Spice basil rice ans Chicken pad thai

They give you large portions. We were able to share and go home with leftovers. We got the crab rangoons $9, egg rolls $6, Spice basil fried rice $15, and Chicken pad Thai $15 and everything was spot on. The crab rangoons were packed with filling. The pad thai wasn't fry like others we've had, neither was the rice. The service was great regardless of them being short staffed and having a full dining area they got everything out as quickly as possible. We'll be back

We enjoyed our dinner at 9 Thai. My husband ordered and liked the shrimp fried rice. He had enough to have it for breakfast the next day. I ordered the duck and wanted vegetables. I was told the duck only come with garnish vegetables so we ordered a side of veggies. We had lots of veggies. The duck with honey sauce was nice.

Holy smokes! We were planning on going somewhere else for dinner but a friend found out we were staying in the area for the night so she insisted we tried here. So good. We started out with the veggie rolls. That was refreshing and the peanut sauce was perfectly creamy. The flavor profile for the sauce was exactly how I love it. I think they make the rolls at the start of the night and refrigerate them so the wrapper was really cold. The wrapper they use was thicker than I'm used to for spring rolls. It wasn't bad it was just interesting. Dinner knocked it out of the park. We ordered the crispy salmon pumpkin curry, lemongrass chicken pad thai, and the spicy basil fried rice with basil. The lemongrass chicken pad thai was a basic pad thai dish but they add lemon grass chicken on top and then top it with peanut sauce. It was quite a bit of peanut sauce so if its not your thing I would ask for it on the side. We love peanut sauce so this was delish. Crispy salmon pumpkin curry was my favorite of the 3 dishes we ordered. There was a decent amount of salmon. It was lightly breaded and fried. It was cooked nicely and was in fact really crispy on the outside with moist salmon on the inside kind of like a salmon fish and chip. This was in a dish of bell peppers, onions, broccoli, basil, and pumpkin (which is probably actually kabocha squash). The pumpkin was so soft it would break into the sauce and would coat the rice nicely. I was given the option to choose white or brown rice with this dish, which I thought was a nice to offer. Spicy basil fried rice with pork. This dish is a typical fried rice dish with onion, egg, bell peppers, and larger chunks of pork. The basil flavor was light but present. We ate so much, we didn't have room for dessert and I'm super bummed about this. If you are in the area, highly recommend giving this place a try.

This guy refused to serve me 40min prior to closing. Also I think he makes up prices daily, or he's just skimming.

Great authentic food. Thai tea was sweet and perfect and the green chicken curry was medium spicy just like I asked with a lot of flavor.

We found out that not much happens on a Sunday evening in Klamath Falls and very few businesses are open. We appreciated that Rodeos Pizza was open! The restaurant is very cute and has a ton of charm to it. It doesn't have that sanitized look that corporate places have. It's lived in and fun. I love their menu and the options that they have written in chalk. The pizza is certainly a standout. There are many varieties to choose from. It doesn't matter if you're a vegetarian or someone who enjoys a ton of meat on their pie. This place has just about everything you'd want and in locally crafted variations to help you quickly order. I'd say what makes these pizzas great is the sauce they use. It's very tomato-y and robust. No matter what slice I tried, it was the sauce that kept me coming back for more. Pizza is available by the slice or as whole pies. It can take 30 or more minutes when they get busy for whole pies to finish, but checking out the cute Klamath Falls downtown area was fun while we waited. If we come by Klamath Falls again I'm sure we'll want to recreate our experience at Rodeos Pizza!

But the contents of our boss pizza were mediocre. I guess small towns in Oregon can't find good Italian sausage. What we had was really mild. And as good as the exterior crust was, the crust on the bottom was soggy. Last, but not least, we weren't fans of the music.

We went mostly in the morning during the two days we stayed at Klamath Falls. I got their cold brew coffee and it was not sour or burnt tasting like some other fancy coffee shops. A Leap of Taste was one of the few spots open, and after seeing all the great reviews, we decided to give it a try. The ambiance is really cute and cozy -- lots of decor, lighting, and seating that makes it feel welcoming and comfortable. Service was also quick and friendly, which we appreciated. We ordered the Green Machine smoothie and a matcha, and both were really good and definitely a highlight of our visit. Where the experience fell a bit short for us was the food. While the presentation was great, the taste didn't quite match expectations. The breakfast tacos listed potatoes, but they ended up being more like tater tots, and the tortillas weren't warm -- my friend wasn't very fond of them. I ordered the #5 sandwich, which was described as being on jalapeño toast, but it came on regular toast instead, along with a pickle on the side. The sandwich itself was okay -- not bad, but something I could easily make at home. For the two drinks and two food items, we paid around $40, which felt a bit high considering the overall food experience. I can see why this place is well-loved by locals -- it fits the neighborhood vibe and likely appeals to the regular crowd -- but as visitors, the food didn't quite live up to the hype for us. Overall, it's a cute spot with great drinks, friendly service, and a cozy atmosphere. I'd probably come back for beverages, but I'd skip the food next time

We were driving thru town, looking for a deli sandwich. Any place we could get a good sandwich quickly, to get back on the road quickly, that wasn't yet another fast food place. I had a simple turkey and cheese on white. I can't describe quite why it was so good. Maybe it was just very, very fresh, and prepared exactly how I ordered it. No one overthought it or gentrified it or anything like that. They did the thing they do, and they did that thing well. My wife had a roast beef sandwich and it was the same story. Not sure why it was as good as it was, except that it was fresh and didn't have a bunch of extra toppings or "accoutrement" she didn't want. Even though this is clearly a very local establishment, they were friendly to us, and the bathroom was clean. We ended up buying some other supplies from the convenience store section, saving a stop. We found it easily and didn't have any issues parking or finding the entrance. We were greeted and seated immediately and had a reasonable amount of time with the menu. I ordered the bacon mac and cheese grilled cheese and my partner and his sister both got the bacon and bacon burger. We also got a pretzel and cheese for the table. The pretzel and cheese came out pretty quick and was great! It wasn't really a pretzel so much as a bread twist but it had great flavor and was soft and fluffy. The cheese had a wonderful flavor. It was a little gritty but it tasted great and there was enough left to dip our entrees in. My sandwich was good but I was hoping for more cheese. It was a little dry, I think the mac and cheese had been baked first. The burgers and fries were also good. We finished with some dessert - lemon cheesecake and a brownie with ice cream. They were both good! The brownie was rich and the ice cream balanced it well. Our bill came out to $88 before tip. We had leftovers and the food was all delicious so it was definitely worth it. The service was good and fast as well. We would definitely come back!

After an eight-hour day on…read morethe road, we were looking forward to enjoying the last dinner of our family road trip together. Instead, we left extremely disappointed. We were a party of seven and were repeatedly forgotten throughout the evening. We were told several times that there was a party larger than ours that our server was attending to. Whether our server was overwhelmed by the larger party or the restaurant was simply understaffed and unprepared for a busy Saturday night, repeatedly using another table as an explanation for the lack of service only made the experience more frustrating. We were paying customers too and should not have been made to feel as though our table was less important. At one point, my husband had to get up and find someone just to ask for malt vinegar or tartar sauce for his beer-battered fish. The only employee he could find was the bartender. Instead of simply helping him or politely finding someone who could, she rudely responded, "You need to go ask your server." The entire reason he approached her was because we couldn't find our server. Her dismissive attitude was so unnecessary that my husband completely lost his appetite afterward. The poor service continued throughout the meal. We needed another set of utensils and napkins, but after waiting and being forgotten yet again, we eventually had to take them ourselves from an adjoining table. The drinks we ordered before receiving our food took approximately 30 minutes to arrive and only after we tracked down another server who happened to be "new" and wasn't even assigned to our table and asked about them. He was the most helpful this evening and deserves kudos for lighting a firework to get things moving. The food overall was mediocre, and the beer was unfortunately warm. I will give credit where it's due: the cocktails were good, and my teenage boys enjoyed the cheese curds we ordered as an appetizer. The best part of the evening was simply being together as a family. We understand that restaurants get busy and servers can become overwhelmed, especially on a Saturday night. However, there is a difference between being busy and repeatedly making customers feel forgotten or like an inconvenience because another table is larger. After an 8-hour road trip, we had hoped to enjoy an amazing final dinner of our vacation. Unfortunately, this was an incredibly disappointing way to end an otherwise wonderful family road trip. Based on our experience, we would not recommend this restaurant.

We were in the neighborhood and wanted to try a local (Hawaii) place to eat. This experience…read morereinforces my reasoning why I don't eat "local Hawaii" food outside of Hawaii. Food: We ordered two plates. One Korean chicken plate all rice. They gave us Mac salad. Simple mistake, not an issue, they fixed it. Second plate was the shoyu chicken plate. That was correct. What wasn't correct were the flavors. Local Hawaii Korean chicken doesn't taste like that. Was disappointed but the reviews here show people like it so to each their own. The shoyu chicken lacked flavor. Rice needed more water, was dry. Service: This is for the cashier who has "been working there for 18 years", his words. He was grouchy and very unfriendly. We mentioned we were from Hawaii and thought it'd make things less awkward but he seemed to be irritated with that info. We assumed he was in a grumpy mood and didn't wanna talk. But when he was very welcoming and friendly to other patrons as they walked in, I knew it was just us he didn't like. He also has a very uncomfortable staring problem that should be fixed. Ambience: Not much to comment on. It's your typical old school food place with some run down tables and chairs. Used a napkin to wipe the chair down. Overall, ambience wasn't as important as the quality of the food. We spent nearly $30. Unfortunately the food was not ono nor was it worth the price. The service from the cashier is what made us write this review. The owner should check up on his employees and the cooks too. Just to ensure quality food and service is up to par. Hope this helps other people.
