As I began to style my hair for the first time since the service I noticed that my hair was not done correctly. You see orange spots , blonde to brown , not blended etc. I reached out to Michelle and asked for a refund but she refused because of the all "time" and "product" she used. I understand that part but you didn't do it right! And now I have to go spend Another couple $100 dollars to get my hair fixed and color corrected which is so expensive!
