    Mango Cheesecake Bingsu
    Generous Y.

We stopped by for some dessert and were slightly underwhelmed. Not that the spot is particularly bad, but I'd say it definitely caters to a slightly younger audience with a big sweet tooth. In particular, the mango syrup was super sweet and overwhelming from other flavors. There are better spots for mango or bingsu in my opinion, but Snowcup is definitely convenient being on the 2nd floor of Westfield Southcenter and supporting two tablets to order from. Mango Yogurt - I quite liked the yogurt, but as noted above, the mango puree or syrup was just too sweet and almost artificial tasting. They also include crystal boba by default and while it's possible to opt out, "free" toppings never hurt. Except here, where the cafe doesn't have big straws and only has the small ones. For our drinks, we had to play with our straws and drink the top where the mango syrup was strongest, and then either waste the crystal boba or use a spoon to dig through which was a subpar user experience. Mango Bingsu - the bingsu here was fair, but like many places, the flavor depletes by the end. So many spots put syrup or condensed milk on top only and then the center and bottom of the bingsu is pretty bland. Wish they were a bit more uniform in dispensing the mango or other sweetener. Ice cream was good, mango was good (some bits more sour, but for the most part pretty sweet).

If you're craving a tropical escape in a cup, swing by Snowcup Café at Southcenter Mall in Tukwila because their Mango Dream is a-maize-ing! It has coconut bits, coconut water, and a hint of crystal boba. So refreshing, we went back for seconds! We tried the Mango Slush and a mochi dessert they were decent. The service there is great. The girls that helped us when we were there were really helpful, but we have ordered a lot on DoorDash which wasn't too bad but wish they would add like a sticker to cover the top of the drink gets a bit sticky. Can't wait to matcha-ccentuate my dessert game next time with their Strawberry Matcha and Mango Matcha.

This was absolutely amazing. Comes out hot and fresh, the waffle was crispy yet fluffy on the inside, the chocolate was really good, tasted like good quality chocolate.

We were craving bingsu and saw this place in South Center while stopping by for a movie. The mango and strawberry were fresh and the size was perfect for 2 people to share. Service was average. There were a few people ahead of us and we just had to wait ~10 minutes. Seating is a bit harder to come by given the foodcourt is usually pretty packed at peak times. I will definitely come back to try more flavors!

Service was quick and efficient and the staff was polite^-^ we ordered a blended mango yogurt and strawberry vanilla cake. It was a refreshing dessert, next time we will try their Bingsu!!

Found THE best mango bingsu in town. They use champagne mangoes and they are superrr sweet Syrups are imported straight from Korea!!! In the mango drinks they use a WHOLE champagne mango Three new mango drinks- mango slush, mango dream and mango yogurt but the matcha bingsu was also soooooooo yummy but the mango was just a teensy more my style They are located inside South center mall on the second floor near the food court! They have various bingsu cups, mango drinks, milk lattes, sparkling ades, waffle sticks and mochi waffle sticks!

Wonderfully light and not too sweet. Mangos were sweet and fresh. Friendly and quick service. I would come again.

If you're strolling through Southcenter mall, I definitely recommend stopping by this stand to get some light dessert. Here is my breakdown: Taro oreo drink - lightly sweet, good balance between oreo and taro Mango cheesecake bingsu - Our fav, fresh mangoes and ice cream paired so well with the ice Banana bingsu - pretty solid, can't go wrong with chocolate, ice cream, and banana Waffles - didn't personally have them but my friends said they were pretty good.

such a scam! Advertise as "Made with a whole mango" but barely have any mango in my drink
    Thida S.

I came here because of an influencer who kept posting about their mango line drinks, saying they use one whole mango per drink. I've never felt more scammed. I ordered mango yogurt. What I got had barely any mango puree at all. It tasted like straight-up yogurt, and they even added whipped cream on top, even though the menu and picture had no whipped cream. No mango bits, nothing like the pictures or videos I saw online. Even the menu listed "chopped mango" as part of it, but there was none in sight. Maybe they were running low on mango or something, but no one said anything. If you're going to advertise "made with a whole mango" with chopped mango, at least make sure it has some mango in it, or update your ads. It's super disappointing, especially when I came all the way here because of how hyped it was. At least be consistent or let customers know if something is different from what's usually served. Definitely not worth the trip or the price.

Ube, coconut, and Fruity Pebbles? Yes please! This dreamy combo is pure happiness in every bite -- sweet, creamy, colorful, and seriously addictive. Definitely adding this one to my *favs*

My daughter bought this for me to try. They have a new location at southcenter mall. Thus us the mochi waffle stick. It's dip with chocolate. Oh my!! It's crispy, and delicious. So glad they have a location near us. It's located on the second floor at a kiosk. They enjoyed the bingsoo they had the other night, so they went back just to get me a treat on Halloween. They told me the gal working last night, and tonight remembered them, and was amazing at customer service. She gave them samples to try, and even asked how they liked their treats. I'll be there this week!!

Order at the tablet and they call your name when it's ready. Service was quick and the shaved ice was good. I ordered the choco matcha bingsoo, They do add some of the toppings in the middle so it's not just shaved ice/milk once you finish the top. Scoop of matcha ice cream on top and the brownies on the side were smaller than I would've liked. The brownies were fudgy though. Just really wish they didn't give such tiny pieces. The serving size itself was fine but I thought it was quite pricy. With tax, the regular size was almost $10 but for something like this, I feel like it should be a total of $8. Not sure if I'd go back, but it was a very tasty treat worth trying

One of the best bingsu spots in Seattle. This place exceeded my expectations. The service here was spectacular. First we got the mochi waffles, which I've never tried before but they were perfect. I love the consistency as it was chewy and the toppings complemented it so well. The drinks were great, not too sweet and they were unique in their own way. The bingsu was delicious, cute small size that packed a whole lot of flavor. I highly recommend and would come back!

If you can find parking in the Cap Hill area I would definitely consider this as an option for a sweet treat. I think the prices are really reasonable considering some of the other options. Staff: 5/5 (nice) Sanitation: 5/5 (clean) Soft serve w/syrups (5/5) I've had most of the syrups that they offer with their vanilla soft serve. The soft serve itself is a really creamy and rich vanilla milk flavor. I would say it's closer to that Asian milk flavor if you know what I mean. I think the hojicha syrup is my favorite out of all the ones I've tried so far. It has a really nice roasty flavor and not something you can find at most other places. The matcha I would say is my second favorite. The flavor of the matcha syrup is definitely lighter compared to the hojicha but still is a nice compliment to the soft serve. The black sesame would be the lowest on my list out of the, all since I felt like the flavor was too nutty like it was a blend of sesame and potentially a nut. Overall I would definitely go back for the hojicha but if you're not into that there's definitely solid options for other flavors.

Realistically the deluxe is for 2-3 ppl to share if you're not huge dessert person. The ice cream is creamy and just the right texture. The presentation is really a showstopper. Had a few people ask what it was and turned a few heads on the street. The meringue and logo flag was a cute decoration but thrown away immediately since it was kind of in the way. I always see a line when I pass by but service is fast and they hand your dessert to you directly after ordering. There's no awkward mix-ups or other people taking your dessert which I like. Will be back at some point to try out their other flavors and for a smaller portion!

We got a matcha float with mochi and a hojicha float with mochi. We love the hojicha better. The matcha is prob one of the better I've tasted, but not often you can find hojicha ice cream and milk tea. It was creamy and mildly sweet. So good, refreshing and satisfying! The mochi were ok. It was very bland and not sweet at all. I do prefer my mochi to have a little sweetness to them, like a sweet bite. This was like chewing a bigger non sweet boba ball. So I'd pass on the mochi here and maybe do all ice cream. If ever we're in Seattle would visit again. Update: we came here a few yrs later. The drinks were still good as ever. My husband got a frappe and loved it. We had a salmon bowl which was decent. Not something I would order again here but we were so hungry from traveling and meeting friends, we needed some food. This time no line out the door. We got a seat inside. We came in June this yr, nice weather outside but inside was super hot as they did not run the AC. They had the windows/doors open but no breeze and mosquitos were inside attacking. I can't imagine a good breeze when the cafe is wedged btw two huge buildings. My drink (red bean brown sugar latte) was obviously extremely sweet but it was pretty good with plenty of red bean. My one complaint is that they don't have boba straws, which is a bit baffling to me. Sure they don't technically sell boba but the red bean topping in my drink was constantly stuck in the straw because its so narrow! Seems like an odd oversight. I had to use a spoon to eat the red bean by itself at the end.
