a mask and did a fantastic job on the carpets. Very efficient process. Unfortunately, the movers completly trashed their wonderful work :( I waited until the unpacking was finished and called them back to re-clean the carpets. Alec did a great job on our carpet. He was very communicative and accommodating when we had to change some things last minute. Some areas of our carpet were never cleaned for the past 11 years since furniture was in the way. There were a couple of tough spots because of this and I had to ask him to come back because it's hard to see when the carpet isn't completely dry. He came back the very next day and cleaned it as much as possible. The only way it could have gotten cleaner is if we replaced the carpet. Fair price, great job, would use again! read more

Alec was fantastic! He was on time, professional, friendly, and efficient. He worked very hard to accommodate the fact that my condo was on the third floor and that the closest parking spot was about 100 feet away from the balcony, which was where he had to run his hose through. Total cleaning time for 2 small bedrooms including prep was about 2 hours. Alec charged very little for the amount of work done and I would gladly have paid more, especially since he had to drive wayyy out of his usual service area! I recently had my condo renovated and Alec was able to remove all of the stains left from my contractor and previous tenant. My carpet looks like new and the best part is that he doesn't use harmful chemicals! I'm so happy with 8 Services and will definitely be using them again!! read more

If you offer stair carpet service online, I was able to book it, you have to agree whatever on the menu. If you can't do it, you should not make it available for the customer. Oleg is the owner he showed up by himself, rang the door bell without asking me to come out and run around looking for him, most people usually have problem locating my apartment. He was able to reach our apartment with non-portable device which seemed to be a problem for other companies (I believed that my apartment can be cleaned only with the portable machine) he did an extra deep cleaning and was very fast, efficient and caring for my furniture and not skipping and cutting angles.
