My husband wants to get into brewing his own beer and so for Christmas I decided to get him a…read morestarter kit to do just that. I contacted Rocky Top and they said they had a kit and would help me shop for anything he needed. I went down on a Saturday and was helped by the most kind, helpful, professional, friendly, and knowledgable lady ever. She was able to get me hooked up with every possible thing he needs to brew at home including helping me find a perfect recipe for his first batch and all of the ingredients that he will need for the recipe. I wouldn't have had a clue where to start yet for $300.00 I walked out with EVERY SINGLE THING needed to start brewing. She even said if I end up not needing something to bring the item back and she would give me credit for something else. The store is clean and well organized, parking was easy, and the place is easy to find. I am very impressed with this operation. Also, I would like to mention that I think the other yelper who gave this location 1 star is in really bad form. You have no idea why they had to move their business, health reasons? financial reasons? You don't know, and to knock someone's choice to move their business and give them 1 star only because of that is absolutely unfair and in poor taste. Do better.

Nice and helpful. It's a small shop but they'll have what you need to make it happen. They can rent you a fruit chopper and press, which is nice if you are pressing your own juice for ciders or wine.

Do not let those comments and the low star rating discourage you from trying Jeremy's. Our experience was wonderful. Not sure if we ever met the manager, but the wait staff was great! It is a large, clean restaurant with plenty of seating. This would be a great place to have a large gathering. The bathrooms were also very clean. Both of those factors are signs of a promising dining experience, imho! I ordered the bacon ranch chicken burger with fries, ranch and honey mustard on the side. My husband got the bacon cheeseburger with onions rings and a cup of their soup of the day: Tuscan Italian Sausage soup. We also got the cheese curds for an appetizer. The curds were yummy. Crisp, light, chewy with a side of garlic aioli. the flavor combo was delish! My only complaint was the portion size. For $15.00 appetizer, i was hoping it would have been larger...or possibly keep the same portion size but lower the price point. Other than that, we did enjoy them. The soup was delicious, too! It was thick and creamy with large chunks of potato and sausage. It had a nice spicy kick to it. My husband enjoyed it very much. Our sandwiches came out hot, and again: delicious! Good portions, too. The onion rings were really unique. Large, thick slices of onion and a unique breading. Not your typical beer batter, but a lighter coating that tasted like it could have been cornmeal based? They were good! My fries weren't bad, either. They weren't heavy and greasy, like a lot of fries. I liked that. The burger was cooked medium as requested by my husband. My chicken burger was a delicious grilled chicken breast...a real breast and not some gross pressed chicken patty. The ranch and honey mustard were both house made. Sooooo good. The ranch was really dilly and I loved that! Did Jeremy's pass the test? Absolutely! When my husband announced "I'd eat here again", I knew we made a good restaurant choice! I agree. We will eat there again! **They also offer a 10% discount on senior, military and first responder meals. THAT was cool! Two thumbs up for Jeremy's!
