Food The pumpkin, chocolate, brownie, and plain tart were are hits, however, the plain tart to me was the best. 4.6/5 Service 5/5 Atmosphere 4.5/5

Hot day is a great day for froyo/gelatto. This is a quaint little store on the main street in Ojai that we chanced upon. I got the chocolate and salted caramel gelatto in a cone and it was great and went fast. Was interesting to see that the froyo was not self serve...thought all of them were self serve at this point and it would actually help them sell more.

The combo callled Jovan - the J is sound like H!! Haha. Yummy

Froyo-frozen yogurt swirled into a cone or cup -wonderful on a warm day here in ojai! The guy that helped us was very nice friendly good personality so it's good to support a local business.

This is some of the best froyo on the market. I'm a big froyo fan and a plain tart purist, and I can vouch that their creamy tart flavor is appropriately tart and quite creamy (it did melt quite fast but that means it's natural right?). For my toppings I got toasted coconut, chocolate rocks, and Cap'n Crunch, all toppings I've never seen at a froyo shop but they combined together to create an absolute dream ménage à trois of flavor and texture. Service was super great and fast and the prices are pretty standard for California froyo ($0.89/oz). Cute little mom and pop shop. I'll definitely come back if I'm in Ojai!

Okay, okay! I'm impressed. I thought maybe because the town is smaller than other towns that the frozen yogurt wouldn't be as good...but that is a dumb assumption on my part. The original tart and the mango flavors both were creamy and tart/tangy...bursting with flavor. Okayyyyyyyyyy! You might want to elevate the other flavors you offer to be the latest/new ones hitting the froyo scene...but I did like my personal crisp, refreshing picks I got on a hot AF Ojai day. I'd also prefer it if we could self-serve our own toppings...but this place is small and self serve would back up the line in a place this small. Understandable. Still, Im a fan.

Cuteeee place! Honestly, the Dole whip sign had me at the door. They serve you the yogurt here so don't expect self-service like other yogurt joints. They don't have any seating inside but they have 3 tables outside with a couple chairs to eat and people watch as they walk by. You can also opt to walk around and eat while you're shopping the outdoor shops. We obviously got the Dole whip flavor with mochi topping and I thought it was delicious on a warm Saturday. Super creamy and the Dole whip got me reminiscing about Disneyland. I loved being able to just sit outside and people watch as well. I'll be back next time I'm in town.

The other day, when there was a "heat-wave" here, it was like 81 degrees, I had to get some frozen yogurt so I wouldn't melt and die. There was no one here, so I was able to order right away. They have tape down on the floor, so you're 6 feet or so away from the employee. I ordered their small cup, and had it filled with their dole blend of yogurt, which included several different fruits, as well as a secondary yogurt which was their strawberry banana I believe. Topped off with some strawberry candies and some sprinkles to top it off. Total thing came out to $7 and some change, which is ok, considering I did get a lot. Minus a star though because the dole blend was flavorless. I get low sugar, but taste is important, I dont think anyone goes to get frozen yogurt cuz its healthy. It had close to 0 taste, on a scale of 1-10 I'd say it had a 2 for taste. The strawberry banana (which was actually the low sugar one) had a lot more taste, 6/10 on the flavor scale. It was light and refreshing. Really made the hot day feel not so hot. Minus another star because I'm not sure if it was because the strawberry gummy candy became cold sitting on the frozen yogurt, or cuz the candy was old, but they were hard to chew. But as you continued working on it it softened up and became chewy. Maybe because of the cold, I'm not sure. An average place to get some average yogurt, at an average place, thus an average score.

On a day trip to Ojai, we stopped into Bliss to grab a little fro yo. When I saw the Yelp check-in for 50% off yogurt, I really couldn't pass it up. 50% off??? That's amazing! Bliss is a small shop with an adequate number of flavor and topping options. On the day that we went, the frozen yogurt options were strawberry shortcake, almond milk (vegan), Hawaiian pineapple sorbet, California tart, blueberry pomegranate tart, and chocolate. The yogurt was actually quite good - smooth and with a good consistency - and the price was unbeatable. If you're in Ojai, definitely stop by this place to grab a little froyo. They have indoor and outdoor seating.

My first time having Gelato here. It was awesome. Super inexpensive. Jose was amazing. I think he's the manager super nice gentleman. Thank you for making my first experience wonderful. Best day ever!!!

When you're craving late night munchies in Ojai, there's not always a ton available and so for that, I am thankful for Ojai Bliss! They have a delightful selection of froyo, sorbets and gelatos and their topping bar is expansive and fresh. And, they almost always have a Yelp deal which is amazing, so stop here the next time you are on a stroll looking to satisfy your sweet tooth, you won't be disappointed! My favorite is to get the brown and vanilla gelato as a swirl and then I top it with cheesecake and brownie bites, YUM!

    Ice cream yum!

I'm still a fan, but the last two times I've been here, the frozen yogurt flavors I want end up having the consistency of something more like a fine icee - very crystalline and icy. The other day it was the chocolate. Last time I can't remember what the flavor was but one of the ones I wanted only came out in big, slow droplets, and you'd be there all day if you wanted a full cup. Husband's most recent red velvet was a smooth consistency. I'm not sure why it's only the ones I like that end up crunchy and with a terrible texture. I hope they get whatever is wrong fixed though. I checked and was not getting a gelato or other frozen treat. It was supposed to be frozen yogurt... Toppings are fantastic and fresh. I still love that part.

Visited a dear friend of mine who's family owns Bliss. Best frozen yogurt ever tasted. Love this place.

Our server, Gabriel, truly made the evening special. My father-in-law is vegan and my husband has allergies to cashews and pistachios, which can sometimes make dining out stressful. Gabriel handled everything with confidence, care, and attention to detail. He walked us through the menu, offered thoughtful recommendations, and made sure everyone at the table felt comfortable and taken care of. The ambiance was beautiful, warm, and inviting, and every dish we tried was outstanding. We started with the naan and the Weiser Farms crispy potatoes, both of which were fantastic. The crispy rice salad and tea leaf salad were fresh, vibrant, and packed with flavor. For entrées, the coconut chickpea curry was comforting and delicious, while the organic tandoori half chicken was perfectly cooked and incredibly flavorful. We also enjoyed the duck breast, which was beautifully prepared and a standout dish. Dessert was just as impressive. The mango lassi ice box pie was bright, refreshing, and unique. We also loved the sticky rice donuts, especially paired with the pink guava sorbet and sesame gelato. What stood out most was the level of service. Gabriel struck that perfect balance of professionalism, knowledge, and genuine hospitality. The entire experience felt elevated and effortless, honestly the kind of service you expect at a Michelin-starred restaurant. The sidewalk tables are comfortable and the ambiance casual. Service was efficient and friendly. They have an extensive wine list, but we stuck with water. It seems the menu is prepared daily, as the cover of the paper menu had today's date on it. Dishes were a combination of traditional and innovative, with many vegan and gluten free options. We chose the Coconut Chickpea Curry, Zuckerman Farms Asparagus & Snap Peas and Wok Fired Beef Satay. The dishes were visually appealing, served hot, and brought to our table as they came out of the kitchen. You can tell they use fresh, quality ingredients and combine them in a sophisticated way. All good... except that I found the Asparagus and Satay dish overbearingly salty. Unfortunately, the saltiness overpowered all flavors in these two dishes.

I had no idea the magnitude of what I was about to experience. I sample kombucha every chance I get, and I can say with confidence that Revel has the best commercial kombucha that I've ever tasted! I had the pleasure of being served by Adam the owner, who is a superb beverage alchemist and has created an array of blends that are as beautiful as they are delicious. Revel is an apt name for these drinks as the sublime colors are as delightful as the pleasure of their tastes. The interior is spacious with minimalist decor, an attractive menu board, a feeling of earthiness with natural wood, and the clean brightness of white walls. It's the kind of place where you might meet a friend for a healthy drink, work remotely, or buy some growlers for a unique contribution to a dinner party. It was a gloomy rainy weekend, and I visited four times. I wasn't eager to go back out in the cold, and a few times I was the only customer so I had a chance to chat with Adam. I was intrigued to discover that Jun Kombucha uses honey instead of sugar for the fermentation process. I started home brewing Kombucha in 2011, and was taught that honey's antibacterial properties would block the fermentation process and kill the culture, aka SCOBY (Symbiotic Culture of Bacteria and Yeast). Enter the unique Jun SCOBY which only feeds on honey. It was amazing to talk to Adam about his brewing journey. He poured me samples and it was difficult to pick a favorite because they're all so good. Even the bottles are a work of art carrying the theme of the business. Recommended 100%!

I signed up for the loyalty points, hoping to get my first purchase towards earning rewards, but the employee told me that the four packs don't count towards rewards. This is why I only gave four stars for the very first time because this didn't make any sense to me. Oh well. I guess things aren't perfect here after all. I will keep returning, but it made me sad not to be earning points for my purchase.:( Happy New Year's Day and may you enjoy the best kombucha ever and come here and try it. Right off the main road, easy to find, and the family vibes are real. It's the kind of spot you want to linger in. If you're navigating dietary restrictions, this place is a quiet goldmine. Strong gluten free options, a genuinely vegan friendly menu, and plenty of vegetarian choices too... so everyone at the table actually gets to eat something they're excited about. That's rarer than it should be. The food? Solid. I went with the raw tacos, sopes, and huarache; all filling, all fairly priced for the area. The raw tacos especially surprised me... fresh, flavorful, and not in a "I wish this was a real taco" kind of way. These hold their own. Service was quick and most of the staff had a warm, genuine energy about them. The one small snag; the cashier seemed to be having a rough one. A little gruff, made me feel like my first visit was mildly inconvenient for them. It happens, we all have bad days, but first impressions do stick a little. Overall though, I'm absolutely coming back. There's more on that menu calling my name and an atmosphere that makes it easy to slow down for a bit. When I approached the host stand, I asked a simple question about bringing my dog through the restaurant since I had booked patio seating. I specifically wanted to be respectful and asked whether there was a separate entrance for guests with dogs because I didn't want to walk him through the dining area if that wasn't appropriate. Instead of receiving a greeting or clear response, I was met with a long stare and felt very unwelcome. Service throughout the evening was disorganized. The pacing of the meal was unusual: our salad arrived before our drinks, we received two separate orders of fries before our main courses, and overall the coursing felt random rather than intentional. As for the food, it was mostly underwhelming. The seafood tower was the highlight of the meal and the quality of the seafood was good overall, although the clams were not enjoyable. The steak was good. The chicken was not a favorite among anyone at our table, though my dog seemed to enjoy it. The herb salad was also unusual and not something I would order again. After being seated, it took longer than expected before anyone greeted our table. The most upsetting part of the evening involved my dog. While he was quietly sitting underneath my chair on the patio, a much larger dog being walked through the area suddenly lunged directly at us. My dog reacted by barking back, but he had been calmly sitting under my chair before the incident. While I understand that another guest's dog and owner are not the restaurant's responsibility, the lack of concern afterward was disappointing. No one checked to see if everything was okay, and the same host who had checked in the other party appeared to give us a dirty look afterward, as though my dog had caused the situation. During the incident, my dog's AirTag fell off. When members of my party later went to ask about it, they were again met with what felt like a dismissive response. They explained the situation and asked for help locating the missing AirTag. The host looked them up and down, shrugged, and simply said, "You can go check if you'd like." It wasn't just the response itself, but the tone and body language that came across as condescending and uninterested in helping guests. What made the experience even more frustrating was seeing the same host repeatedly checking in on people she appeared to know personally while other guests received minimal attention. Overall, the combination of indifferent hospitality, disorganized service, mediocre food, and the handling of the dog incident left a negative impression. I understand that one employee does not represent an entire restaurant, but this particular interaction set the tone for the evening and continued throughout our visit. Definitely not a restaurant for me. As others have mentioned in previous reviews, don't expect attentive service. Between the slow pacing, lack of hospitality, and overall experience, I left feeling disappointed rather than eager to return.

It's definitely gets busy, but the staff does a good job and the service was friendly and efficient when we were there. We actually weren't even hungry and came specifically for dessert, and if you haven't tried their strawberry shortcake, you absolutely need to. It's so good - fresh, light, and just one of those things you keep thinking about after. Honestly, I wish we had eaten one there and grabbed another to go for later.

It's located in a parking lot behind the main strip and in a residential area. All street parking but it tends to be pretty easy. There's a bakery vendors that I've had a few times but they do sell out quite fast. Their fresh baked bread and sweets are one not to be missed. This visit, they weren't there in their usual section so I assume they were pretty much sold out fast. Loads of fresh organic vendors with all their goods. As it was summer, there were so many vendors with amazing tomatoes. Heirlooms, grape tomatoes and so all. Everything all looked so fresh and I'm sure it was straight from the farm that morning. Also loads of other vendors selling their homemade goods, like soap to candles to everything in between. Majority of the vendors are fresh produce so you know you'll be picking up fresh farm products. Also fresh flowers are always a must when a visiting the farmers market. Can't forget the fresh berries and fruits. Doesn't scream summer without all the fresh berries straight of the plant. Regardless what you're looking for or not, I'm sure you'll always leave with plenty of fresh things at this market. Their items are always so fresh. A must whenever I'm Ojai. It's always on a Sunday morning.

First timer to this Farmers market. I usually go to the Oxnard Harbor one but it was nice to see…read morewhat Ojai has to offer. There were a lot of flower, veggies and fruit vendors. Prices are a bit more than Oxnard prices but I do think it's great to support local especially seeing the quality difference between local vendors and grocery stores. $13 for eggs still seems a bit steep for recovering from the egg hiked prices where they are now back to $6-7 in grocery stores. There was a vendor that sells sourdough breads and she was quite popular has she always had a line. Caroline's preservative jams are amazing in flavor and quality. I also appreciated that Centri Coffee was there so that I could buy some whole beans.

You place your order at the counter inside and can pick a table on the small patio area outside. I came here around 11 AM on a Monday morning with my partner, and there seemed to be a steady flow of customers. Some were grabbing a meal while others stopped by for a quick drink & pastry. We ordered the breakfast burrito (unfortunately, they didn't have any chorizo available) and the Korean rice bowl. The Korean rice bowl was definitely my favorite of the two, as it had more variety in terms of taste and texture. The food here If I were to return in the future, I'd be curious to try the butter and ham sandwich, as that seemed to be a favorite of some of the regulars. I'd also want to grab a pastry as the scones and cookies in the case were quite enticing. Overall, flavors aren't anything out of this world, but it's a nice spot to grab a meal and people-watch if you're in the area.

I was expecting this treat to just be a pretty trendy item but it is actually VERY GOOD! It wasn't super sweet and the matcha had a perfect tea taste. The matcha on top of the ice cream also had a satisfying crack.
