My fiancé had went a couple weeks back to support his friends band and to have a good time with a friend visiting from out of state. He ordered 3 drinks on his tab using his card. His friend had ordered them each a shot and another drink and then paid in cash. About a week later, his bank statement alerts him of an overdrawn balance (after having just paid bills), because as it turned out they charged him for all of his drinks as well as his friends who had paid in cash!!!! I reached out to them last week and waited for a response. They sent us a copy of the receipt which we then told them was incorrect as his friend paid the additional charges in cash and those shouldn't have gone on his card. We were then told "Our procedures normally prevent this from happening, if you want we can go back and check the cameras." So I ask them to yes please review the cameras and get back to me and finally about a week later I received a response stating that due to angles and whatnot they were unable to see whether or not my claim was true and that their bartender swore she didn't double charge them and mistakes like that aren't usually made, but they're willing to give us a refund for what we hadn't ordered and stated that this refund is in no way an admission of guilt! All in all, I'm satisfied with the fact that we are getting back what is rightfully due to us, however it kind of felt like pulling teeth to get responses, though I can understand it may be a busy season for them. I would give this place zero stars if I could. The owner is so racist it's disgusting. Told me and my friend (who is Spanish) that we could not host a hip hop showcase there because the town is prissy and would give him a hard time about. Plus hip hop brought in the wrong crowd according to him. He would not even shake my friends hand or look him in the eye when he was speaking. He basically ignored him and only spoke to me (a white female). All of sudden he is now hosting a hip hop show with white rappers in January. Absolutely disgusting how profiled my friend got. This Napoleon like troll of an owner threw myself and my friends out, 5 adult men, because 1 of our crew got sick outside. I brought him in to go to the bathroom and wash his face before I sent him home and this asshole guy put his giants on me. The owner was rude to us. When alive after five or the south bay music fest aren't happening (i.e. anytime not in the summer), this is probably the #1 spot in Patchogue to see live music. Don't get me wrong, on certain nights the bands/artists are nothing to talk about...but the venue itself is a pretty cool place to be, there are enough excellent bands playing here to warrant going. 4 stars from me. read more

Was here a few months back to check out a friends band. It was our first time here and we were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. There was plenty of seating. Venue & bathrooms were very clean. Older more mature crowd the night we were there but I'm sure that varies depending on the band & their following. Looking forward to coming back to check read more

Great music venue, always have great bands playing there. I happened to be a part of the Wadio Showcase on July 28th. Awesome local bands including Megahertz, Exist Among, the Hard Way, Black Dawn and Borgo Pass. Although drinks were a bit overpriced, the music and vibe outweighed the $10 beers pricing. read more
