Dim lighting, tables and booths, and nice bathrooms. A great hangout spot with plenty of parking front and back. Good for small groups of 2-8. Came with a group of 6. Servers are friendly and quick. Ordered a few rounds of chicken cartilage, carbonara, and fried chicken to go with a pitcher of beer and two bottles of Jameson. We also got a couple cans of Arizona and Ginger Ale as well.

A great place to hang out to eat or drink. It does get busy later at night so make sure to call and reserve ahead of time. Was satisfied with everything ordered: pancake, green onion fried chicken, spicy cartilage

Great new spot for Korean bar food! The design inside is newly renovated and has a dim and moody atmosphere. All the food items are solid choices, with a lot of variety, and the service is friendly.

The food was okay overall. I think it will be better if go with their soju and cocktails, but we didn't do alcohol. I was going for their famous stir fried beef intestine and beef tartare. Honestly I was a bit let down coz I had high expectations - the raw beef was too chewy and the beef intestine was too strong on black pepper sauce. I do love the pear on the side with the beef tartare, it was refreshing and Korean style. This place is a bar and very loud after dark. Our waitress was attentive.

They have a jukebox to add in your songs (long waitlist) and honestly was quite packed on Friday night as well. The server Denis presented us to the dart room where a couple was there. Our group was 5 people so he asked them to just move to the other table so we can take the other two. There were 3 tables in that room. This was perfect because we basically were in a private room, huge plus! We arrived on time for the happy hour and got lots of drinks, no food at all. The shots were pretty watered down or just did not taste 40% vodka at all. Also grabbed two wine bottles outside of the happy hour. Place is quite nice, very fun. Got a free shot, server was so kind as well. A great night indeed. Washroom for women is downstairs and men's washroom was beside the darts room. Would love to come here again for sure.

The food was delicious. I couldn't finish the pasta because I also ate the garlic bread that came with it. So I packed that up to go home. Just keep in mind people this is a pub. It's not a gastro pub where the food is supposed to be michelin star. So adjust your expectations. Having said that I still think the food here is decent. I haven't had any horrible food here. Service: We had a lovely black lady serving us. I didn't catch her name unfortunately. But we have been served by her before. She's perfectly nice & our service from her was great. She took our drink orders first. And then we placed our main dish orders. The food came out relatively quickly as well. We came here for lunch on a Saturday. Ambiance: The furniture has been rearranged a bit. There used to be a sofa at the back near the stairs to the washroom. Now there's a large table there. Other than that it's still the cozy pub vibe. I'm not sure why people have given recent bad review for this place. Hubby & I have been going here on & off for years & not had a bad experience.

Both are non-negotiable and always hit. We still like to switch it up sometimes, and this visit we tried a few different dishes: * Kataifi-Wrapped prawn tempura: crunchy, and the wasabi mayo was my favorite part. * Nagasaki Champon with ramen: cozy and comforting. * Grilled Squid with butter: simple and done right * Beef Brisket Yaki Soba: savory and satisfying, with bonito flakes doing their little dance on top. * Karaage: coming from someone who doesn't love greasy food, this one was not greasy at all and still juicy inside. Lowkey missing their grilled beef intestine though Great highball selection as well. We got the peach highball for the one who likes sweet, and the yuzu highball for the one who likes sour. I went with the Snow beer Sapporo, topped with shaved frozen beer. Such a nice way to keep the beer cold without diluting it. Service here has always been amazing, whether they're busy or not, and that's a big reason why I keep coming back.

We chose 3 and we left satisfied. We will definitely come back to try more dishes. I would suggest come early. Parking is hard there being on Yonge Street.

We ordered the pork ribs with truffle fries, whole squid and beef tartare and they were all very tasty and delicious. I especially loved the beef tartare, it was reallly good. When a friend suggested we go to Bistro Mujae for dinner, I was so curious about what it would be like. Tucked off a side street in Koreatown, Mujae has the vibe of an upscale tavern--classy wooden paneling, dim lighting, masterfully crafted dishware from Spirit Wares. From the get-go, the service was excellent, with the staff doing everything in their power to seat our unexpected table of 9 promptly. We ordered a variety of dishes to share. The pork ribs were extremely tender with the sweetness of the apple-kiwi marinade coming through nicely. The perilla cream kalguksu was a bit heavy, but it provided a nice rich and creamy balance to the gochujang-heavy dakdoritang. The server recommended getting the DIY rice balls instead of plain white rice to accompany our dishes, and that was a fun and flavorful alternative. However, I do think regular rice would suit the dakdoritang the best. The stir fried pork with kimchi had a nice bul-mat/wok-hei flavor, but it wasn't anything to write home about. One of the standout dishes was the Korean beef tartare, which had such a lovely pepperiness paired with the fragrance of the roasted sesame oil. In terms of general flavor- pretty solid; I'd be happy to go back. As a Korean fusion connoisseur, I do think there are several things they could tighten up flavor wise, particularly around finding dish-internal methods of lifting the earthiness of gochujang. It would also be great to see a few more light/refreshing dishes, especially with the summer coming up. But with such excellent service, I really don't have any complaints. Would definitely recommend for a night out!

We were lured in through some mail in ads that showcased their daily specials. which are pretty great. When we were there it was $15 for a burger with a side and a pint of beer or $2 less for pop. We each got one of those and ordered a lb of wings to share as well. They serve wings in the original format which is less breaded and the breaded version is bigger and more crispy and maybe caloric. We opted original for the wings and fries. For our burgers, we went for veggie sticks and an upgraded bowl of salad to balance out the meal. I'm just surprised that the greens were super fresh for a bar. I'm so used to crappy old salads from a pubs. Burgers were nice and juicy. Wings are as consistent as I last remembered it. The server even allowed me to customize a sauce blend because it wasn't too busy that night. We even peeked at their drink menu and cocktails are like only $8 something and it's regular price. Overall great experience.
