DO NOT RECOMMEND!…read more My warranty company uses them as a repair facility, and every time I called, it felt like I was interrupting a 12-year-old's slumber party. The attitude, the annoyed sighs, the "text only" response-really? Was someone's daughter unable to find another job so they just stuck her here? Because it shows. And it's not working. My dishwasher broke, and handwashing dishes with arthritis is painful. But instead of help, I got delays. The part was located... and then I waited a week. Nothing. I called-"We're waiting on the warranty company." So I waited more. The technician who came out was actually great-polite, professional-so naturally, I don't expect he'll stay long. And of course, the dishwasher needed another part. More waiting. More silence. I texted. I called. I got the same "uhm text pls..." response. Eventually I called the warranty company to get the part approved myself. When the tech returned, it turned out the company ordered the wrong part. I texted them Saturday-"still not working." WEDNESDAY they replied: "Can you call the warranty company for me?" Excuse me?? Am I their mother? No! Do your own job. In the end, I told my warranty company to send literally anyone else. This was an awful, exhausting experience from start to finish. The secretary is the backbone of a company - ...and this one is completely broken.

    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I have a warranty with Lowes and they assigned me to this company. The…read morecompany scheduled a technician to come out on December 4. He came out, stayed for less than a minute and told me I needed a new control board and heating element. He would order those and it would take a week. After a week, (December 11) I called for am update on the status. They told me the part should come in on either Thursday or Friday (December 18 or 19) and they would call to set up an appointment. On December 23, I called and no one answered the phone. Today, December 29, I called, no one answered the phone. I then called Lowes to ask for another repair company and i was told Ameri-Tech closed the case on December 8- before the part they ordered was originally supposed to arrive! The closure report said NOTHING about what was wrong with the dryer and I then had to file another claim with Lowes to get the same problem fixed. I am now stuck with a dryer that has been broken for over a month with no scheduled date for fix or even a range for when anything will be done with it- and I have a warranty! it would have been cheaper and less of a headache to skip the warranty and just pay for the repair myself. These people are TERRIBLE and I don't know how they stay in business (PS Lowes is not better. How does a company close a claim without stating ANYTHING and Lowes lets that slide?)

Unprofessional, never call you back, rude, never show up when they're suppose to, they close out claims so they don't have to do the work but collect the diagnostic money from Lowe's, they took parts from the repair and never installed them and then I was charged for them because they weren't installed on top of that no diagnostic report was ever submitted to the warranty company. I have been waiting since February for any type of repair from this company and it is now April and still nothing but headaches and unusable washer and dryer. I had one of the guys from Lowe's warranty on the line so AmeriTech and them can both talk due to no diagnostic report being submitted and his response was to hang up. I call Ameritech back because Lowe's wanted to speak with them and to have them rejoin the call and they just said "F off I don't deal with this crap have them call me when you're not on the line". Trust me when I say this DO NOT HIRE THEM FOR ANYTHING. NOT ANY REPAIR!

We did the initial payment and waited for the parts to arrived. Three weeks passed and we contacted them to know what was the delay. They canceled the service even when we confirmed by text. Then again, supposedly they reorder the parts and failed to show up. Now, it's being told the washing machine is too expensive and laborious to work. What a joke! Qualified clowns.

When Carlos first came out to assess issues with our dryer, he very quickly assessed the problem, ordered the part and returned within a few days to complete the job. Because I liked Carlos', knowledge, professionalism, and clean work ethic, I told him I was going to request permission from my Home Warranty co to schedule Mr Appliance to assess issues with our Thermador microwave, and I was requesting only Carlos to be sent. I very easily was granted authorization because none of the techs sent out previously had the experience that Carlos had. He single handedly disassembled the oven unit, that others had hesitated to tackle. Carlos promptly assessed the issue, ordered the parts and today came over, installed the parts and now we have a functional microwave. Yeah!! I can not appreciate enough this gentleman's professionalism, expertise, courteousness and attention to detail. When he drives up, he wipes his feet, lays a pad on the floor where he lays his tools and item he's working on etc. That's very much appreciated. I'll tell you one thing, next time I need service on anything, I'm calling Mr Appliance and requesting Carlos; should he not be available, I'll wait. I like things done right, the first time.
