Guinness Mac & Cheese hold the onion, Chicken Alfredo
Lisa S.

Wanted to watch a football game on a Thursday night and we came here after walking past it so many times. I wish we had come in before! Everything here was absolutely wonderful from atmosphere and cleanliness to service and food. I got the Guinness mac and cheese without onions omg it was so good. He got the chicken Alfredo and loved it. Then we switched plates and we were both in heaven again. Also got sweet potato fries and some beers also delicious. We can't wait to come back here! Oh and the biggest smile came on my face when I went to the restroom and could still listen to the game on the speakers in there so I didn't miss anything. So awesome.

I love eating at an Irish Pub on a rainy day, so we frequented O'Blarney's for dinner. Our seat yourself dining experience was fast and friendly! I ordered the corned beef and cabbage, my husband had a burger w/fries, and our son ordered corn dogs. At first glance, my cabbage meal looked plain but the flavors were amazing! The soda bread was *chef's kiss* The venue is spacious and would be especially fun to visit with live music. The front of the building is the bar area and the side entrance is family seating (table and booth options). Two person tables line the wall against the windows, they have a larger booth to accommodate up to 6, and smaller group tables in the center. The bar area's wrap around seating looks cozy and I spotted an empty pool table around the corner. If you're in the area or looking for an Irish pub for St. Patrick's then most definitely check out O'Blarney's!

Oblarney's is an all time favorite. Great food, drinks and an overall nice place to be. Especially for small town Centralia. It's the only bar in downtown Centralia that I feel comfortable and safe at, compared to the neighboring bars. Staff is extremely friendly. My friends and I go here often to play pool and have a few drinks. They have family dining as well as bar atmosphere. Great place for any event (:

Great place to just have a good laugh, relax and enjoying a nice Saturday Date Night! I must honestly say that I underestimated O'Blarneys and I'm sorta glad I did because if not I wouldn't have been as surprise as I was. My husband and I went there for the very first time after 3 months living in Centralia. I love the vibe, cleanliness, service and atmosphere. Mind you, we are not the type that goes to pubs. But as they always say, have to try it sometimes. I'm really glad we did! I enjoyed all our food and I honestly still can taste it just posting the pictures. O'Blarneys feels like home-- that feeling when you come home for the holidays to spent time with family, then head out to the town pub to meet your old friends. That's exactly how it felt being in there! So welcoming. We need more of pubs like this! I can't wait to go back.

There were a few people at the bar and a table of 2. We were asked if we were dining we said yes please. We were informed they were prepping hamburger for the next day so it might be a minute. We said no problem we'll just enjoy a beer and wait. We checked out the menu and picked out what we wanted when she was ready to cook. A minute later the server shows up and asks what we wanted to order, I asked didn't we have to wait until the hamburger was prepped. She responded "oh I just like to be prepared." So we placed our order for two burgers and she went back and prepared them. It was interesting people watching... very much a locals place.

This place had extremely drunk people singing horrible karaoke...which, may not be the most unusual. But that was literally the entire population at the time we went...which was PEAK time to be at a bar! Then like I said above, nobody was there, except what my friend assumed were "the regulars." So we felt like flies on the wall for sure. Especially since I don't drink. It felt small and cramped, so when I heard that my friend had been here before "when there was a DJ" and related it to videos he'd Snapchatted, I knew this place wasn't for me. How could you fit in a "concert" of sorts? (His videos looked like a club environment, and waaay more space then what was really available.) I hate to say it, but this place ruined bars for me. They even asked me to pull my mask down when checking my ID. By the way, they didn't card at the door, just after my friend wanted a drink, so I'll bet they were shocked when I literally didn't order anything. Not even water. Overall, this place felt cramped, and the music was ear-piercingly bad. Literally, it gave me a migraine. I'll never be coming back, because the parking was horrible, and it was in a weird location that was enough out of the way. It doesn't get a 1/10 because I don't like bars, so people who do MAY be able to have a better time.

We were there for six games of pool and did not have any acknowledgment of our presence. There was an empty table next to us with the remains of the previous customers. Looks reasonably nice, for a typical small town bar. Fairly populated around 10:30 PM. My friend says the drinks are good and cheap, and that you can get "black out drunk" for $20. Which is apparently a good thing? I'd already eaten and drank plenty of soda, so I didn't get anything. But the vibe was pleasant enough. Loud music, some loud people, but nothing too off the walls. I was probably only worried because I don't like drinking, or bars. I'd never come back, but that's just because I don't drink. I came here because my friend wanted to show me the place. (We actually wanted to go to "The Hub" but he said it wasn't "popping" enough.) Overall, it's a nice enough bar for people that should be in attendance. But it wasn't outstanding enough to make want to come and get a water. Thanks for reading if you did. My friend saw an old fling here, and got worried.

So it's not secret when you visit here that there's a little perk for writing a review on google…read morebut here's the review I'm writing after I got home in more detail, not benefits attached. This place is definitely worth the visit. This arcade themed restaurant has both a good selection of typical modern arcade games in the dedicated space next doors and also all the retro games you might be looking to reminisce again with on the food side. The large retro arcade games in the back of the restaurant are free but they also have tv's and controllers attached to tables so you can enjoy a game while sitting down and waiting for your food. Our group had wings, garlic fries, and pizza and all three menu items were superb. Even if you're not a fan of games, the food alone is worth a trip here. They use actual garlic for the garlic fries and a generous amount at that. On the modern arcade side, about 10% of the games seemed out of service but enough were available that I didn't have a shortage of things I wanted to try. There are lots of families visiting here and if you're on the modern arcade side be sure to share the space, the retro side was a bit more empty but this was on a saturday morning, night traffic is probably much different.

My boyfriend and I have been here once but only to check it out as we were coming up from Oregon…read more We have visited the Olympia location and have done trivia, ordered food and drinks and hung out at the location. We wanted to participate in the video game trivia that was hosted at the Centralia one and we decided to stop by 30ish minutes before they started at 7 which they did start on the dot. When you arrive, you go through the restaurant first and you are able to seat yourselves then wait until a server notices to drop off menus and take your order. The menu can be a bit confusing as they have some drink items on the regular menu and a secret menu and limited menu with food or dessert on the drink menu. It took a little bit to get noticed but we got a Hogwash potion and a Yoshi's Island for drinks as we had just had dinner elsewhere as the food prices here a bit much and not worth price but their video game or other nerdy themed drinks which some can be mocktails are fantastic. My boyfriend's Hogwash potion didn't take long and it was cool to see it opened with vapors coming out. My drink took much more time but it felt like it was more ice than anything as I felt like I had maybe four sips before it was all good. The trivia was great but they were having mic issues but it was also just hard to hear the host as we were sitting on the opposite end of where the host was. There are TVs that have the questions so that was very helpful. The service here is friendly but it would have been nice to be checked on more as I wanted to order another drink but their loss, I suppose. My boyfriend and I ended up getting first place but I'm also a little sad cause I didn't see a way to get points for our order today as I know they have a Toast reward system.

Talking Cedar is a solid alternative to the dining at great Wolf Lodge…read more It's just around the corner with ample parking. We got there around 6:30 PM on Thursday evening and the wait was about 20 minutes for families, but we sat at the bar at a high top and got right in. We found service to be friendly and prompt. The gentleman who was taking care of us was attentive without being pushy. We started with the fried pickles which came out with ranch and aïoli for dipping. It was a huge portion. Tasty indeed. While I know pickles are inherently salty, I did find these to be exceptionally salty, leaving me to wonder if the batter was also salted, which definitely would not be necessary. Just know that if you are planning on ordering them. We also both got the Smoked Steak Salad. The salad was fresh and nicely dressed. Both of them came with a very generous serving of meat. The meat was just OK. They do not ask you how you would like your steak cooked, so once I got it, that made sense. I'm guessing they don't just smoke it for a little bit and finish the cooking it another way because it is well done with some rough bits - perhaps leftovers from something else. Honestly, I would prefer to have a nice juicy steak on top of a salad, and while I enjoyed this enough, I probably would not get it again for this reason. We both got a beer flight too, and found all four choices to be really good! I will definitely come back here when I'm tired of options at Great Wolf. I'd be interested in trying their sandwiches, as I saw a couple people with French Dips that looked really good.

Last weekend was the second time my family & I visited Talking Cesar Restaurant, this time with my…read moremom with us (from out of town). We were excited, greeted nicely and were sat down pretty quickly. Then it took a turn. Our waiter took alittle while to get to us. Once he did, he was basically rushing to get our order. 20 mins later came back with our water and my husbands Bourbon Flight. This is me by the way looking at my photo album to track the time. 25 mins later our appetizer came and they were delish. We had ordered Garlic Parmesan Wings and Giant Pretzel. We waited over an hour and our waiter finally comes back to tell us that due to a Big Table outside our food is running behind, we said that's fine. 30 mins later, he comes back and tells us he mistakenly did not put our orders in and he takes full accountability but the fact that he only placed 1/2 of order and realized it an hour and a half later and waited 30 mins passed to tell us was beyond acceptable. We had a 1 year old and a 2.5 year old babies with us, we got there at 5:15pm and left at 8pm with no Main Course, we decided to leave and they offered to give us our main dishes for free and that had to pay for our apps and drinks. At that point, we weren't even hungry anymore- we were more upset than hungry. Word of Advise- don't dismiss a table of 5 for a table of 20. That party of 20 already includes 16%-18% Gratuity on their Tab, whereas a table of 5 could be giving you 20%-25% Gratuity for yourself only & not to have to share with other servers esp. if you are given cash. That table of 5 could sit there for hours just sitting and chatting and won't turn the tables over to new guest, whereas a table of 5 can eat, enjoy their meal, give good tip and leave within an hour and a half. And you'll have new table instantly, more money for you. To the kitchen staff, don't walk past your guests when they're asking you a question and as if they didn't exist. I'd hate to think it's Race Discrimination because we were the only Asians there but that's definitely how it felt.
