Every time I called, I received a different answer, and no one seemed to know what was going on. Instead of working to resolve the issue, they passed me from one person to another without providing any real help. As a patient, I expected better coordination, professionalism, and respect for my time. No one should have to deal with this level of confusion while trying to receive medical care.
