On the good side, the staff were super friendly and helpful and the meat patty was large, of good quality and hand formed. The vegetables on the burger were fine, but the condiments were slathered on so excessively that the veggies slid off onto the plate. When a meat patty is this large, it is impossible to grill it in such a way that it can form the crust needed (the Maillard effect). The breathtaking misdeed, however, was to serve frozen onion rings that were, basically, inedible. I do wish them well, and I would encourage reviewers to consider aspects of a restaurant beyond the size of servings.
