Most direction was given by pointing, pulling her hands, or repeatedly saying "open," rather than speaking professionally or explaining what he was doing. The only other question asked during the service was whether she wanted a pedicure. After she declined, there was no further communication aside from saying "thanks" when she handed him a tip. During the service, her fingers were cut, and her nails are not straight (as shown in video). At the end of the appointment, he asked for the ticket and then pointed to his nail light indicating "cash tips only," rather than communicating this verbally. While the finished color was cute, the customer service and overall experience were not what she expected. Based on this visit, I would rate the experience a 2 out of 10.
