We were the only ones in the store so we had the whole place to ourselves. It was nice, but also a bit awkward. The store manager/owner was definitely knowledgeable when it comes to honey and a bit of friendliness would have gone a long way. I do appreciate the cute storefront and how neat everything was. We ended up with 3 little jars of honey and the chocolate honey caramels to take on the road.

Skylar posted her pies for the week on Wednesday on her Instagram account, and I was able to purchase a pie slice box (3 different slices for $35) for pick up in Ventura on Sunday. This week's pies were strawberry cream, lemon with meringue, and coconut cream. They were all beautifully decorated and baked to perfection. The coconut cream was my favorite because it had a salty crust that paired well with the sweet coconut. But honestly, they were all so delicious! I will definitely be re-ordering more of these pie slices soon. They were worth every penny.
