When someone finally took care of me it was good. I had an appt but they were 30 minutes late.

Nails came out okay, but they got the color wrong, I also got a pedicure and it came out horrible don't recommend

I came in for the first time for a mani pedi and I was a little disappointed. They did not push my cuticles back at all and my mani looked like they were a week old and grown out before I even left. I didn't say anything but now that it has been less than a week and my manicure is already grown out I'm really not happy. read more

Visited 9 Spa & Nails while my regular tech was away. The pedicure was nice and the tech courtesy, however the tech for my healthy nails was a disaster! She spoke or used her cell phone throughout the process. The skin around my nails was cut on several fingers as she filed off prior polish and buffed the new. I'm fortunate that they're healing without infection. She did not put anything on the bleeding skin. Unfortunately, I would not recommend at the risk you are placed with this girl! I have gone here for about seven years and keep trying to give it a chance since new ownership however after my last experience, I will never go there again. My my three-year-old wanted her nails done so I brought her there while I got a pedicure. She was too scared to sit by herself so since my pedicure had already started, I asked if she could stay with me until mine was done and I would sit with her for her nails after. Let me add it was a Tuesday afternoon and there was only one other person in the place and several techs were napping in pedicure chairs. The woman (back right middle chair with gray stripe in her hair) who was set to do her nails refused to wait and actually said out loud she wasn't going to do them. She had an attitude from the beginning and made it clear it wasn't worth her time to do my daughter's nails. When I realized how big of a stink she was making, and my daughter was almost crying because of it, I decided it would be best for me to just leave. When I got up out of my chair I was asked by the woman who had just started my nails "what my problem was." I would not recommend this place to anyone. My gel manicures usually cost 35$ they changed me 56$ for this.... The polka dots look horrible! Looks like a 3 year old did them per my boyfriend. Just got them done an I'm embarrassed to walk around with them. They look ridiculous !!! read more

This is starting to get annoying that I want the salon and people know. Multiple time I want my regular nail tech but kept getting push for random techs I do not know. This is the third time and telling them up front in person of what going on, they don't care for customers' experience at all. read more

I've been coming to this nail salon for 10 years with no issues. The girl who they have hired to run the front desk is running the business into the ground now, however. And she will be the sole reason why we do not return. The past four times we have come in she has berated and hassled us from the moment we stepped in the door to pick a color in a rush. Even after requesting more than five minutes to pick a color, she repeatedly hassles us in a very rude and condescending tone. I'm very disappointed as this has been my nail salon for over a decade and I will now have to find a new one. Hire new desk people! read more

Laura is an absolute artist. I've tried gel, healthy nail and builder gel and her technique is flawless. I am a nurse and my nails never used to last more than 2 weeks without peeling or chipping. Now I have 3-4 week retention with no issues. And her nail art....is perfection. Absolutely terrible experience. I went in for a healthy nail full set, and it was a disaster from start to finish. The staff was unprofessional and made a phone call during the appointment. The tech than proceeded to rip off my old set instead of soaking them off. The nail tech seemed rushed and didn't take the time to shape my nails properly--some of them are uneven, and she did acrylic instead of healthy nail. She cut my cuticle and burned me with the drill. Worst nail salon I've been to, and I'll never be returning. read more

I do like coming to this spa. Usually great service, quick even with walk ins. But having a hard time lately with healthy nail dip quality. Should be able to last 2-3 solid weeks, but I'm not even making it a week before chipping and breaks. read more

We got there, signed up and we're pointed to the room for the pedicures. We were finally told what two chairs to sit in. One worker came over and started the two foot basins. My friend was ignored. Been going here for a while to get the same services with the same person and no one's seems to know my name or who I am. The lady at the reception desk dresses and appropriately with ripped jeans and a crop top with her belly button hanging out in a sanitary environment. She was also rude over the phone when I couldn't understand her while booking an appointment. Prices also rose greatly and it was over $100 to get basic nails and toes done. read more

Wow...: this salon needs a steam cleaning from top to bottom. From the minute you walk in you enter into a hectic environment. This is strictly a money machine. My pedicure was okay but when I sat down to get my manicure the arm cushion which could have been replaced a year ago was covered by a soiled towel. An old rag with remnants of the last half a dozen manicures including cut nails. The oil bottle was empty as my tech proceeded to act like he was putting it on my nails. It's not just about making money! You must be clean and care about the health of your clients. To top it off they wanted to charge me $10 more than their menu indicated. First they said for shaping my nail on a simple acrylic fill and then I was told the menu was old. read more

I scheduled an appointment for a Healthy Nail dip manicure and a pedicure with Steve the manager of the salon. He took me to his station promptly but within the first 15 mins of my manicure he got up and walked away 3 times and took 10 phone calls let alone greeting everyone that walked in the door. It was the walking away that prompted me to tell him that he was giving me an anxiety attack and that I would appreciate him staying put so that he could finish my manicure in a reasonable amount of time. I suggested he have me sit with another manicurist if he was too busy. He said he would complete the job and proceeded to give me the most rough and careless manicure I have ever received. He had me put my hands in UV dryer and walked away and never returned to complete the service I paid for. I had to ask another couple women there to help me remove color from around my nail beds. There are too many nice nail salons in and near Palm City who deserve my business. I will never return to 9 Spa Nails and recommend that you steer clear. read more

Ok this is kind of a covert review, you see I have tried many many nail salons in Martin County. I have finally found the place that I will go back to again and again. I'm not going to totally give this away b cause I have to get in every two weeks! My nail tech was s very good. Hard working. Personable. Doesn't freak when you do something and it has to be retouched. Nail tech talks when you feel like talking and is interesting to talk to. It is pleasant, massage chairs are nice, drinks are offered, the hot towels are nice and I don't know about everyone here but my nail tech gives s an amazing leg massage. Ok once I make sure my standing appointment is lock d in I will reveal a name. I'm sure they are all just as good! (Maybe ?) read more

My full set looks awful, the guy did the shape so poorly and they're all uneven and some of them are extremely crooked or bent, the acrylic isn't covering my whole nail so they're going to fall off in probably 3-4 days, and the polish is so bad that my 5 year old could've done a better job. Plus they charge extra for any shape besides square and for length when my nails aren't even that long. I've never paid extra for either of those things. I used to come here all the time but it's gone way downhill, and the nail tech Leslie is very rude. Don't waste your money. read more

I've given this place multiple chances, 30$ for a 13 min rushed pedicure is not worth it. My tech told me three times that I was doing gel even though I told her I wanted to do regular, she then rushed through my pedicure so quick and was concerned with getting to the next customer when she asked me what color I would like I told her "funny Bunny" and she told me that they only have it in gel, 15 minutes later the next customer sat down in the chair next to me and proceeded to ask for regular funny bunny as well, her nail tech promptly got up and retrieved the color for her after my tech already begun painting my toenails a different color. My toes were also cut twice and she continued to pick up my ingrown toenail even though I asked her to stop multiple times. My pedicure was extremely uncomfortable and quick. Sat down at 2:14 and was finished at 2:27. My sisters gel was still soaking off her fingers when I got to the dryer and we sat down within minutes of each other. They also could not give me a copy a receipt after asking for it. Trying to get an extra 20$ out of me and lying to me whether it's just laziness or what I don't know but it cost the tech her tip and this place another customer. read more

This last time they pulled something out of the draw which then dropped about 8 black bugs on my feet. I had women on both sides of me that where just as surprised as I was..nail techs both screamed. They are very friendly and completely professional with all of their customers. I was very happy with my pedicure yesterday at 9 Spa and nails.
