Wonderful Barbecue! We had the Family Plate with Brisket, ribs, sausage, and barbecue(pork shoulder for the unwashed) , tender, savory and an interesting sauce all their own. Passing through Farmington and stop to get gas. Just happened to check yelp to see what might be close by for lunch. Saw Infinite and its 5 star rating. I grew up in Texas and know BBQ brisket, at least Texas Brisket. I've been smoking briskets with a Traeger for over 20 years and have pretty high standards for what a good brisket is. I ordered a half pound sliced beef sandwich and wife ordered 1/4 pound chopped beef. Bottom line, tender, juice, excellent bark and smoke ring. Condiments like onion, pickles and sauce came in small snap lid containers. Would have liked to see a condiment table but not a big deal. We liked it so much we tried to make a return visit on the way home a couple days later on Saturday of memorial weekend but they were closed. What BBQ joint closes on Memorial Day weekend? It was nice to find such quality smoked meat out here on my trip to the four corners area! I had the two meat plate, ribs and brisket. I loved the Texas meets New Mexico twist, the rub being flavored with smoked paprika and NM Chili. You can buy a large container of rub for five bucks, which I did. They also truck in oak wood, from quite a distance I suppose. It's a husband and wife team. They put a lot of work into this bbq and it shows! It's a food truck, with several picnic tables, only a few are in the shade. Not a five star review because although the brisket was pretty darn good, it was just not the quite the super juicy, fatty cut that I am used to with great brisket. Treasure and secrets found! It's all about the meat! Although this is a food truck, they take great pride in providing a large comfy and shaded outdoor picnic area on a gravel lot. Well staffed with friendly service, they will check on you to make sure you are enjoying the food! Now for a little secret- It's not on the menu but you can order a 1/4lb of all the meats if you want to create your own sample platter! All were good but the standout favorites were the pulled pork and beef brisket. Maybe I'll try the sides next time but like I've said in all my other bbq reviews, it's all about the meat! read more

We ordered from here for our get together. Everyone kept talking about how they come for the sweet potato cheesecake (an interesting combination). Everything was good. The potato salad, the chicken, the beans, the rolls, and oh the brisket. The brisket was so tender you barely had to even cut it with your fork. What a find out here along the MINI Takes The States 2018 rally! First off - this is a food trailer. Let 's get that out of the way. The picnic tables are situated near trees, and there seemed to be plenty of shade. Environment is "rustic" but functional. It's 100 degrees this evening, but "it's a dry heat." I could have easily eaten dinner in the shade. Plenty of parking on a parking lot or on the street. The woman who took my order is a big reason for the 5 star rating. She was very cheerful, welcoming, and helpful without being overly verbose. The food came out promptly. Maybe 4 or 5 minutes. I had the 2-meat combo plate with Brisket and Ribs, with bbq beans and potato salad ($15.00). The smoke on the brisket and the ribs is subtle, but sneaks up on you. Good aroma, and good texture. This brisket is among the top 5 I've had (I rank Bludeso's in LA higher, but Bludeso's intense level of smoke sticks with you, and you're "cured" of your smokey bbq cravings for weeks). Not quite as juicey (greasy) as Lockhart Brisket in Texas. InfiniteBBQ's serving portion is generous: I only ate 1/2 of the serving! Ribs were smokey, meaty and juicy. BBQ beans were decent. Potato salad was very good, with a subtle dusting of seasoning salt. I like this salad, alot! Generally, I consider this a good value for the $15. The server mentioned they do a Kings Hawaiian Bread Pull Pork sandwich. Kings Hawaiian is popping up everywhere! I'll have to try the sandwich the next visit. So if Donald L drove 2 days and 440 miles for this bbq, I luckily stumbled across this (using Yelp) after 3 days and 1,400 miles. Y.U.M.M.Y!!! We stopped by on a road trip on our way to Santa Fe because they allow dogs at the picnic tables and we were blown away by the quality of food for such reasonable prices! I don't often write a five star review especially for kind of a truck food place but I had to do that for this place if you're in the Farmington area this is a must stop for meat & BBQ lovers. We got there late a little bit in a weeknight and the owner came out and sat at the table with us and we had a great conversation and he talked about how he started this business and left a major corporation. I guess he was just kind of selling his rub at some farmers markets and it was a big hit, he saved the money he made in order to invest in the food trailer in the smokers. It's a team thing with him and his wife she operates one of the trailer somewhere else and he stays there. I just love that story but now the most important thing is the food. he said his wife encouraged him because it really meant even though it was a small business he was spending more time at home with the family rather than traveling so much with corporation he workef with. Now the food... I had the ribs and my friend had brisket and oh my God it was just really really good. The flavor was outstanding. I understand he does catering and man if I had a group in town or a family gathering did I didn't want to do a lot of work for he definitely would be the ticket. Did I mention that the sides were great too I enjoyed everything. He also had some local craft soda pop which were very tasty. The woman at the counter was so friendly and helpful, and gave me a huge cup of ice on a hot day-tho their cute tables are mostly under shade trees so I was quite comfortable eating my lunch there.
