During that time she lost control of her bowels and thrashed about trying to get up, grinding the soil into the carpet. We inexpertly tried cleaning the stains and were very unsuccessful. I called Jeremy to get a quote and he explained to me the multiple problems in getting the carpet cleaned and told me it would be easier and cheaper to replace the carpet. He went above and beyond by giving me a referral to a carpet installer to see if the carpet can be pieced by carpet that was leftover from the original installation. I really appreciate Jeremy's honesty in telling me the best way to solve my problem. I will definitely keep his number handy for when I need anything deep cleaned.

He gave his diagnosis and quoted a reasonable price for an extraction to remove residual product left in the carpet by the other company. The final result is a huge improvement. In November 2024, we hired Sir Grout to service our shower due to mold in the caulk. We paid for…read morethe Shower Cleaner ($50), Shower Clean & Clear Seal ($483), and Epoxy Grout ($400). Within just a few weeks, the caulk began crumbling and peeling apart. Since Sir Grout offers a 1-year warranty if you exclusively use their cleaner, they returned and fixed it at no cost. Unfortunately, within a few months of that repair, the caulk turned an unsightly yellow and mold reappeared beneath the surface. The shower looked terrible again. When we contacted them, it took a while to get a response. Eventually, Steven, who had actually performed the grout service and was absolutely lovely to work with, came out, admitted the mold and yellowing shouldn't have happened given our care routine, and said he'd reach out to his boss for a resolution. Weeks later of my partner following up a few times, Jose finally called, only to say there was nothing they could do and blamed it on "ventilation issues." I have never had yellowing issues with caulk before using this company, and the lack of timely communication, accountability, and follow-through on their 1-year warranty is disappointing. I will be hiring a different company to redo the grout.
