Loved the vibe, everything is so cute. Service was efficient but not like, overly friendly, it was fine! I ordered the hot cheeto and it was delicious. Definitely will be back to try more.

Donuts were hard on the outside, very very stale. I've never had them so stale and I always go around 5 PM. They usually are still fresh.

I'm giving three stars for a few reasons. One. Price. Two. Selection Three. Taste. So when I decided to come here I didn't know what to expect. I didn't know what the cost would be. I didn't know what options were available. I did know it was a ramen place. So for me the cost is about $2 higher than it should be. I fully understand that overhead is up for businesses. But ramen cost is still very low when you think of it. Any addition to the ramen was met with a cost increase. So I added the kimchi. And I expected to have a reasonable amount for the soup. Nope. I received less than a teaspoon. Yep. Not tablespoon. I said teaspoon. I think for selection, the ramen choice was good. But the additions were lacking. I was limited on what I wanted to add. It would have been nice to add mushrooms or leaks or peppers. Or anything else. More selections will give value to my ramen entree. Taste has everything to do with items available to spruce up a bowl of ramen noodles. The fact is there isn't any good additions. So the taste can't be increased to anything. My soup tasted like something I can do in my kitchen at home with a 99 cent ramen noodle package. I would like to come back again. But I am not sure I can unless they offer more options. To add to the soup. I did order a donut thing. Not my cup of tea. It was very chewy. And wasn't that good. But ima use others would like it. I just didn't.

This place was average due to uncleanliness. The place was dirty. Dirty glass windows and such. Bathroom a disaster and no paper towels. If I owned this business in Westlake I would make sure it was clean. It is a food industry and especially having promoted events pulling people in. The service was slow and my drink didn't look like anything on the menu. The donut seemed raw but maybe style of donuts. Korean dog was okay so gave three stars for some to little support. But 100% oily. I think this business can be improved with care.

For me personally this location has never disappointed. I first saw them in TikTok and I knew I had to at least try it. The guy kind of oversold it a little bit, but it still made it something that you just had to experience for yourself. The food is always hot and fresh. The store is clean, friendly, and well lit. The staff is friendly and helpful. I recommend. I am not personally a major fan of the mochi donuts, but that's a texture thing for me. My son, however, quite enjoys them.

I do love this place and this meal was such a warm and cozy comfort and Korean corndogs can be SO hard to find! And this sounds dumb but the size and shape of the bowl were much appreciated. It felt very clean and sleek too! I worry about the spice level for all, but some googling was able to bring me to the right one. Which brings me to... Little things prevent it from five stars for me -- you can't just get a cup of water you have to buy a bottle which is crazy to me for a brick and mortar food place, I understand for a truck, but you can get a cup of water at an ice cream place? I know that's small but these noodles can be hot!! and when we were confused by the ramen menu we had strangers explaining it to us and were very clearly googling things while some of the team just kind of... watched. I wish they would've helped us, it would have made it way easier. Instead we spent forever on our phones. I understand not everyone is an extrovert but it just seemed off, I imagine it's a quick explanation. The team was very polite and efficient with our orders though, you can tell they have a good system down! Overall I will return, I just know they're SO close to five stars! You can't get delicious goodies like that everywhere!

The Korean corndogs here always hit. They're always hot & crispy. I especially enjoy the potato covered corndog, which makes for a filling treat. Due to my lactose intolerance, I usually opt for just the hot dog, but I enjoy the half & half as well. The mozzarella has a wicked stretch and is tasty. The ramen covered corn dog is good too, but the crunchy ramen can be rough on the roof of the mouth. The donuts here are tasty too, if a little expensive (more than $3 a donut). The bubble tea is just OK - mostly sweet with little to no tea flavor. The service is friendly. Sometimes, it's a little slow, but the corn dogs are made to order.

I heard they had a ramen bar and couldn't wait to try it. It was not exactly like a bar since items were not laying out to add in the ramen. You have to ask for them. All the flavors are spicy so you have to like spicy. I was able to eat it but had to take a bunch of sips of my drink. I got what he had suggested which was a mango strawberry lemonade which wasn't that at all. Very tasty. They even had a variety of donuts that weren't too bad.

The place is so cute and clean! The cashier was polite. I like how all the donuts are on display so you can see exactly what's available up close! I don't like how the lobby was full and the cashier was the only person up front. I understand the other young lady was filling up little cups of prep but she could have jumped in. The cashier had to stop and go ask for help and a young man came out. Coffee donut and strawberry shortcake were our donuts of choice. They were good... not your traditional donut but still an enjoyable experience.

I have tried Mochinut from California & Virginia before, and this branch does not disappoint. This location offer not only mochinut and bubble tea but also Korean hotdog and soft serve icecream. I tried the mochidonut (original glazed, nutella, lotus, raspberry funnel cake and chocolate heath. I love the texture of mochidonut that is chewier than regular donut. (This might be weird if you are trying this type of donut for the first time, but trust me you will grow into it) The drinks come in a soda-can container which is very fun and cute. The staff was very nice. The place was clean and well-decorated. It is definitely a perfect spot to hang out, grab a snack or for a nice date

My best friend took me here for the first time for my birthday, and it was a really great experience!! The dining area was very clean, the staff was very attentive and helpful when I had questions about the menu. The food was better then I hoped it would be (and I already heard the food was delicious) I will very happily come here many more times now that I know it's here. The boba in the bubble tea is very very good. 10/10 experience. Would highly recommend!

I recently relocated from Los Angeles where Mochinut was a neighborhood staple for me. I finally got homesick enough to venture to the Westlake location for comfort. It did not disappoint! Everything was as delicious as I remember and I was so happy they had an ube flavor on the menu. The location feels huge compared to the LA stores with lots of seating and photo backgrounds for social media. The service has been pleasant the couple of times I have gone but it could be friendlier and possibly more fun. I mean, if it the restaurant is so instagrammable maybe the staff could remember that this experience is an experience for people.... Anyway, everything is really good and I definitely recommend it.

My Mom loved their freshed baked Vienna white bread, as she would buy a loaf once or twice a week. She would also buy a dozen donuts, especially when compa y came over. I used to ride my bicycle up close to their store front window and they had a real pretty lady working their named Pauline. If i saw her there i used to wink at her, as i road by the window. (I was only 9 or 1o at the time). Every now and then she would wave me in and give me a free donut. So i have very fond memories of growing up with Becker's Donut shop right around the corner on Miles Ave, near East 138st. My favorite donuts were the cream filled ones. Yummy!

A dozen is about $18 which isn't bad at all. The chocolate glazed yeast was also unremarkable. Not dry or stale or off flavored but just kinda there and not any kind of fluffy lightness you'd write home about. The crullers here are unique! Very rugated, soft, fall apart in your hand and quite tasty. Best in the Cleveland area and I'm not even a big cruller fan. The plain glazed cake had a great texture. Moist inside, some crispiness outside. But it had an offish kinda almost remotely lemony flavor I am not a fan of.
