Josh quoted me $290, the first time I spoke with him on the phone. When I called back to confirm the service and set the appointment he said he'd need a "deposit" to order the parts. I gave my card information to him through the phone (my first mistake) as soon as I gave it to him he charged me $350 I have card alerts so Josh wasn't even going to mention that the price went up?? When I asked him he said that's the price after taxes and fees ?? And insured he told me prior to charging me ! Which was a complete lie I had our conversation on speaker with my partner. Quoted me $290 but slipped in a bogus $20 molding charge without asking, which padded the tax and brought the bill up to $340. Classic bait-and-switch move. I even offered to pay cash, but they still nickel-and-dimed me. The job itself was just okay -- they replaced the glass, but left pieces for me to clean, used cheap aftermarket parts, and didn't bother scraping off all the sticker residue. For the money, it felt rushed and careless. What makes it worse is that other competitors were upfront with their pricing. I could have gone with one of them and avoided the surprise charges and extra cleanup. This company relies on shady practices -- hidden fees, upsells, and half-done work. The only reason they're getting 2 stars instead of 1 is because they did show up quickly and got the glass in. Otherwise, I'd suggest going with someone more honest and transparent. read more
