John was great! Our front windshield had a huge crack, and he did a fantastic job replacing it on our 2015 Sienna. Quoted at $250, which was one of the best prices I received. Arrived at 10 AM, out at 11:15 AM on a Tuesday morning. Replaced with Pilkington brand Windshield, which is OEM manufacturers per google. Good quality stuff. When asking about warranty, he states to let him know and go back if we notice any leaking/initial problems with the windshield, but of course not new cracks. Communication the evening before was amazing. Messaged him at 8 PM, and he even replied at 11 PM, for an appointment the next morning! Glad I trusted the reviews of others, and decided to go with him. Accepts credit cards with a 3% service charge. Debit/cash are no extra charge. Shop itself has a couch + a few seats while waiting. If I ever need a job in the future, definitely will be back. Thanks John! read more

A rock hit the windshield of my car on the 5 freeway. Within 1 day I had a crack that went half way across the windshield so it had to be replaced. Johni at Specialists Auto Glass saved me thousands of dollars on my windshield replacement. A rock hit my windshield on my 2022 BMW 430i and within a day the crack had spread across 75% of the glass. I called BMW and they quoted me $3,200. Called Safelite and they quoted $1,000. Called Specialists Auto Glass and Johni got it done for $450. The windshield looks absolutely perfect, you would never know it was replaced. Customer service was great from the first call to the final install and Johni clearly knows what he's doing. Came in to get a new windshield. I arrived at 8:30 which is when my appointment was and it took him only 45 minutes to finish. Super affordable too compared to other places I called. Unfortunately I didn't get the name of the gentleman that helped but the customer service with this company was top tier! I'm a girl so sometimes it's intimidating making car related appointments, but everyone I talked to had been super helpful and I'm very satisfied with my new windshield. Thanks guys! read more

Fair price, nice guy, and fast enough service. I mean, you dont want it to be too fast when someone is working on your car. I had a rock crack my windshield while driving on the 55 Fwy in my 2017 Tesla Model S. I got three quotes, and all of them were 35-45% higher than what I ended up paying. A few years ago, I had my windshield replaced by another shop because it was a little cheaper. They rushed the job, reused old molding, and didn't prep the surface correctly. The windshield looked fine at first, but after the first heavy rain I started noticing water leaking inside my car. Later I learned that shortcuts like poor cleaning, improper primer application, or not allowing the adhesive to cure properly can lead to leaks, wind noise, and even reduce the windshield's ability to protect you in an accident. When I went to OC Windshields, they took the time to explain the entire process. They showed me why quality urethane adhesive matters, why proper preparation is so important, and why rushing a windshield installation can create problems down the road. I realized I wasn't just paying for a piece of glass I was paying for safety, experience, and peace of mind. Sometimes the cheapest option ends up costing more. After seeing the difference firsthand, I can honestly say the quality was worth every penny. If you're getting your windshield replaced, don't just compare prices. Compare the workmanship. It makes all the difference.

I started looking around at local shops that take Farmers. My requirements were to use all OEM trim, foam, etc. to ensure that the fit and finish looked original and to avoid another Safelite-quality 'repair'. Out of all the local OC shops I talked to, Johnny was the only one who took the time to carefully listen to my concerns. He researched all the OEM parts for me on the first phone call. If you care about the details of your car, ask for Johnny because he really understands his customers. Others on the team are just as great. They kept in touch with me even when Johnny was away for a few days. I brought my car to the shop and the team kept me informed throughout the whole process. It was a quick job but they did it right, which is not what Safelite did. Avoid Safelite and just go with this shop (they are part of the Farmers affiliate network).

However, they were the most comprehensive in their initial quote and quoted me top-tier glass. If you have a front-mounted camera for adaptive cruise control, lane assist, etc., you HAVE to have the system recalibrated after a new windshield is installed. Several quotes suggested it's an option. It's not. Signature was on top of it when I asked about the calibration and how it was performed. They always responded to my several questions as I was deciding between two different auto glass shops. Signature won out for being quick to respond and offering more for less. I finalized the appointment on a Friday, and they were able to get me in on Monday morning. Monday came, and I was there at 8:30 (FYI: It's a little tricky to find as it's a small driveway, so slow down when you get close.) The guiding me into the garage where my window was already set up, ready to go. They led me to their waiting room with a TV, coffee, etc. They came in, showed me that my camera was slightly misaligned after removing my window, and said it would hopefully be corrected when they were done. About 90 minutes later, they came and got me, said they were done, and went through the report that said my camera had been perfectly recalibrated. Taking the care home, the window looked great! In more tests, it rained the next night, so I went for a drive, and there were zero leaks around the window. I couldn't have asked for a better product or service. One final hint - pay cash if you can. They appreciate it.

Of course, my luck struck and the convertible top stopped working today, which made accessing the rear window extremely difficult since it couldn't be put halfway down. To make matters harder, there are two tabs on each side that make getting into the corners almost impossible (see picture). Lino was super upfront and explained that without the top opening, it would be a tough job and he couldn't guarantee a 100% bubble-free installation. But after about three hours, it came out perfect! He pointed out a few tiny imperfections that will dry up and disappear as it cures, but reassured me that if anything is still there after a week, I can just bring it back and he'll fix it. What impressed me most is that even though the original quote assumed the top would come down to make the labor easier, he didn't charge me a dime extra for the additional effort. I highly recommend Top Tint Shop! They are super honest, friendly, and skilled at what they do. Plus, the waiting room is really comfortable, featuring a big puffy leather couch and complimentary snacks. I'll definitely be back to bring my wife's car to get the side windows tinted as well.

I had a growing crack in my windshield that was quickly becoming a full circle. So I decided to reach out on Yelp. The problem was that I couldn't decide between all the 4-5 star windshield repair shops. So, firstly, I went by proximity, then price, then convenience. Johni's response time was noted to be 20 mins on Yelp, but he was the first to reach out to me (within 5 minutes) and stayed in constant contact with me. On top of being the fastest responder, his price quote remained unbeatable. The downside was that I had to come into the shop, but the upside was that I could meet him in person, inspect the windshield, and see how fast he and his crew worked. Johni was super friendly and answered all of my questions. I actually mentioned the lack of a mobile repair unit, but his response was sound: a lot of mobile guys don't have a shop, and that means that if anything goes wrong, they probably won't help you out. Johni said that if anything ever goes wrong, people know where to find him. If you need a windshield repaired or replaced, reach out to Johni. Everything was easy, affordable, and fast. Johni ( or John) is a very unfront guy. I called to inquire about the cost of replacing my windshield ( it has a reall bad crack stretched from one end to the other). Johni gave me the total cost and explained what services is provided with that cost. There are no hidden cost so what you heard on the phone is the price that you will pay. The shop is small with two people working in the back. As I sat in the office waiting, Johni came to the back and help out the other two. As the replacement finished, Johni personally go around and examine the work to make sure it is done properly. That action to me shows dedication and good work ethics which you don't see often nowaday. I had a great experience with Specialists Auto Glass! My car window was smashed overnight, and I was scrambling to find a quick fix so I wouldn't have to drive around with cardboard taped to the window. After calling around, John offered the best price for a passenger-side window replacement. I drove over, and they got right to work. They were ready to do the windshield replacement immediately but we agreed to delay until the next day. They provided, quick, clean work. They offered extra details not normally included with windshield replacement, like re-gluing the head liner. For a very small additional charge they offered to replace my wipers, which I eagerly agreed to. My price was nearly 40% less than my insurance company's recommended price. I could not have asked for more! Waiting area was reasonably clean and the service was very friendly and helpful. I hope I don't need their service again, but if I do need replacement auto windows, they will be my first and only stop. read more

Best service you will ever get for your car's power windows. The owner, John is a really helpful person and will fix your car in a reasonable price. I took two of my cars to his repair shop and he fixed it the same hour! This place carries a huge variety of windshields and power windows, both new and used. Best service offered by John tht i have ever received. Even though he was already closing shop when we call, he stayed and waited for us for a whole hour. The shop itself was clean. Beside a good working environment, his work ethics was incredible. He was able to fix our windshield quick but still made sure it was fix to perfection. SAG prepped the rim and installed the new glass correctly per Lexus specs and repaired my loose rear view mirror. Johnny goes out of his way to take care of his customers in a timely manner. John was a really helpful, well-mannered guy. My hood flew up into my windshield and shattered most of it, and he took care of it pretty quick style. Altogether it was like an hour and a half, but to get my situation resolved that quickly with how my windshield looked is pretty damn good. He went to go pick up the windshield that fit, and he also looked into my hood to make sure that wouldn't happen again. Turns out the latches on Hondas and Acuras are pretty weak so beware people. So a friend of mine reffered me to John over at Specialists Auto Glass. I gave him a call for a quote about my windshelid for a Ford F-150 2009. I couldnt belive the price he gave me. I had my hood dislodge itself on the freeway this morning and absolutely destroy my front windshield. Was pleasantly surprised that this is the same auto glass business that was once went to located near lincoln and western in west anaheim. They seemed to have upgraded to a larger building. I got a new windshield for my 2013 Honda Civic for $150 and every other quote I got was at least $200. Out of all the local OC shops I talked to, Johnny was the only one who took the time to carefully listen to my concerns. He researched all the OEM parts for me on the first phone call. If you care about the details of your car, ask for Johnny because he really understands his customers. Others on the team are just as great. They kept in touch with me even when Johnny was away for a few days. I brought my car to the shop and the team kept me informed throughout the whole process. It was a quick job but they did it right, which is not what Safelite did. Avoid Safelite and just go with this shop (they are part of the Farmers affiliate network).

If you have a front-mounted camera for adaptive cruise control, lane assist, etc., you HAVE to have the system recalibrated after a new windshield is installed. Several quotes suggested it's an option. It's not. Signature was on top of it when I asked about the calibration and how it was performed. They always responded to my several questions as I was deciding between two different auto glass shops. Signature won out for being quick to respond and offering more for less. I finalized the appointment on a Friday, and they were able to get me in on Monday morning. Monday came, and I was there at 8:30 (FYI: It's a little tricky to find as it's a small driveway, so slow down when you get close.) The guiding me into the garage where my window was already set up, ready to go. They led me to their waiting room with a TV, coffee, etc. They came in, showed me that my camera was slightly misaligned after removing my window, and said it would hopefully be corrected when they were done. About 90 minutes later, they came and got me, said they were done, and went through the report that said my camera had been perfectly recalibrated. Taking the care home, the window looked great! In more tests, it rained the next night, so I went for a drive, and there were zero leaks around the window. I couldn't have asked for a better product or service. One final hint - pay cash if you can. They appreciate it.
