    Subject: Urgent Complaint - Unresolved Order & Unacceptable Customer Service at Lowe's Plant City…read more(#1592) Dear Lowe's Customer Service, I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Lowe's and the complete lack of accountability regarding my recent purchase. The way my order has been handled--along with the unprofessional treatment I received from your Plant City, FL store (Store #1592)--has been frustrating and unacceptable. Order Details: Order #201592048250420002 Purchase Date: February 25, 2025 Item: Microwave - 1.7-cu ft 29.88-in Over-the-Range Microwave with Sensor Cooking ( PrintP. Original Delivery Date: March 18, 2025 Updated Delivery Date (Without Notification): March 25, 2025 I purchased a microwave from Lowe's on February 25, 2025, with an expected delivery date of March 18, 2025. However, when I checked the Lowe's app a few days later, I noticed that the delivery date had been pushed back to March 25, 2025, without any prior notification. Concerned about this delay, I reached out to Lowe's multiple times for clarification. Every time I called, I was met with vague responses--no one could provide an explanation, and I was repeatedly told that the "claims team" would contact me. However, I never received any follow-up or resolution. Store Experience on March 25, 2025: Since my order was now expected to arrive on March 25, I called Lowe's Plant City (Store #1592) at (813) 659-4040 around 4:00 PM to get an update. What followed was an extremely unprofessional and frustrating experience: When the store answered my call, they immediately placed me on hold without saying anything. After waiting for an extended period, I was transferred multiple times without anyone addressing my issue. Finally, an employee named Yosselyn picked up and informed me that her manager instructed her to only provide the corporate phone number instead of assisting me. When I asked for the manager's name (maybe Melissa - Manager on duty), Yosselyn refused to provide it, stating it was per her manager's instructions. This is highly unprofessional, and I find it unacceptable that a store manager would refuse to be held accountable for a customer issue. Complaint Summary: Failure to notify me about my delayed order. Lack of accountability--no one can explain what happened to my order. Unresponsive customer service--transferred multiple times and left on hold with no communication. Manager refusing to speak with me or even provide their name. Over a month has passed, and I still have not received my microwave or any explanation. This level of service is completely unacceptable, and as a paying customer, I expect immediate action to resolve this issue. I am demanding: A clear update on the status of my order. If it is lost, I expect a full refund or a replacement to be expedited. Accountability from Store #1592. I want to know why the manager refused to address my concern and why the store staff treated my call so unprofessionally. A formal response from Lowe's corporate regarding this issue.     Not sure why so many negative reviews here. This store has great selection as other stores. I don't…read moredeal much with the customer service, but when needed to rent a truck, they were quite helpful. Also needed some cutting, and they did it quickly.
