I love their Mango dream, it's refreshing. Easy to order. Always clean. Great service.

The only reason to not give the full 5 is because I want to try more of the menu! All of the sparkling drinks sound so good! My work got a very kind delivery from someone at Snowcup of Mango Slush drinks, as well as some with coconut milk added, and they shared one with me. So fresh! So flavorful! The big chunks of mango just added to the look and the texture. Not too sweet, and actually, hit the spot on a rainy evening.

This spot is located on the 2nd floor of Westfield Southcenter in the food court, not to far off from MINISO and Shake Shack on the same floor, to name a few nearby places. I got here with friends at around 8pm, and people were already lining up at the two kiosks to put their orders in. Server told us they were out of bubble waffles for the day, but what we really wanted was something sweet to drink. I got their strawberry matcha milk latte with less ice. This came down to a price of $6.50 before tax, definitely less expensive than most other places that serve matcha as of late. Having a sip of it, I could see why; they don't use ceremonial-grade matcha and the drink left a thick coating inside my mouth (I was overhydrated that day fyi). The strawberry puree wasn't watered down by the milk but the strawberry tones tasted heavily artificial even with the chopped strawberries. The cup thankfully wasn't too small, and I could still finish my drink though I wasn't satisfied with the quality. It looks like they're more well-known - and well-reviewed - for their mango-based offerings and bingsu in general, so I'm taking this as a one-off visit and would still try to come back for their other stuff.

This was absolutely amazing. Comes out hot and fresh, the waffle was crispy yet fluffy on the inside, the chocolate was really good, tasted like good quality chocolate.

We stopped by for some dessert and were slightly underwhelmed. Not that the spot is particularly bad, but I'd say it definitely caters to a slightly younger audience with a big sweet tooth. In particular, the mango syrup was super sweet and overwhelming from other flavors. There are better spots for mango or bingsu in my opinion, but Snowcup is definitely convenient being on the 2nd floor of Westfield Southcenter and supporting two tablets to order from. Mango Yogurt - I quite liked the yogurt, but as noted above, the mango puree or syrup was just too sweet and almost artificial tasting. They also include crystal boba by default and while it's possible to opt out, "free" toppings never hurt. Except here, where the cafe doesn't have big straws and only has the small ones. For our drinks, we had to play with our straws and drink the top where the mango syrup was strongest, and then either waste the crystal boba or use a spoon to dig through which was a subpar user experience. Mango Bingsu - the bingsu here was fair, but like many places, the flavor depletes by the end. So many spots put syrup or condensed milk on top only and then the center and bottom of the bingsu is pretty bland. Wish they were a bit more uniform in dispensing the mango or other sweetener. Ice cream was good, mango was good (some bits more sour, but for the most part pretty sweet).

If you're craving a tropical escape in a cup, swing by Snowcup Café at Southcenter Mall in Tukwila because their Mango Dream is a-maize-ing! It has coconut bits, coconut water, and a hint of crystal boba. So refreshing, we went back for seconds! We tried the Mango Slush and a mochi dessert they were decent. The service there is great. The girls that helped us when we were there were really helpful, but we have ordered a lot on DoorDash which wasn't too bad but wish they would add like a sticker to cover the top of the drink gets a bit sticky. Can't wait to matcha-ccentuate my dessert game next time with their Strawberry Matcha and Mango Matcha.

Wonderfully light and not too sweet. Mangos were sweet and fresh. Friendly and quick service. I would come again.

Found THE best mango bingsu in town. They use champagne mangoes and they are superrr sweet Syrups are imported straight from Korea!!! In the mango drinks they use a WHOLE champagne mango Three new mango drinks- mango slush, mango dream and mango yogurt but the matcha bingsu was also soooooooo yummy but the mango was just a teensy more my style They are located inside South center mall on the second floor near the food court! They have various bingsu cups, mango drinks, milk lattes, sparkling ades, waffle sticks and mochi waffle sticks!

such a scam! Advertise as "Made with a whole mango" but barely have any mango in my drink
    Thida S.

I came here because of an influencer who kept posting about their mango line drinks, saying they use one whole mango per drink. I've never felt more scammed. I ordered mango yogurt. What I got had barely any mango puree at all. It tasted like straight-up yogurt, and they even added whipped cream on top, even though the menu and picture had no whipped cream. No mango bits, nothing like the pictures or videos I saw online. Even the menu listed "chopped mango" as part of it, but there was none in sight. Maybe they were running low on mango or something, but no one said anything. If you're going to advertise "made with a whole mango" with chopped mango, at least make sure it has some mango in it, or update your ads. It's super disappointing, especially when I came all the way here because of how hyped it was. At least be consistent or let customers know if something is different from what's usually served. Definitely not worth the trip or the price.

Very tasty snacks loaded with flavor and kids loved the variety of options. Would recommend !!

They currently offer Matcha, Hoji-Tea, Kuro-Goma (black sesame), and Yuzu (Japanese citrus). The shop itself is very small since it's basically a window shop, either renting space from or connected to Tamari Bar. It's more like a little dessert stand located on the restaurant's patio area, with only a few outdoor tables available. The soft serve was okay, but not as creamy as I was hoping for, and it melted pretty quickly. If you decide to add a syrup flavor, I'd recommend asking for only a small amount. Mine came absolutely drowning in syrup, and honestly, the flavor tasted pretty artificial and overpowering.

The matcha tiramisu was the best I've had, and the hojicha latte with oat milk was just right. The flavor was nice and strong without being overpowering. Everything I had here truly stood out! I don't think you'll be disappointed.

Thankfully they are open today on the Fourth of July (they will just close a little earlier for the holiday), and I was happy to see that not much has changed since my last visit. Without even realizing it, I ended up ordering the exact same drink I got the first time: a Matcha Float with mochi. I guess you really can't go wrong with it because it's still just as creamy and satisfying as I remembered. The only tiny downside is that it only comes with three small mochi balls, so for almost $9 I wish there were a few more. However, the quality of the matcha is consistently excellent, sooo I don't regret coming back. They have wonderful customer service too! The employee helping me at the register was incredibly patient while I stood there trying to decide what to order. As an awkward introvert, I always feel a little flustered when ordering, but she never made me feel rushed or uncomfortable. She asked my sweetness preference for the Matcha Float, whether I wanted to dine in or take everything to go, and even carefully packed up my yuzu green tea packet with the rest of my order. She was very kind and thoughtful so just wanna say I really appreciate how welcoming she was. Even from my last Seattle visit two years ago, I still remember the employees being helpful and friendly here. I also have to recommend their desserts from my previous visit. (I skipped the sweets this time due to my budget but I still suggest picking up some of their sweets!). The Matcha Basque Cheesecake and the Matcha Tiramisu were both absolutely delicious, and I still remember how amazing they tasted even two years later. The tiramisu is only around $7 and is definitely worth trying if you're a matcha lover. This visit, I picked up their yuzu green tea packet to take home (last time, I got the hojicha). Each packet contains 15 individual tea bags and costs about $10 (not bad for how much tea is in each tea bag). They also sell matcha powder and other tea goodies. I'm looking forward to brewing the yuzu green tea at home since a good cup of hot tea is always comforting, especially when I'm sick (I've been recovering from a cold so tea has been a lifesaver to warm me up!). I actually stopped by for lunch since I didn't eat breakfast, and ordered the Sukiyaki Don (it was much more satisfying than I expected). I was craving a beef bowl and Nana's was one of the few places in the area within walking distance from my work, that was actually open for the holiday today, lucky me! It came with miso soup and a soft-boiled egg, and I was pleasantly surprised to find tofu and mushrooms in the bowl alongside the beef. It left me FULL, my tummy happy, heck yeah. Costs almost $20 but worth satisfying a craving. I won't lie.. I somehow managed to spend about $40 today between my meal, drink, and tea to take home. More than I intended to spend but no regrets, because everything was delicious and the quality has remained consistently high over the years. The only thing that made my visit a little uncomfortable wasn't the café itself. There were quite a few homeless individuals lingering around the front of the building, so I decided against dining out front like I had originally planned since I wanted to enjoy the nice weather, but one of them was panhandling me so I promptly left (thankfully I asked for my order to be packaged for takeout). That's obviously outside of the café's control, and it didn't affect the food or service at all. They still had many seats available inside but probably because it's the holiday. If I recall, the place was packed during the afternoon when I last visited on a weekday. I will still say that Nana's Green Tea continues to be one of my favorite matcha spots whenever I'm in Seattle. Between the consistently high-quality matcha, delicious meals and desserts, excellent selection of teas to bring home, and genuinely exemplary customer service, it's a place I'll happily keep returning to whenever I'm back in town and have the time to visit.
