Individually hung swing chairs on the edge of the perfectly manicured green tiled pool with a great view of the bay. We arrived a bit earlier than the bartender, but they opened the bar for us early and we proceeded to spend the day in luxury with friendly service and maximum convenience. Partially shaded and partial sun. We ordered cold beer and shots; wings, conch fritters and the like. The conch fritters came with a sweet chili sauce and a creamy zesty mayonnaise sauce. Perfectly fried and prepared. The wings had the same sweet chili sauce and were a perfect tangy snack for our beer drenched tongues. The pool water was a perfect temperature and the staff was relentlessly accommodating. If you're in St Thomas looking for a perfect way to waste a day, climb the steep hill and stairs and make your way to the sweet paradise we have enjoyed today.

The on-site restaurants offer great dining options, and the location is just a short ride into town, making it easy to explore. One of the highlights of our trip was taking excursions on the stunning Lady Lynsey catamaran. I've done both the Maho Bay Snorkel and the Sunset Dinner Sail to St. John--both experiences were incredible and I highly recommend them! The basic entry fee was $29 per adult. The ocean park is on the small side. There were small exhibits of sharks, birds, and coral reef fish. The largest area is for dolphins. Parking is hard but when you pay for entry they give you a permit and there are special places reserved for permit holders. We ate at the restaurant, Nautilus 340, and it had a very good burger. Really nice char flavor. There's a gift shop (of course) and a snack shop. Overall, we had a good time. The basic park is not a whole lot to look at but with the add-ons it turned out to be a very nice afternoon.

Exhibits include vases, weapons, tools and coins found from various shipwrecks. The centerpiece is the Odyssey which is an in underwater robot used to collect artifacts. There is a second floor accessible by a slow elevator or stairs which tells a little bit about some of the pirates in the area. There are a few photo spots, hands on exhibits and a hurricane simulator with wind speeds up to 75 mph. I felt the $20 admission fee was reasonable compared to the $30 for the skylift. The museum is located next to the skylift and about a 15 minute walk from the cruise ships.
