    All-American K-9 Dog Training

    All-American K-9 Dog Training

    (294 reviews)

Before I discovered all American K-9 I was 100% disappointed and discouraged with all of the…read moreprevious training and gadgets that I had tried. I could not figure out why nothing was working. A colleagusuggested that I try a dog trainer named Bob Solomini that he had used in the past. His passion and confidence in Bob convinced me and even though I was very skeptical and worn out I decided to give it one last try. I am excited to tell you about my invaluable experience and what I learned from it: -my dog was only a small part of the problem, but the majority of the behavioral problems stemmed from me. Dogs aren't born knowing how to behave the way humans would like them to, so we as responsible dog owners need to teach them. -we don't automatically realize what we are doing wrong and unless a true professional who really cares can teach us the correct way we can't be sure that we will ultimately have a happy relationship with our pet. -after four years of pulling my hair out and stressful walks with my dog I wound up moving to a new neighborhood, and my dog was totally out of control when I walked him. When he saw people with dogs, he went crazy and I could not stop him from barking and pulling. In fact, he pulled me down a couple of times where I sprained my ankle and another time where I hurt my knee. In fact, most of my neighbors walked the other way when they saw us and complained about my dog's bad behavior. After the first lesson, I immediately knew that I had found something different. Humane, focused,, professional, and results driven. I am so lucky that I found all American K-9 and especially Bob Solomini. I love walking my dog now, and all of my neighbors have praised the incredible transformation that they see. This was literally a life-changing experience for my dog and for me. I am so thankful that I found somebody that really knows what they're doing and really cares -not only is Bob a great person, but also the Best dog trainer that I have ever met. I highly recommend this trainer and business to anyone who is serious about having a great dog!

Every Doggie Has Its Daycare - Inside Play area

    Every Doggie Has Its Daycare

I did a search online looking for a local dog daycare for my mom's German Shepherd. This was the…read moreclosest one I could find to her. It's located in Peoria, AZ which is northwest of Phoenix. It is near Bell Road and the 101 making it accessible for people like me traveling from nearby cities. The facility is in an industrial type zone. The building is sort of a large warehouse that is shared by several businesses. The backside has large garage type doors. I only know this because Google Maps led me to the back (south side) of the building initially. The map has been updated to hopefully prevent others from getting lost looking for the entrance which is on the northeast corner of the building. Every Doggie Has Its Daycare has applications online that you can download, print, and complete. The information provided online makes it easy for you to prepare for your first appointment. You'll need the latest copy of your dog's vaccination records including Bordetella. Plus, you will need the paperwork showing that your pet was spayed or neutered. Even though my dog has a tattoo indicating that she was spayed, the paperwork was required. I appreciate that the business has high standards and requests these records. It lets me know that patrons of the business care for their dogs and that my dog will be in a healthy and safe environment. Before allowing your dog to use their services, you will need to schedule a free, 3-hour temperament test. This allows the staff to assess your dog's energy level and comparability with other dogs. Based on this, your dog will be paired accordingly for future play groups. Please note, some dog breeds are not allowed due to insurance policies of the business. While the facility does not offer a webcam remotely or on site, the staff do actively take and post photos of the dogs on the business Instagram and Facebook pages. They post pictures pretty much every hour and try to capture every new dog entering the facility during that hour. Once your paperwork is in order, the temperament test has been completed, and your dog has been approved for services, you can start bringing them to daycare or make appointments for boarding services. Daycare doesn't require advanced bookings. I love that you can bring your dogs in and drop them off at the spur of the moment for a half or full day of play. This is so convenient for those days when you have extra work or maybe aren't feeling well enough to give your dog the exercise and attention he or she needs. My dog needs socialization on a weekly basis. She hangs out with humans daily all day, but benefits from the play and mental stimulation she gets from daycare. She always comes home relaxed and tired from her time at the facility. The facility is temperature controlled so your dog can safely enjoy play during the hot summer and cooler winter days. They do have access to an outdoor area too. It has high walls, so there is no chance of escape. You can pre-purchase packages of half day or full day passes to daycare. So far, I have just been paying as I go which is also acceptable. It's about a $40 saving if you buy the package, but you have to use it within 90 days. They take all credit cards. It's important to note that late pickups will be charged $1 per minute! That's a good incentive to make sure you arrive before they close at 7pm during the weekdays to collect your dog from daycare. I've booked a boarding reservation during the holidays. There is a deposit required during this time period because of the increased demand for services. They ask that you bring your dog's food measured out for each meal in ziplock bags. They provide everything else your dog needs for the overnight stay, but you are welcome to bring your dog's bed or blanket that provides familiar smells and will help your dog adjust easier. Also included in boarding is daycare. There is no extra charge for this ensuring your dog gets lots of exercise during the day so she can get a good night of sleep too. I'm delighted that I found this business. The staff have been super friendly in-person and on the phone. Their website has detailed information so you can get your questions answered, but call or stop by if you need additional information. I'm certain you will get the details you need and feel assured in your decision to leave your furry family member in their care.

Our dog seems to like this place over the (larger pet day camps and hotels around Phoenix)!! The best way we can tell she prefers he Sonoran Desert Pet Resort over Pet(not so)Smart, she doesn't have that nervous shake when we take her in. We don't have to drag her in, and in fact she drags us into the doors at Sonoran!! When we pick her up, you can tell she had loads of fun and she's tired from playing and she DOES NOT SMELL!! We used to use the other places and she would come home stinky and you could tell she was ready to come home. (LET ME OUT OF HERE!!) This is becoming our dogs home away from home. The staff here is very friendly, professional and you can tell they are genuinely interested in taking care of your pet. You pet isn't just another ticket for them... They rates are very reasonable!! Over night stays range between $33 - $43 depending on what type of room or kennel your dog prefers. Their Daycare is very reasonable too! The Half Day Daycare up to 6 hours is probably the best deal at just $12 where as a full Day Daycare is $20. They do watch cats too, but I have no idea what their rates are for cats. This is an excellent place to bring your pooch whether it's just for a couple of hours, a day or over night! The safety and security of your pet is there top priority. I know my dog is looking forward to her next daycare/over night stay at the Sonoran Desert Pet resort! Hopefully she will see your dog their too!

Firstly what really made us feeling secure about leaving our new pup was the list of rales and careful prescreening the fafacility has to ensure we are leaving our 'child' in safe hands. Secondly, they are an open book, with tours, complimentary half day boatding to trail the dog and the live streaming into the room and play areas. Who doesn't want their pup sleeping in a bed? Petsuites has thought of everything, they are very careful and selective about who they let stay there, which all adds up to a safe amazing experience fot our Doggie. Petsuites was so patient and gracious when leaving Carly Doggie for the first time when we called and emailed the first few days to make sure she was cared for.

Then I received a text at 4:40 telling me I had to pick my dog up or he would be boarded. They did let me pick him up but like how careless is your staff? How lazy? I've worked at an even bigger dog boarding facility before and we never had our dogs going back with urine on their head & we were extremely organized with food. I was also and am never told if my dog eats his last meal or not. And sometimes they send pawgress reports that I didn't order (not complaining about that) I just feels that showcases more how disorganized they are. I think the key to knowing if an establishment is good is good communication and not having to DO the work of communication that should be their job! A lazy staff = no communication and neglect and errors.
