They have traditional style tartar sauce and good tea. Not a huge fan of their hushpuppies, but everything else is so good. I called yesterday, 1/24/25, to see if they had crawfish and if we could pick up some to go. Yes they did and we could pick up some to eat at home. We got to Circle M about 4:40 before the crowd arrived, asked for 10 lbs and we were told no it's dine in only, go talk to the GM. We told a woman what we were told on the phone. She came back and said yes you can carry out. We got our 10 lbs, came home, ready to eat. In all my life they were the worse crawfish we had ever had!! The majority of them were soft, some had a rancid taste to them. I'd say they were culls and they found a sucker to pawn them off on!! We wasted $138!! Last night's crawfish compared to crawfish in the past at Circle M was horrible. Never again will we drive 56 miles to buy any crawfish there!! I rate them a zero!! read more

We have eaten at this establishment 3 different times within the last 2 years since moving to East Texas. Was really impressed by the food, staff and our waitress the 1st time. We would truly agree then that it would be worth a second visit. 2nd visit April 2020. Had family visiting and we raved about the Circle M. Order 4 seafood meals to go. $120.00 ticket not Including the tip yet of 20%. Get back to the house. The meals were substituted with items of their choice. Nothing like what was listed in the menu and what we were expecting. Believed that they should have called us or discounted the meal. Was very disappointed and felt it was a one off. 3rd visit March 2021- my son was up here visiting for his birthday. We gave him a choice of a restaurant in Tyler of his choice or locally. He chose Circle M because he really liked the burger meal he got in 2020. So we loaded up to dine in. We were seated fairly quickly for a table of 5. My husband and I ordered the seafood platter, the grandkids and our son ordered burgers. Portions were good size and the kids were happy with what they got. Now for our seafood platters came out hot and fresh. When it came time to crack open our crab legs, a different story. We were given scissors to cut through the shells. Mine broke in half while trying to cut through the shell, asked our young, very Immature waitress( who was more interested in dancing to the music and chatting with the other staff than to focus on her tables), for something that was a little more sturdier for the crab legs and claws. She brought another pair of scissors that did the same thing. Frustrated by now, we finally asked her for management. Manager came right away and explained to us that is all they had because patrons were taking the seafood crackers, because of the cost of replacing them all the time they chose to replace them with the dollar scissors. We were truly impressed with her customer service and doing everything possible to make our visit right. She offered us 2 free meals on our next visit and didn't want us to leave unhappy. For the limited choices in the area to dine. We would still recommend it, if you want a variety of menu items to choose from. Just be prepared if it's an off night. read more

My buddy lives about 30 minutes from this place and said we had to come here and check it out.I have to say I was pretty impressed with the place.The place is pretty big.It has several pool tables in there with quite a bit of tv's to watch sports on.Not to mention a stage were bands play and a little dance floor.Also a little arcade along with plenty of seating.we sat down and a waitress was pretty quick to get to our table.We started out with the gator bites which were pretty tasty.Especially with the sauce it came with.Then I ordered the three piece catfish dinner that came with fries hush puppies and a fried roll.Everything thing was fresh and hot and really good.And I was surprised by the fried roll.I wasn't sure what to think about that but it was really good.This looks like the local hang out and if I lived around there it would be mine too.I would definitely recommend this place especially if you live around there.Pretty cool place. read more

Disappointed that it's not crawfish season, but the hubby ordered shrimp and loved it. It was taco Tuesday so I had a steak taco and a tender chicken taco. The tender chicken taco was my favorite. The spicy but slightly sweet sauce totally made it. The steak one was great too. Nice flavoring on the steak. We also enjoyed fried pickles and hush puppies. Thanks to YELP we were led to Circle M Crawfish the first night we were at Tyler State Park and it was spitting rain so we didn't think cooking outdoors was a good idea. We had étouffée and at our age, it was plenty because of the two filets of fish and the two sides. Also, because of our age we would probably avoid Thursday, Friday, Saturday nights, because we think it would be too raucous. (But we would have enjoyed it in younger days!).
