At first, he asked for my budget, and I said around $30-40. He then showed me a bouquet and said it was $45. He showed me a few other options after that but did not mention the prices. He also mentioned that they were about to close soon, which made me feel like I needed to hurry. In the end, I chose the first bouquet he showed me. After the wrapping was finished and I went to pay, he told me the total was $65. I asked if that included tax or wrapping, but he said he had told me $65 from the beginning. They are bad. Don't do you wedding flowers here. They don't work with wedding planners because they know the bride and groom will be busy on the wedding day and will under deliver what you ordered. We paid for the flower girls to have flowers as well as the bridesmaids and they did not show up on the wedding day. They have an excuse for everything don't work with them. I am extremely disappointed with this flower shop. I specifically confirmed that the flowers would be delivered between 3:00-4:00 PM because it was meant to be a surprise. I was assured they would arrive around that time. They did not. The timing was completely off and it ruined the surprise I had carefully planned. To make matters worse, the flowers were left sitting at the front door exposed to the sun. I paid $125 for this arrangement, and leaving them outside in the heat is unacceptable and careless. By the time they were received, they were already affected. When you pay that kind of money, you expect professionalism, communication, and basic care for the product. Very disappointing experience. I hate to do this but I'm literally disgusted after my experience. I have been buying from Freddie for years and each time the experience is worse than the last. All I can say is it is a bait and switch that keeps perpetuating. I went in for the 50 rose deal and was told it was 2 packs of spray roses. Which I can buy at TJ's for $11.99 !! Then I asked for a dozen of the Vendela roses and was told it was $3 a rose.. ok so what happened to the dozen roses for $29.99? I agree to pay the $3 and take the 2 packs of tiny spray roses along with some greenery that I paid $30 for which wasn't what I was told the price would be but the man working just seemed like he wanted to get his closing work done so he could go home! He seemed irritated that I wanted to purchase flowers! I asked him about the peonies he had and he told me $25 a stem!! This is ludicrous, but when I asked him to see them he said he'd just take them out of one of the arrangements they had already done! Old peonies for $25 a stem! So while he packaged up the flowers I picked I was browsing and not watching him BIG MISTAKE! .. he didn't give me the fresh roses I had selected! I got home to find peach roses that were different lengths and looked like they were leftovers they were trying to get rid of !! He conveniently placed them at the bottom of the box so I couldn't see they were the wrong roses! I called Freddy immediately and he said he'd have a talk with him! Seriously! I literally paid $103 for what I could've gotten at Costco or Pavilion's for $40! I called Freddie again this morning and he said "we will make it up to you next time" ! This is a bait and switch and his advertising is false! He owes me a refund and I'm going to dispute this on my CC! I buy from French florist often and the arrangements I get from them are incredible and affordable! 2 dozen long stem roses for $99 in a vase with gorgeous ribbon! I'm disappointed in you Freddie! These flowers are old, not what I selected and won't last more than 2 days. How can you keep lying to your longtime customers?? If you advertise 50 roses $39.99 or 100 for $99 you should state they are not long stem but they are small spray roses! You are a con man and unethical! Costco sells 2 dozen roses for $19.99! WTH?? Your employee is dishonest as well! For a "wholesale" florist you are much more expensive than the reputable luxury florists here in Newport Beach! What happened to your morals and ethics? Do yourself a favor and use French Florist and stay away from the false advertising and bait and switch of Freddie! You should be ashamed of yourself! Especially when you do this to someone who has been supporting your business for over 10 years! The vase in the pic is mine but you can see these aren't tight fresh white roses. It was a soso experience. The girls in the store very nice and polite. However I went there 3 times and they couldn't help me because they couldn't provide pricing because their boss had asked them to call him to get pricing. 1st visit I went looking for the 50 roses for 39.99. I couldn't buy them because again they had to call their boss. They suggested I come the following day. Following day 2nd Visit again trying to get an order in so I can obtain pricing. Heather showed me flowers and fillers wrote them down for me suggested I call in the morning and place the order with him so he can provide pricing. So I called and spoke to him (did not get his name) I asked him about the roses for 39.99 and that I wanted to place an order, he said the 39.99 is just the starting price. I had told him that I was there a few times trying to place an order, he seemed to get upset and says who did you speak to? I told him, he then says I've told them to call me. I told him they did but I didn't want to wait he then says just come in and place my order. 3rd visit I go in and again try to place the order and again another girl (same girl I spoke to before Heather) tries to help me. She gets him on the phone and again I ask about the roses, he then says he will not be ordering any more of that type of rose in that color which I was looking for were small white rose and I wanted them to add a splash of blue. I said I have a budget of $100. What can I get, he said 25 roses and fillers about $70 to $100. I said okay let's do it. I left her my order, she messages me later says that he couldn't do that for me. He charges $250 for 25 roses alone and then some for the coloring! Button line this guy seems to try finagle you and has bunch of false advertising outside his shop. And these nice girls seemed to be afraid of him and when I spoke to him, he seemed annoyed and bothered. This was a waste of time. I was lucky enough to have found a very polite family owned flower shop. She was able to give me each rose for $2 and put together 8 bouquets for 8 vases. I spent $148 dollars. It wasn't under my budget but it was affordable. Learn from me don't waste your time. He can improve by being honest and upfront with his prices and by removing false advertising. He should also prove his employees with knowledge and the ability to help his clients. read more

Ordered 3 dozen red roses for Valentine's Day. Spoke with Freddy who quoted me a higher price than listed on their ubereats. Thought that was odd. The ad on ubereats said 118$, and to call in for a free gift. I mentioned this to Freddy who said he would add a dozen roses if I paid 189$. Odd I thought but it was Valentine's Day so why not, my gf is worth so much more. Freddy then said he couldn't do all red roses and it would be red and white roses. I was okay with it so signed off and gave my approval. I find out once delivered my girlfriend instead got two dozen roses that are very different from what I had ordered. I ordered the Marilyn Monroe roses. Instead I got ALL red roses, missing two dozen, and was filled in with a bunch of junk (leaves, fillers, and other bs) Thanks for horrible customer service, providing the wrong order entirely, upchargining, and overall giving me a very suspect feeling from the beginning. I should have went with my gut. I will be calling about a partial refund today. 4 dozen red and white Marilyn Monroe roses ordered....
