He was very professional and explained everything we needed to repair our pool. He could have tried to up sell me as another company did, but he said it was expensive and unnecessary. The only reason it is not a five star is because the technician did not notify me that he was on the premises and went through the gated area. We have used 911 for several years and have been 100% happy. They re-surfaced our pool with a pebble tech-type material for a fair price and great workmanship, they installed an electric heat pump, they've done repairs on pool equipment, and they clean and chemicalize pool weekly. I wish I coulda give this company 0 stars. Here are the reasons. 1-At one period I do not believe they were actually doing what I was being charged for. The employee told us that the other guy had did that to numerous people and it was likely why my pool wasn't getting clean. 2-Along those same lines after they would "clean" my pool it would still have a bunch of dirt on steps and overall. I asked for them to send pix when they finished due to this and never did. 3-Based on their own employee telling me another one working there wasn't really cleaning it I asked for a discount of some kind. I was denied. I have been with this company for months and only stayed because it was hard to find another pool company in my area but the service overall has been terrible. 3-Yesterday (I wish I could upload videos but I could only do photos) I was at home during a service. Chris came to clean my pool and knocked on my door. He does this and we end up having to hear him complain about how bad of a company it is and other things. I didn't answer because I didn't realize it was him. I hear him loudly from my upstairs saying "I'm an idiot, I'm stupid and my pool is never going to be cleaned because I don't answer." I go to the door and instead of an apology he doubles down. I finally find out what he wants and it's to tell me to cut my hose on when he leaves which he could've texted me. When I asked for an apology he just got in his car and told me to call the office and gave me his name. I did and instead of an apology they fired me. I uploaded screenshots of them firing me. I cancelled in april....you charged me 4 times in may and its june and you just charged me again...the lady in your office assured me in april that i was cancelled....so basically your pool cleaner is a thief. ​or you just going into peoples account without proof of cleaning?? After 3 years of owning an inground pool, I finally had to call a service to help me out. I had a clogged intake pipe. 911 Pool Services answered the phone on first call, we set up an appointment, and the service technicians came out in a few days as we agreed. The techs were friendly and competent. The problem was resolved in about an hour and exactly the price of the estimate. I will use 911 Pool Services again and I do recommend them. read more

Finally found my pool company! I am a first time pool owner and knew nothing about maintaining my pool or how it worked after purchasing the home last year. I worked with a couple different pool companies after moving in and neither were helpful or reliable. I called 911 Pool Services and Marcelo personally visited with me for an hour explaining all of my equipment, how things work, and tips for getting and keeping my pool clean. He is extremely responsive to me as a customer and very clearly understands the importance of customer service. If you are in need of a pool service company, you NEED to hire 911.
